I was able to negotiate and come to an agreed price on the car I was searching for over the phone. I showed up and test drove the vehicle and talked about my trade. Went in to service for a oil change and, to have air put into my tire. Asked about a wash and vacum outcar . The service was carried out as requested. This service I received was very good. I will be back.
Our salesman Myron was extremely helpful and considerate of what my husband and I were asking for. The finance department explained all the numbers in great detail. The entire ALM team was helpful and we didn't feel any pressure. We also appreciate all the help Jawon provided with explaining the features of the vehicle.
Went in for a oil change, and the gentleman waiting on me had not been at this location long, he had transferred from another location, but he gave great customer service, & my car was very clean after the oil change looked like new!!!
I bought a used car. Pretty decent car with low mileage and a good price. The financial manger worked hard to ensure I got a good deal on the loan, I applaud them for that effort. The customer Reps were pretty friendly. However, I would have appreciated it if they would have serviced the car before I brought it home, considering that I bought the car and left it there for 3 additional days before collecting it. The oil was super low, at least 2 tires were low on air and the truck was a slightly messy. Very disappointing. Expected better
Transmission slipping not able diagnose or fix issue ,also advisor did not seem to be very concerned. I have talked to other kia owner with same concern it would seem like it is time for Kia engineering to get involved
My service Manager - John Mannering is great. His customer service skills and concern for me is always Top Notch!! As a senior citizen I have seen many dealerships and service departments, from what I was told and what I have experienced I will continue to go to the Toyota South for purchases and service. I pass up others dealerships closer to my home.
