Tom and his whole team made us feel at home. They took care of my kids while we worked on the deal. We moved from California to MD and they helped us get out of our miserable situation. We had a vehicle we bought in California that was draining us financially and they worked extra hours just to make sure we weren?t suffering anymore and got us into an affordable brand new 2026 Mitsubishi Outlander. Thank you Tom, Dylan, and Renee. The other staff were amazing I just can?t recall the names but it was the desk manager and the GM as well. Thank you :) and the other sales lady who helped out my kids thank you :)

DriveTime of West Columbus review
★★★★★ We just purchased a 2015 Subaru Forester and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the moment we walked onto the lot, Magdalena made us feel welcome and truly cared for. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. There was never any pressure—just honest, friendly guidance every step of the way. Magdalena walked us through all the features of the Forester, answered our million questions with a smile, and made sure we felt 100% confident in our decision. She even followed up after the sale to make sure everything was going smoothly with our new car. Her genuine kindness and professionalism really stood out and made the whole process enjoyable. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, ask for Magdalena—you’ll be in the best hands! Thank you, Magdalena, and thank you to the dealership for having such an outstanding team member. We love our Forester and are so grateful for the excellent service! Highly recommend! 🚗💙

Very satisfied with the customer service. They helped me find a pickup that works great for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a vehicle!
2016 Dodge Journey review
I've owned the 2016 Dodge Journey SXT 3.6L V6 AWD SUV, since April 2017. Purchased with approximately 10k miles, this vehicle has been nothing but a pleasure to drive & own. I've had zero mechanical issues beyond regular maintenance (new tires, oil changes/scheduled manufacturer service, basic upkeep). I worked between Charlotte & NYC for more than 4 years, driving each way every 6-8 weeks and the car has had no problems at all. Super reliable with extra seating & massive cargo space. I now have 74k miles & still no major issues.

West 40 Auto Sales review
Bought my second car from West 40 Auto Sales in the last 3 years. Each time was a very pleasant experience. Took less than an hour to complete the transactions. Only reason I made another purchase was I wanted a smaller vehicle. Was able to get a nice 2009 vehicle with only 70,000 miles on it. Very nice car so far. Finances could not have been easier. Friendly staff, very helpful. A++++++++ Service all the way around. Thank you West 40 Auto Sales. Roger Bice Cambridge, Ohio

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently purchased a truck from Elon and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment we arrived, he was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to help us. He worked hard to get us approved and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about their customers the way Elon does. I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to check him out—you won’t be disappointed!

Showcase Auto Sales LLC review
I purchased a ford expedition through Jacob Reynolds and found it to be a pleasant experience. Jacob was helpful and professional. I was impressed by Showcase auto sales although you have to drive and check out the cars you are considering. The one I bought had a couple of problems that I found during my test drive and when I brought them up they had them repaired at no extra cost to me before I took possession of the vehicle. Now i am very happy with my purchase and would recommend Showcase auto for finding a vehicle.

Quick and stress free transaction. John Kandi was a pleasure to talk to. Van was very helpful. If you need a car talk to these guys. They will go above and beyond.
2016 Dodge Journey review
I bought this car with 70,000,when it was one year old. It has been very reliable, I still use it and I am at 250,000 miles right now. I did have to do a transmission repair at about 150,000, and I do have a small oil pan leak right now at 250,000. Both of these fixes are not unusual for the number of miles they have. I use it for my every day commute of about 50 miles/ day, and have traveled all over the US with it and used it as a ride share vehicle for a period. So I will say I am very happy with the overall purchase and reliability of the vehicle. It has been great for my family of 5.

2016 Dodge Journey review
I love our Journey! Just purchased it with low mileage. The R/T sure does make me love it more! Very comfy leather seats and a great entertainment system. My only complaint is the gas mileage. Seriously! I owned a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan and it had way better mileage! That being said the Journey is still the best vehicle I've ever owned.
