Fair Oaks Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. I came in on yesterday evening I met with Adam and Danny to find a vehicle. Danny found the perfect SUV and had all of the paperwork ready upon my arrive. Both Adam and Danny handled the my situation with EXPECTIONAL customer service and I am beyond elated! Danny even stayed passed his scheduled time to assist me getting everything completed. I really do appreciate how they corrected the prior experience I had before. I will definitely be back to do more business with them again and recommended them to anyone I know looking for a car/SUV. It was most definitely a pleasure to do business :) THANK YOU FAIRS OAKS TEAM (Mr. Herman, Danny, Melvin and Adam)
2026 Dodge Durango review
PRO-The 2026 dodge Durango GT plus Hemi all wheel drive is a very sturdy and comfortable SUV. I love the way it drives and feels very safe while driving. Con-I wish it had more safety features such as lane warning and lane keeping assist. And forward collision warning and mitigation. For this price point I believe stellantis cut corners and cheapen an suv that could be so much more. And I was hoping for an option to turn off the all wheel drive and set it to 2 wheel drive at times to get better fuel economy. Get rid of the sunroof and install these options instead. Besides that this SUV drives amazing I had 7 people in my Durango and we were all very comfortable. It has a Massive trunk space when the third row seat is down, and ample trunk space when the third row is up. I love it so much I am thinking of trading it fir a new Durango RT 392 with the 6.4 liter.

Criswell Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM & FIAT review
My salesman, Luis, was wonderful!! He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to fully understand what I wanted and how he could help me get it. It was one of the smoothest car buying experiences I have ever had. I was very satisfied with the sales manager, Ahsan, and his part of the deal making process. Not to mention F&I was fast and simple. I would highly reccomend Criswell to anyone in the market for a vehicle by one of their brands.

Farrish Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAMReviews
Farrish Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
I rarely write reviews, especially for car dealerships. In fact, after purchasing both new and used vehicles from a variety of dealerships over the years, I have never felt compelled to leave a positive review—until now. My experience with Farrish Jeep Chrysler Used Cars was outstanding from start to finish. What immediately stood out was the dedication and professionalism of the sales team, particularly Bryan and Mikaela. During a massive blizzard, when many people would have understandably stayed home, Bryan made the effort to come into the dealership and personally show me several trucks. That level of customer commitment is exceptionally rare and demonstrated that he genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle rather than simply making a sale. I was also extremely impressed with Uday, the Sales Manager. The quality of the inventory at Farrish is noticeably different from many other used car dealerships in the DMV area. While many dealers seem to rely heavily on auction vehicles or former fleet inventory, Uday appears to focus on sourcing owner-maintained vehicles that have been better cared for throughout their lives. That attention to vehicle selection makes a tremendous difference when shopping for a gently used vehicle and gave me a much greater level of confidence in my purchase. The financing process was equally pleasant thanks to Angel, the Finance Manager. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the transaction. I particularly appreciated the dealership's flexibility in allowing customers to use credit cards toward some or all of the purchase price, making it possible to earn valuable rewards points—a perk that many dealerships refuse to offer. Angel also thoroughly explained Farrish's comprehensive in-house warranty program. Fortunately, I have not needed to use the warranty, but it is reassuring to know that such coverage is available should the need arise. The entire buying process was a welcome relief compared to some of Farrish's competitors throughout the DMV region. There was no excessive pressure, no games, and no feeling that anyone was trying to maximize profit at the expense of the customer experience. What truly set this dealership apart, however, was how they handled a miscommunication during the purchasing process. Rather than ignoring the issue or making excuses, Dan, the Operations Director, personally reached out to me by both phone and email. He quickly addressed and resolved the situation, demonstrating that his priority was building a long-term relationship rather than maximizing a one-time transaction. He made it clear that Farrish values its customers and wants them to return in the future, rather than viewing each buyer as a single opportunity to extract as much profit as possible. That level of accountability and customer care is increasingly rare and deserves recognition. Overall, this was one of the best vehicle-buying experiences I have ever had. The professionalism of Bryan, the carefully curated inventory selected by Uday, the excellent financing support from Angel, and Bryan’s commitment to customer satisfaction combined to create an experience that far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Farrish Jeep Chrysler Used Cars and will absolutely look to Farrish for any future vehicle purchases. Five stars without hesitation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently purchased a vehicle with the help of Mobin, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we connected, Mobin was the definition of professionalism—calm, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. What truly stood out was his commitment to making sure I understood every detail of the process. No question was too small, and he explained everything thoroughly without rushing or pressuring me. His patience and clarity made a potentially stressful decision feel smooth and manageable. Mobin genuinely prioritized my comfort and confidence throughout the purchase. His helpfulness and transparency turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into a positive and even enjoyable one. If you're looking for a trustworthy and attentive car salesman who values your peace of mind, I highly recommend working with Mobin. I recently purchased a 2020 BMW 540i, and I could not be happier with my experience. This is actually my second vehicle from this dealership, and once again, they have proven why they are my go-to choice. From the moment I walked onto the lot, the environment was welcoming, professional, and entirely stress-free. A huge thank you goes out to Wali and Diana, who went above and beyond to take care of me throughout the entire process. They are an incredible team—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Their customer service is top-notch, and they made the entire buying process smooth and seamless from start to finish. What truly sets this place apart is that they are a remarkably honest dealership. They are completely honest with their pricing and fully transparent about their vehicles, providing all the details upfront with absolutely no hidden surprises or shady sales tactics. It is rare to find a dealership that operates with this level of integrity, and it gives me total peace of mind as a returning customer. As for the car itself, it is immaculate. Just like my first purchase here, they specialize in very clean vehicles, and this BMW 540i looks and drives like it is brand new. If you want a straightforward, honest, and high-quality car-buying experience, I highly recommend asking for Wali and Diana!
2018 Dodge Durango review
I had problems with misfire. Cylinder #5 misfire about 135000 miles. It was under extended warranty. Still cost me some dollars because the dealership some other issues needed to be repaired that they say they found and without repaired the warranty company wouldn't replace the Cylinder #5. Now I have 151000 miles and Cylinder #6 has misfire. I have a 2018 GT Plus. Very nice looking car. Now with high mileage it seems like a problem. I had all maintenance preformed including oil changes. That was very important because without that the warranty company wouldn't have paid for the repairs.

CarGet Motors review
As an active-duty U.S. Marine, I don't have time to waste on the typical back-and-forth games that usually come with buying a vehicle. From the moment I walked in, this team showed the utmost respect for my service, my time, and my budget. The entire environment was highly professional, efficient, and straightforward, which is exactly what I look for in any business transaction. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Daniel, who went completely above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. He took the time to understand my specific needs as a service member and made sure the process was completely transparent from start to finish. Daniel didn't just try to sell me a car; he genuinely looked out for my best interests and made sure I felt valued as a customer. When it came down to the paperwork, they gave me the absolute best deal and the most competitive figures I have ever seen. Daniel and the finance team worked seamlessly to maximize my military benefits and secure rates that fit perfectly within my financial goals. There were no hidden fees, no sudden shifts in price, and no high-pressure tactics—just honest, top-tier numbers. If you are in the military—or anyone who appreciates honesty and elite customer service—I highly recommend coming here and asking for Daniel. They treat our military community like family and deliver on their promises without the headache. This was hands-down the smoothest and most rewarding dealership experience I have ever had.
2021 Dodge Durango review
I awaited the order date for this vehicle for over a year. When the first day of placing orders arrived, I sped to my dealer for the opportunity to make the order, since each dealer was limited to very, very few orders. Four months later, it arrived. As I approached the dealership, several people, both customers and sales personnel, were gathered around my 710 Durango Hellcat. The vehicle was the focus of everyone's attention. When I approached my vehicle and made known that it was mine, quite a few onlookers were shocked to see that such a truck had been ordered by a 75 year "young" woman. Being a "hot car" buff since 16 years of age, this vehicle is the ultimate. Everyone agreed that my body paint selection was perfection: black with wide black matte stripes outlined with narrow red stripes. Along with my 2008 Pontiac Solstice GXP convertible stick- shift, what more do I need? Just a footnote: NASTY is part of my license plate reading.

2018 Dodge Durango review
Dodge Durango GT with towing package. Great SUV for the money. we currently have 34000 miles and no major issues so far. Our Uconnect system had to be replaced because it would not update. Was covered under warranty. We tow a 5000lb travel trailer and it does fine on the flats , but struggles a bit in the mountains. I was impressed how all the operating temperatures were in check while pulling a 7% grade on a 95 degree day. (I have since bought a Ram 1500 to do the towing). This car is an excellent road tripper and I am impressed with the spunk of the 3.6. So far the only weak link has been the Uconnect system. I hope it holds up for the duration of the vehicle.

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Carget Motors, and I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone in the market for a vehicle. From the moment I walked onto the lot, the atmosphere was welcoming, professional, and entirely pressure-free. The entire team goes above and beyond to ensure their customers feel valued and comfortable, making what is usually a stressful process completely seamless and enjoyable. A huge shoutout goes to Wali, who was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive throughout my visit. He took the time to truly listen to what I was looking for, answered all my detailed questions with patience, and guided me toward the perfect vehicle options without ever being pushy. His expertise and honest approach made it easy to trust that I was making the right decision. The seamless coordination continued thanks to Bola, who handled the operational and logistical details with absolute precision. They made sure the vehicle was in pristine condition, walked me through the paperwork with total transparency, and ensured that every single detail we agreed upon was executed flawlessly. Their efficiency and dedication to customer satisfaction were deeply impressive. Finally, Daniel wrapped everything up beautifully by making the final steps quick, clear, and incredibly straightforward. He explained everything thoroughly, ensuring I drove off the lot feeling completely confident in my purchase and the support behind it. The teamwork displayed by Wali, Bola, and Daniel is a testament to the top-tier service at Carget Motors, and I will definitely be returning for my future automotive needs!
2022 Dodge Durango review
I drove a durango GT for 300 miles its not bad the 3.6 V6 is plenty powerful and 30mpg but no hemi theatre. Interior is xxxx near luxurious and the ride is very good. A lot of reliability issues seem to stem from going long on oil changes and driving the car like it's a rental car aka the average dodge driver. If you keep up on the maintenance, this is a genuinely enjoyable car that does almost everything decently well.

Country Chevrolet review
Kevin was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we started communicating when I filled out an online inquiry, until after my purchase everything was seamless. He was able to answer all of my questions and gave me a tutorial on how to use all of the features on my new truck. He took time to make me feel like I was the only customer in the entire dealership. There was no cheesy salesman, high pressure junk. I really do feel he was trying to help me get the best deal and find the perfect truck for me with his valuable knowledge and insight. He kept me up to date on the status of the vehicle I was looking at as it was in transit and when I got there it was washed and ready to go. Thank you so much for making this an absolutely A+++ experience. I live an hour and a half from your dealership and I wish you were closer so I could continue with oil changes there. Well done Country Chevrolet. Very happy customer here!
2023 Dodge Durango review
This is my 3rd Hellcat vehicle but first as a Durango. Always wanted this vehicle since it was announced some years ago. It does not disappoint. My dealer, Dodge of Burnsville has/is always taking great care of my needs and always works out a deal that works for me. The only improvement I can think of is the have more space in the 2nd row seating. I am tall and eat of almost all of the legroom behind me.

I was the second owner for a 2023 Durango Hellcat Premium Plus. I wish I would have purchased this car first before my charger ScatPack. The Durango is a family car and it’s safer to drive. With the power and has lots of room I Woolsey say it’s a great car. I’m sure they’ll have them around in 6 years I’ll buy another hellca t Durango destroyer gray with the black red rally stripes!

2024 Dodge Durango review
The prices are always way above what they should be😶.So that's why there was a 4 starwith pricing, but the interior I find the compartments hold dirt and capture things. Lots of cubbies. There is no way to clean out without deep cleaning other than that, the inter is fine with is looks. Electronics a little complicated. I have never seen a car with this color leather seats🤔.But they are growing on me☺️. Other than those things this car is absolutely perfect. Had a lot of zip to it with the 3.6 v6 engine. I love the way it drives. I love the way it maneuvers, and it's very classy looking

CarGet Motors review
I recently had an outstanding experience working with Carget Motors to purchase my vehicle. From the moment I first contacted the dealership, the team demonstrated a high level of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. The entire facility maintained a welcoming environment that made the car-buying process feel incredibly smooth and stress-free. My primary point of contact was Bola, who provided exceptional service from start to finish. He took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and guided me through the logistics of securing a vehicle. Bola's communication was prompt, transparent, and highly knowledgeable, ensuring I felt confident and informed during every step of the transaction. The highlight of my experience was having Bola handle a custom order on a Lexus GS for me. He paid meticulous attention to every specific detail and option I requested for the vehicle. Thanks to his expertise and diligence, the custom ordering process was completely seamless, and the car arrived exactly as envisioned. I highly recommend Carget Motors and specifically suggest asking for Bola if you are in the market for a new vehicle. Their commitment to delivering personalized service and high-quality cars is truly unmatched. I am absolutely thrilled with my Lexus GS and will certainly return to them for my future automotive needs.
2021 Dodge Durango review
I researched a lot of 7-seater SUVs before deciding on a 1 year old Durango... we needed something that could haul our 5 kids and also double as a commuter car with good cargo space for my husband, who travels to construction job sites all over the place. We both love our RAM trucks (mine is the 2500 horse hauler), so Dodge was a natural choice for us, but we opted for the V6 model for better gas mileage than our Hemis. The Durango did not disappoint!! I've seen other reviews complaining about the power of the SXT... what do you honestly expect, people?! It's a 3-row SUV, a V6 simply can't put out the HP to move it like the Hellcat would (ohh, that one must be sweet!!). That being said, we're still pleased with the performance... which is impressive for a vehicle of this size. It still hauls @ss and handles like a dream, and we live on a ranch in the Rockies so good handling on mountain roads in all manner of nasty weather conditions is an absolute MUST for us. You can tell the Durango is modeled on the Challenger chassis so it's basically a race car of an SUV, even in the V6 model. Do yourself a favor and splurge on some d@mn good all-season tires like Michelin LTX for optimum performance in any road conditions. We've been very impressed with the fuel economy, it does well - even with my husband rallying up and down the mountain and dusting people left & right on his daily commute. Haha! That's one advantage over the V8 models, which guzzle gas as bad as our big RAM trucks. We even run it with the Eco Boost turned off, and often in Sport mode. One thing my husband's not fond of is the fact that there is only one special jack included... and no mounts for floor jacks or jack stands. A second jack from the dealer is almost $300. So husband spent some time in his metal shop to fab an adapter for a second scissor jack, so he could rotate tires and change the oil. It's a non issue if you take your car in for service, but if you're the type to wrench on your own vehicles, it's something to bear in mind. Interior design is nice... the only small beef I've got is the 2nd row seat backs fold down, but the whole seat doesn't fold up to more easily access the 3rd row. It's not an issue for our kids clambering over, but it could be awkward for an adult. So the little ones go in the back. Overall, we're really pleased with our Durango SXT - even for the base model, it's got enough whistles and bells to keep us happy, and an impressive performance to economy ratio. Definitely worth every penny of the purchase price, and it's a vehicle we'll keep for a very long time.

Easy, No Haggle Pricing. Fair Blue book value. Free transfer on the car I wanted from out of state. Sales rep was extremely friendly. No gimmicks.
2022 Dodge Durango review
I have always thought of the Durango as a sharp looking automobile. I had recently traded my 2012 Camry for a 2023 Camry but soon became tired of climbing out of the car, so I looked for something I didn't have to climb into, nor out of. The 2022 Durango GT+ (new) was the ticket. It had the ingress and egress I was seeking, the amenities the 2023 Camry XLE had, and the space to carry my two dogs, as well as people passengers. The vehicle is AWD, gets about 22mpg commuting to work, and around 25-26 on the Interstate and other highways. I love the quiet ride, the smooth suspension (yes, in town with crappy city streets and intersections it isn't as smooth as the Camry). The Pentastar V6 is our second experience with the engine which has never failed or had issues. The leather seating is comfortable, the AC works well, though the old R-34 was a better refrigerant. The UConnect 5 / 10.1 system with navigation, SiriusXM, etc is great, I just wish it had a CD player, yeah, I know I can stream, BT, or aux it, but I do like to play my CD collection too, without having to rip the music onto my phone... I'd buy it again!

I love it. I’m short so I sit high.So much room in for my family..Nice size radio screen.Overall it is worth it.Runs great and very clean under the hood.
