After finding the vehicle on line I asked if I could inspect the vehicle went I arrived at the facility's the vehicle was ready for inspection and it was exactly what the y said it was on line. The sales person Dale Johnson was very good with knowing the vehicle of interest and the experience was pain less and very quick, no long periods of waiting on any one. Thank You very much to all including the owner and internet reps that followed up on the interest every one was transparent and I got the vehicle we wanted at a fair market value. Thank You R.Jones I will buy my next vehicle here!.
Saw a great Impala listed here at an Excellent Price, Sellers were completely honest about the car, no pushy salesman trying to talk u into anything u don't want, only thing was the phone # listed for contacting them on the car was not for their branch & the call was routed to a messaging system, so I almost didn't get the car since it was moved to Des Moines after an email said they had it, they were nice enough to bring it back so I cld buy it! This was a great car to get for our teenager!
I purchased a used car from Clemons and was treated very well through my email, phone, and face to face conversations. I feel I got a very good deal on my trade and on the purchase price of the car we bought.
I have been shopping for a vehicle a little over three weeks. All the guys were professional and curtious. No pushy sales. Brian was down to earth and easy going. Was able to put me in vehicle I was looking for and at a good price. They are worth the drive to check out.

I just picked up my new 2019 Jeep today and couldn???t be happier with my experience! My sales guy, Derrick Hurt, was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. He was super responsive to my phone calls and texts. He worked hard to get a win-win deal for both of us. All throughout the process he explained the next steps and what I could expect. The car was ready on pick up day and all of the paperwork was completed and ready for my signature. Working with Tim in the finance department was simple and all of the details were explained about the financing, warranty, etc. This is the third car I have purchased from Noble and I highly recommend them to all of my friends and family who are looking for a great experience! Thank you!
Wouldn't come down on price even after they found out it needed more work than anticipated initially. When I asked if they could do any better on price, they told me they could maybe do $100 off, even though it needed an extra $400 worth of work, along with the massive amount of work it needed outside of that. Didn't really try to work with me, and put me off a bit from wanting to go back there.
My husband and I purchased a used truck at Wes Finch yesterday. They gave us a decent trade in on our Saturn Vue. When I initially inquired on this truck, I was told that they were just waiting for the gentleman who wanted it, to sign the paperwork. I indicated that if that sale fell through for them to please call me. Coleen promptly did so on a Saturday. It was quite a drive from Southeast Iowa and originally they had planned on meeting us halfway. We really appreciated that option, but unfortunately fell through when they didn't have enough Staffing for the day. All the same, nice truck, good buy, very personable gal; Coleen is. It was a fast efficient process and having come from Michigan, I can tell you it's nice to be getting the plates in the mail instead of waiting in line backed outside of a Metro Detroit Secretary of State office.
I was slightly let down because they offered me more for my car and offered to sell their car for less than I was going to ask. How was I supposed to negotiate??
After leaving the lot, I noticed a problem with the (used) vehicle and manager offered to assist me with no hesitation.
I would call this 45 minute drive well worth it!
