Contacted them over email since I was so far away. They were quick to respond to my multiple inquiries. Negotiated a price with them but ended up buying something else locally.

Went in to see a car that they had on their lot which met all the options we were looking for. We were unhappy with how we were treated at another dealer during the buying process, and saw the car for sale on the Weiser lot. Ended up buying from Bud Weiser.

I hate shopping for a new car because of the pressure salespeople I usually encounter plus the fast talking double talk regarding the finance side. At Ford of Lake Geneva absolutely the opposite. They listened to what i was looking for, made recommendations, and helped me pick the best car based on my needs, not their need to sell something. Financing process was amazing! Explained in “plain speak” and with a lot of patience. Bottom line, I am always going back here to buy a car and highly recommend this dealership.

I'm 65 years old and have owned many cars and trucks all my life and this Tesla is completely different from anything else you will drive. People make fun of Elon Musk but he and his engine ers hit it out of the park with the Model 3 ! It looks great, drives like a dream, very quiet, instant acceleration, and "one pedal" driving where you never have to touch the brake. And all the different feature that the car does you can set up to your liking and most can be operated by voice commands. The car receives automatic "updates" over the "air" from Tesla so it is constantly getting better and learning new things.

Colin was our salesman, very friendly and knowledgeable. Bob in finance explained everything when signing. Didn't just slip it in front of us and tell us to sign here! Great place to buy a van, car, truck or jeep! Thanks for the great experience.

While I did not end up purchasing a vehicle here (I was in the market for a Subaru). I would absolutely recommend them. They let me know when one of the cars I was interested in sold since I was driving from out of town. They also were very up front with pricing options and financing options. The sales person Jacob Wiedert was very helpful and pleasant to work with. The warranty on the drivetrain offered by them was better than any other dealers in the area. I would recommend Miller motors/Ford to anyone.
