I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

From the moment arriving at the Hiley Hyundai Dealership (Burleson), we were greeted with smiles and courtesy. I noticed the facility had been remodeled since my last vist; super nicely done. The process was seamless and clear which was indeed appreciated. Brad Fansler was our Sales Person/Manager during the process; very accommodating. Our vehicle purchase options was to our liking as we were intent with our preferences; again very pleased with the process. The finance process was clear, effortless, and prompt; quite please with that part of the process. Furthermore, the closing moments of the overall process proved to be the reason for our preference to shop for vehicles at this dealership; we've purchased three automobiles from this Hiley Dealership, and will continue to do so for these very reasons.

This is my 2nd Journey and I was so happy with the 2014 that when I upgraded, I decided to get another one. I've only had this for a month but have been very happy with it so far.

Very reliable. Great mpg and overall performance. Interior is comfortable with plenty of storage room. Love this car. I would not hesitate to buy another Journey.

I've owned the 2016 Dodge Journey SXT 3.6L V6 AWD SUV, since April 2017. Purchased with approximately 10k miles, this vehicle has been nothing but a pleasure to drive & own. I've had zero mechanical issues beyond regular maintenance (new tires, oil changes/scheduled manufacturer service, basic upkeep). I worked between Charlotte & NYC for more than 4 years, driving each way every 6-8 weeks and the car has had no problems at all. Super reliable with extra seating & massive cargo space. I now have 74k miles & still no major issues.

I drove a durango GT for 300 miles its not bad the 3.6 V6 is plenty powerful and 30mpg but no hemi theatre. Interior is xxxx near luxurious and the ride is very good. A lot of reliability issues seem to stem from going long on oil changes and driving the car like it's a rental car aka the average dodge driver. If you keep up on the maintenance, this is a genuinely enjoyable car that does almost everything decently well.

I have enjoyed my 2019 Dodge Durango have had a lot of pleasure worry about everything being electrical but so far very happy will be traveling to Florida in next month can’t wait to see how it handles.

I had problems with misfire. Cylinder #5 misfire about 135000 miles. It was under extended warranty. Still cost me some dollars because the dealership some other issues needed to be repaired that they say they found and without repaired the warranty company wouldn't replace the Cylinder #5. Now I have 151000 miles and Cylinder #6 has misfire. I have a 2018 GT Plus. Very nice looking car. Now with high mileage it seems like a problem. I had all maintenance preformed including oil changes. That was very important because without that the warranty company wouldn't have paid for the repairs.

There was No hassle, minimal wait time, just as it should be when purchasing a vehicle.

I was the second owner for a 2023 Durango Hellcat Premium Plus. I wish I would have purchased this car first before my charger ScatPack. The Durango is a family car and it’s safer to drive. With the power and has lots of room I Woolsey say it’s a great car. I’m sure they’ll have them around in 6 years I’ll buy another hellca t Durango destroyer gray with the black red rally stripes!

This is my 3rd Hellcat vehicle but first as a Durango. Always wanted this vehicle since it was announced some years ago. It does not disappoint. My dealer, Dodge of Burnsville has/is always taking great care of my needs and always works out a deal that works for me. The only improvement I can think of is the have more space in the 2nd row seating. I am tall and eat of almost all of the legroom behind me.

Owned a Dodge Charger GT 2021 for 3 years now. Grey with the nice 245 tires. The care is BEAUTIFUL. I love the style and Dodge give you soo many options to customize it. I added a rear winder louver and some racing stripes. Its a car that looks super fast eventhough its on a V6. But who am I racing in my daily driver? The drive is nice, excellent 305 HP, and massive caliphers along with rotors gives you excellent stopping power. All is stock. This is a strong rear wheel drive. I see why many people like doing donuts in this car. its fun, but at $400 a tire, not me. The comfort could be better. Plenty of space, as a man who is 6'2 300, very spacious, but the seats are not comfortable for long distance trips, The stereo system is average, nothing to boom or even brag about. I do like all of the electronic features, such as checking your 0-60, sports control, and Mopar app. that keeps you updated on your car needs. The value, I think its a bit over priced. At the time it was $42K, but I traded a 2018 Challenger that knocked off $20k and then Dodge had a special that knocked another $3k off and with 0% financing using Chrysler Capital...it was a deal. I know without these perks I have settled for the SXT. A huge negative about this car, it depreciate badly. Only 3 years and the car lost almost half its value. I support over time, since Dodge stop making these cars in 2023...they may increase in value...but I doubt it. Ask Pontiac.

I've traded in my old Mercedes for a newer model. From the moment I visited the dealership everyone was very nice, friendly, courteous and professional. They took the time to show me a few cars I was interested in before I was able to make my decision. I absolutely LOVE this car! Mine is the SXT base trim with the Pentastar V6 engine, purchased used at 37,000ish miles, but it is still the best car I’ve ever owned or driven. It is extremely comfortable to sit in (I am 5’10), on par with the comfort of my dad’s old ‘87 Camaro, which was also incredibly comfortable. It’s not a cramped space to sit in and the console is a comfortable arm rest height. But family conscious buyer beware, this isn’t a family friendly car; there’s pretty much no legroom in the back of the car. Maybe if you’re short and very skinny you could fit well, but taller or heavier folks will definitely not fit in the back. I certainly struggled to fit just to pull the seat down to extend the trunk space! The headrests of the backseats are a little tall and don’t let the front seats click back up all the way unless you pull the bucket seats up really far which is a little annoying but as someone who doesn’t lug around much it’s not something I’m really frustrated with. The trunk is super spacious! It rides very smoothly on the absolute garbage roads here in Western Washington (we have some of the worst roads in the US). Still bumpy because the potholes are insane, but smoother than our my parents vehicles and my old car (2011 Kia Soul). The audio controls on the steering wheel are mounted on the back which was odd to me initially but I have quickly adapted to their placement and make use of them a ton with Apple Music. Speaking of music, the base 6 speaker audio system sounds phenomenal as it comes; loud and I can really feel the drums and bass on higher volumes which I love, though I’ll be adding a subwoofer at some point. Let the music play! The engine and transmission run and function well and shifts smoothly in both regular and sport driving mode; I love sport mode, the slight engine sound difference and touchier throttle is fun, but it does reduce fuel efficiency a bit so I don’t use it too terribly much. I do wish the car was fitted with a cat-back exhaust system so it at least has the sound of a muscle car (where’s the allure in a muscle car, particularly one that revives the classics in a modern form, that has a quiet engine?) while retaining the more dependable and fuel efficient motor. That is something I will be saving up to change out, but that’s just me; for many that doesn’t matter, but is something to note if you are an avid lover of classic muscle cars and want to enjoy its allure even if you can’t afford the higher trims with the V8s, I certainly couldn’t; but that’s okay, I still cherish this car and appreciate the reliability of the V6 as a lower income individual. One thing I really don’t like (but chose to live with as I love the car to death otherwise) is that a lot of the climate control features are “locked” behind the infotainment screen; making it a big distraction and hassle to change between max or regular air conditioning and the which fans are blowing. The only buttons for it is a dial for fan strength, an off switch, an auto button, defrosters, and the AC on/off button. The USB and aux plug ins are inside the console, which is kind of awkward, but I actually like that as it makes you put your phone in the console (unless you have a long cord, mine is coiled) which prevents it from being a distraction. There is a moderate blind spot, but it is easily corrected with *properly* angled side mirrors. All in all I love this car and couldn’t recommend it more than I do. I plan to try to make this last the rest of my life in the best shape possible. It’s Mopar or no car! 🚗

Had to wait for parts but not the dealers fault. They did a good job in getting a loaner even though this jeep was not purchased from them.

My Dodge Challenger Scat Pack will be a timeless classic. Extremely reliable, comfortable, yet has awesome performance. What more can you ask for? I love it!

I am so glad I decided to get a Charger in 2015. I now have a 2023 Daytona and LOVE it. Beautiful and fun to drive. Only problem is there is no spare tire, just basically a fix a flat kit.

I traded in a 2011 SE Challenger that I had for 12 years & was NEVER disappointed. I traded it for a "last call" 2023 Challenger GT AWD w/the blacktop pkg & am so glad I stayed with the Dodge Challenger! I love this car, more than any bf! It's stylish, looks great in Shazberry Pearl aka Octane Red. It's comfortable to drive, but not to sleep in, lol. I trust & expect it'll be as reliable as the 2011. The AWD really makes a difference in handling. I really like the interior being loaded butcwould be nice to have blind spot notification. The only thing I do miss is the V8 rumble sound, but the gas mileage helps me get over that, 18mpg in town. MOPAR forever!

My brother-in-law recommended that I check out car max when needing to purchase a good used car. First I went on line to see what cars were available. I found exactly what I wanted, in my budget, at the Plano location. Luis Delatorre, my fabulous agent, at the Fort Worth, River Ranch Blvd., had the car transported to Fort Worth and I purchased it on sight! I Drove it around the block, and had all the paperwork efficiently delivered to me within 30 minutes! I've found my future dealership and will recommend Car Max to anyone who will listen to me!

Love this car. I had bought a 2011 Charger when they first changed the body style and loved it as well but I moved up north and needed to sell it for 4 wheel drive. I am back down south now and got rid of the 4 wheel drive and went straight back to the Charger. I bought the R/T and it has lots of power and is super comfortable as well. I plan on keeping this one and never getting rid of it. If you want something that can fit 4 to 5 people comfortably and still have plenty of muscle this is a great car.

This is a great place. I personally recommend working with Kelly in sales and Malcolm in finance. Blake in finance is also good but new to the finance department so Malcolm would be your best option. I left a very negative review after I felt like I had been completely taken advantage of by them on Saturday and was on the hook for a loan worth twice what the car was worth brand new. They completely took care of me and I got into a different car that was the same make and model but cheaper. My deal went from 34,000 total to 20,000 total after reworking it. I will say they want to add lots of stuff into the deal. It isn't necessarily bad but it adds up and I was unwilling to accept that. They will try to keep all or some of it on and if you don't want it then fight for the price you want and read the website to know their policies and guarantees. I will also leave this as a disclaimer, I would be selective about what salesperson you work with. My Mom overheard one of the guys complaining about how he was one sale away from a bonus and some lady wasted two hours of his time and backed it because she was incompetent. I saw the lady he was talking about and she was older and said very clearly she had someone waiting on her for some time now and could not stay longer. I also briefly worked with some other guy in the finance department who was pretty rude and I didn't enjoy that. I don't remember his name though. Kelly is a genuine person and a great saleswoman. You can trust her. It seems like some of the staff are a little more money focused and trying to help themselves more than the customer so beware. I also want to point out one of the managers introduced himself to me and was very kind. Also very apologetic over how things went the first day and I really appreciated it. Good place and some really good people. I had some mixed feelings with this experience but the likes of Malcolm, Kelly, and Blake and how they handled making things right with me overwhelmingly changed my overall experience to a positive--hence the 5 star review.
