My issue was resolved by service manager Dawn.
I had asked for a written estimate. I did not get one; instead Service proceeded to do the repair without my authorization which totaled approx $339. I told them I wanted to go elsewhere for a Freon recharge while they did it anyway for a charge of $280. They adjusted my invoice and refunded $207.
I would highly recommend visiting Fields for your auto needs. Everyone treated my family like their family! Roger Carpenter worked with me to close the deal on my 2015 Ford Mustang. It didn’t matter to them if I was buying a $140K or a $20K auto. They treated us wonderful!
We did our entire deal over the phone/internet. When we arrived, we were greeted immediately. Irish Dave had all of the paperwork complete and ready to go. He is a fantastic salesman and an all-around great guy. Definitely recommend the dealer and especially Irish Dave!!

They were great to work with. Agreed to stay late when we couldn't get there until after they closed. Things went very smoothly and the buying experience was pleasant. The car has run well so far. He was very accommodating and worked with us. We got a good deal on a good car.
Rachel Hicks of the DeLand 'Hurley Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram' dealership is THE BEST! She made my experience an absolute delight! My father had connected with the team on my behalf and they made sure to connect me with Rachel, which I thought was nice. Previously that week.. I had a nightmare experience with another dealership (whom shall remain nameless). At this other dealership I had barely gotten out of my car and was met with a fast talking salesperson that wasn't listening to what I wanted, and was trying to up sell me on every detail. Rachel was completely opposite of all that. She listened, she was polite and easy going. Completely accommodating and so very friendly! I couldn't believe how pleasant she made my first car buying experience. I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone.
All the staff at Biurne???s Are knowledgeable, courtesy and caring. Their vehicles are exceptional value for money. I love the service department. Ben is wonderful. He cares about you and your vehicle. I trust they will take care of my car, like it was their own. That???s a quality that I feel has been lost at other dealers and service department. Thsnk you. Keep up the good work. I recommend everyone to go by and experience the special treatment.
I bought a 2016 F150 from Gary Yeomans Ford and love that truck. It had a few minor problems and made an appointment to return and get them fixed. Austin and Chris got together and got everything repaired to my satisfaction. I liked that my salesman Austin Warhurst was easy to get along with and he did everything he could to answer my questions and make sure we were satisfied. Chris, who assisted in getting everything repaired was a great guy too. I will buy another vehicle there because it was a positive dealership.
Rick was the best sale agent I have ever worked with. He listened to everything I said I wanted and he delivered even more than I asked. Will only deal with him from now on. What a great experience!!!
