Matt did a great sales job. We were in the dealership unannounced several times over several months, and Matt was not always there. Billy and Michael stepped in and helped make the sales experience an overall excellent one. The USAA Car Buying service is the way to go, at least from this buyer's perspective. It relieved a lot of the pressure of buying a new car. Matt answered all our questions and was very efficient in processing the final paperwork. Maher was similarly efficient in finalizing the financing and optional services. Overall, nothing could have gone better. NOTE: we bought our first Subaru from your dealership, and were pleased with the car. One of your biggest sales incentives for returning customers, however is Carmen in the Service Department. She is a treasure--knowledgeable, friendly, engaging, thorough, etc. We may have been able to find a better deal in the region, but Carmen brought us back to your store.
Spacious and Comfortable

We love this car for our family. It is incredibly spacious, the interior is beautiful. Drives very smooth and has many gadgets for the family.
Frank Smith made my purchase of a Forrester actually pleasureable. As a skilled and personable representative of Suburu, he made everything from detailed operational instructions to a test drive an enjoyable experience. I recommend Frank and Valley Suburu without exception.

This car will do what it is advertised to do...smoke tires and eat up mustangs and cameros and it gets 24-25 mpg on the highway! Fun to drive!
Just purchased my 2nd Subaru Outback from Valley! Great dealership with knowledgeable, pleasant employees both in sales and service! All my routine service experiences with my first Outback were done efficiently. Frank Smith made the purchase of my 2nd Outback a wonderful experience! Love my new Subaru Outback...it has even more features than my 2011 one!

Ryan Mayes was so wonderful throughout the entire process of buying my first brand new car. Very helpful and always answered the phone when I had questions. He was very patient with my dad and the many phone calls he had to make back and forth between myself and my dad. I was able to get a great deal on a brand new 2019 Subaru Crosstrek. I saw the Crosstrek 2 years ago and knew I wanted it to be my next car. Only day one of owning the Crosstrek and I'm taken back everytime I get in it!

I am very happy with my experience at Bob Wade Subaru. Everyone I have dealt with has been personable and attentive. I feel that I got a good deal on my Crosstrek and I am very pleased with the car and the dealer.
Better mileage, roomier than expected

So far, this minivan has exceeded my expectations. Better mileage than I expected- 23 mpg- those are not highway miles. A 4 x 8 sheet of plywood fits in the back easily with the seats stowed. My Mountain bike fits easily standing up.
Car handled good gas mileage wasn't as good as advertised. Vehicle seemed under powered for its size. The one issue I really had was two this. One- the doorway was too small. Now I am not a tall person only 5ft 10in and I could not sit into the without banging my head I had to put my head into the vehicle first before I sat down. The other issue I had was when you filled it with has it would over flow and spill gas all over the side of the car and all over the ground. The Morris were also either too small or not placed very well.
I bought it used with 55,000km. at 65,000kms it needed $2000 non warranty work and $1500 warranty work. (intake manifold). every year the suspension needed to be replaced, who knew sitting on the 401 would be so rough on it. out of the 5 years I have owned it, it would spend at least 1.5 years sitting in the shop. I have put close to $8000 into and it needs about another $3000, does not even have 200,000kms on it yet. car has no pep. I have to shift the 3rd to pass someone. I should be able to use the car pool lane from the amount of water that sits on the floor in the back seat after it rains. vent dial quick working, so no hot air on the windshield to get the ice off from the inside. clutter dash lights quit working right after the warranty even though it started before yet the dealer ship couldn't see the problem. electrical issues all over. would not start, had to take off the front end, tire and fender of the car to access the relay that quit working and the computer would not say there was a problem with that relay. nothing but headaches with this lemon. being short I bash my knees a lot into the sheering column plastic. its in the name, DODGE it.
We chose to look at Dick Myers because they had a good variety of makes/models. The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly and not pushy.
Liked this car so much we purchased a duplicate!

This car has met all of our needs. We have been so pleased that when it came time to replace it we searched for a duplicate but couple of years newer. Hope to have same experience with the newer car!
Mileage has been great (30 hwy) and reliability has been good. The car is comfortable / fun to drive and carries 4 people in comfort.
I got in contact with the dealer about a used truck they had for sale and got all of my questions answered promptly. It was a four hour drive for me to react the dealership so I wanted to make sure it was a good truck. We worked out a deal over the phone and I drove up to get the truck. Upon arrival and inspection of the truck it wasn't completely as I was told, few minor issues but still workable. Had one problem that was going to be an issue and went around with the dealer a bit til we worked out a deal on a new adjusted price. Smooth sailing after that and I purchased the truck and drove it all the way back. Been driving it for two weeks now and absolutely love it! Only issue I have is they told me they replaced the lower ball joints and they were put in without the boots on them... so something I will have to fix. But overall a good experience and am happy with how things went. Very nice people!
This car is the worst vehicle I've ever own.

After the warranty everything is braking, it is two years old, and I've had to put almost 3,000 in it really bad on the road.
I traveled 4 1/2 hours from NC to look at a Suburban for my church. It was the best find within several hundred miles. It ended up being better than expected. The dealer was very easy to talk with and very upfront. I was so happy with my treatment that I drove up 2 days later and bought a car for myself. I took it to a master mechanic. He looked it over and said, "There's nothing wrong with it". And it was an incredible price! I was really surprised by the nice cars on this little lot. The dealer really knows how to buy vehicles, which took the hard work out of my search. My favorite part of the experience was how obvious it was that the salesman had nothing to hide and meant what he said. Thank you Iconic!!!
will own another one when this one gets tired.

Have owned this truck 11 years, being the best one I have own, replaced only the parts that where out over time and miles. Have over 195500 miles on it now and still runs like new, with the 4.7 engine.
Very impressed with the service and professionalism received. My husband and I never trusted the former dealership after two shady repairs. We were really hesitant about bringing our Chevy Equinox to the "new" dealership. When we learned that the service department were a different crew, we gave them a try. They have ALL earned our trust and business. Please keep being real, truthful, and professional.

This Journey has so many features we still have not figured them all out. Never thought we needed a vehicle that is this loaded but may never buy another vehicle besides the Dodge Journey. Handles great in the snow, very reliable and there is something in it for all 4 of our kids aged 3-18.
My son has been a student at JMU for the past two years and has always taken his 1988 Jeep Cherokee to this dealership for maintenance and repair. When his car finally died, they were extremely helpful and supportive in helping him find the right used car for his replacement. They are very thorough and quite reasonably priced, especially for a dealership. The team at Dick Myers is cheerful, honest, and leave me with the impression they truly care about their customers. I rate them 5 star with no hesitation!
Decent car - worth the price

This is a decent car for the price. It's basic and has been reliable for the two years I've had it. The basic warranty is only 36,000/3 year. The warranty is the only thing I would want changed for this car.
Traveled 73 miles & passed 2 Jeep dealers to purchase my new Grand Cherokee. My local dealer treated me like a total idiot - thus the trip to Blackwell where I had purchased a car several years ago. Sales staff was very professional, very accommodating, any very easy to work with. Most of the transaction was done over the phone after a initional visit, & the actual delivery took less than half an hour. Fast forward 16 months & I had a noise develop leaving town on vacation. At 11:45 on Friday morning I called en-route & told them my problem & I would br there in approx. 45 min. Upon arrival, they took the car in, & had us back on the road in very short order. Great people -I'll be back

Love the car overall minus comfortability with seating yet it's a sports car so not expecting much. Also, I went larger with rims for show but if traveling, not suggested as makes handling a bit harder.
The three rows of seats in this vehicle are excellent! My gkids love it. Thanks for the experence. I would come back to Heather Cennon in a flash
