2021 Tesla Model Y review
The moment I got the demo car onto the highway, I thought to myself, “I LOVE this car!” Which rarely happens. I test drove both the Model 3 and Model Y in snowy conditions, and had not a single bout of fear that I may lose control. A few weeks ago, when we were getting a winter blizzard, I was driving my Mother home from Boulder. It was snowing about 2” -3” per hour, people were spinning out all over the place. 2024 Hyundai IONIQ 6 review

We decided to purchase a couple of Jeeps. Ourisman was the only place that had the model we wanted so I decided to make the trip from NM. I thought is was a crazy idea but with the pandemic going on it seemed fitting to do something crazy. I had pleasant experience. So ended up buying 2 Jeeps and because the transport was 2 months out I flew there twice. The guys are fantastic. The price we agreed on is the price I paid. People should be able to understand the advertised price includes incentives they might not qualify for. It is the name of the game. But look at the bottom line and likely the price from Ourisman will be better than the rest. The sales person was great and Younes, the general manager, as well as Simo, the sales manager, make the buying experience pleasant.

I recently purchased a 2022 Ford Mustang Mach-E GT, and it delivers exactly what I was looking for—performance, style, and modern innovation in one package. The acceleration is immediate and strong. The instant torque gives it a powerful launch, and the responsiveness makes every drive feel engaging. Whether merging onto the highway or navigating city streets, the Mach-E feels quick, controlled, and confident. Handling is solid, and the ride is smooth without sacrificing that sporty feel. It carries the Mustang character well, just in an electric form. The design also stands out—especially in classic Mustang blue—with a bold, athletic presence that turns heads. Inside, the technology is a major upgrade. The infotainment system is clean and intuitive, and the cabin feels modern and comfortable with premium touches throughout. I’ve driven other EVs like the Tesla Model S Plaid, Rivian R1T, and Nissan Leaf, and each has its strengths, but the Mach-E strikes the best balance between performance and everyday usability. Range has been reliable for my needs, and I’m already seeing savings compared to gas. Like any EV, charging takes some planning for longer trips, but it becomes second nature quickly. I had a great experience with David Williams at Ourisman Kia Bethesda recently when buying a used Ioniq. He was extremely straightforward, helpful, and great to work with. Highly recommend. Best car buying experience in decades. There was none of the usual (lousy) back and forth, playing games; everything was straightforward with no surprises, no hidden fees, no bait and switch like I've seen at other dealers. I greatly value that. I started on their website looking at one particular vehicle and David answered on chat when I indicated an interest. Before I got too invested he volunteered that there was minor damage on the vehicle that didn't show on pictures. Other dealers would have not said anything and let me come in (a decent drive away) to try to sell me on something else, but David didn't do that bait and switch so I really appreciated that. He had other similar vehicles in stock so I decided to come on in anyways. When I arrived, the vehicle was not only already ready to go, they had put it through their detailing process right before I arrived. David encouraged me to take a longer test drive, and I was able to get a feel for the vehicle in a low pressure situation. He drove with me on my request and was very patient in answering my questions about the car and the dealership. We worked together to find a good deal that benefited both of us and I walked away very happy; I hope David and Ourisman did too. I really appreciate that when we finally started talking numbers, there wasn't that constant back and forth "let me bring it to my manager" dance. It was a very fast turnaround on price negotiation and I'm glad we didn't have any wasted time. Finalizing the deal went smoothly without problems. We've had the car now for a week and it's been great. As I said it's been one of the best buying experiences I've had. A+, highly recommend, would go again. 2024 Kia EV9 review
One month into owning my EV9 and I can say I’m a happy customer, both for city use and highway road trips. The range is great, exterior design looks great, and I’ve been impressed with the technology and infotainment features. The map function is not great (I was used to the Android Automotive platform in my previous Polestar 2, which is best in class and apparently what Kia is now switching to next year) but everything else is excellent. No quality or performance issues at all - great initial build quality. Feels zippy, especially for such a large car. Plus, they have some amazing lease deals running right now, it’s an exceptional value.

2021 Tesla Model S review
purchased used with 2,200 miles. At first, I hated it, I've never had an all-electric car and the batter was dead. Luckily they sent someone to jump it. I was still thinking it was a mistake, until I actually drove it and got to know it and learn it. Drives totally different than my corvette. Now I like the Tesla better than my 650hp corvette. It hugs the road like nothing, takes off like a bat out of xxxx. I felt safe and comfortable hitting the pedal to the floor and feeling the rush of this thing taking off and just hanging on to that jet style steering wheel.

2023 Kia EV6 review
Game changing. Luxurious and affordable. Makes relying fully on an EV an easy and comfortable reality. This car goes head-to-head (and beyond) with any luxury sedan. With the regen mode (which you choose the level of with the paddle to the left of the wheel) it's easy to get above the standard range level. Has auto pilot, lane change guidance, and auto distance/speed adjustment which are really helpful for long or late-night drives. Find the EV6 groups on social media for helpful tips.

2024 Cadillac LYRIQ review
It’s really a pretty great car. For the price, the car is quite luxurious and well-made. I had a glitch or two when I first got it, but they were quickly resolved and have had no further problems over my first year of ownership. The car is smooth, quiet, very powerful and quick. I’ve been getting close to 3 miles per kilowatt hour over the long haul using the regenerative braking system. There is a little adjustment to drive an EV over a gas engine car, but the advantages are easily stated such as the smooth power and low maintenance required. The lower range is an issue for long trips, but if you’re not in a real hurry, the stops to charge can be quite pleasant. That said, my wife and I usually use her hybrid Lexus when we go road tripping as it is just more comfortable as it is what we are used to. Kudos to Cadillac for a job well done.

2023 Toyota bZ4X review
What I do not like Remote start: There is no option just to start the HVAC, you have to start the car. The car needs to be locked. Why not combine 2 functions - lock first, then start HVAC. After getting into the car and starting, a number of features do not work and need manual intervention: Auto setting for heated seats and steering wheel Phone no longer connects. Manual intervention needed to connect CarPlay (several taps) I have not been able to get scheduled HVAC going from the app. Multi-Information display is almost obstructed by steering wheel. And I am 6’2”. Steering-wheel buttons are crowded. Setting, canceling, resuming buttons are close together and I need to look at the wheel to find the right button. Audio volume is much easier with a knob… I had to restrict the upper range of the lift gate opening so it would not hit the garage door. Now I hit my head on the lift gate edge if I am not careful. My car came with only 1 key fob. Several months later still no 2nd fob. Heat takes a long time to come on. Lack of recording cameras, like Tesla. Knob to put in Drive or Reverse. Easy to select the wrong direction. Pushbuttons are easier. Only randomly is CarPlay activated when starting car. I only want Carplay. What I like Auto parking brake. Seats are comfortable. Easy to drive the car smoothly. Comfortable. Auto heated seats and steering wheel. Qi wireless charger Wireless CarPlay (will not buy a car without it) Rubber car mats. Overall comments: I like the car, but the interfaces in the Hyundai Kona Electric I had previously were better.

2024 Chevrolet Equinox EV review
Better range than expected. Very comfortable and rides smoothly. More reliable than my previous EV (VW ID4). Roomy interior with nice features including a very good and customizable display. Only complaints are lack of spare tire and low speed noise. Price was very competitive.

We just purchased a 2025 Kia K4 here. The car had an issue and it failed MD inspection. We called the salesman to tell him what happened and he was absolutely useless! However, the Sales Managers (Daniel and Aziz) that worked on our deal stepped in and helped to resolve the issue. I sent them the report that was provided from the Auto Shop that did the inspection. I brought the car back to have their service team look into the matter. Daniel made sure that we had a loaner while they had our car looked for the issue. Their service team look at it and they said nothing was wrong. The service team even went as far as to question the integrity of the place I took the car to get the inspection. Then Aziz sent the car over to the Kia service team and they said nothing was wrong with the car. I thought that was the end of it. I thought I was stuck with the car with an issue because the salesman had said the car is sold as is. However, the car failed inspection again. I took the car to a Kia Dealership in MD and they found the same issue as the place that did the inspection. I called Aziz back and sent him the findings from the Kia Dealership had provided. He told me he'd call me back in 20 mins. He called me back and told me to they would pay for the repair! These two gentlemen handled the situation with professionalism and went above and beyond to assist me and my family and ensure a positive outcome for! They are the reason for the 4 star rating. The salesman is the reason they didn't didn't get 5 stars! Aziz and Daniel, thank you for your professionalism throughout this entire process!

2026 Chevrolet Blazer EV review
2026 Chevy Blazer EV is as reliable as my 2018 Chevy Colorado, never give me any hiccup. Blazer is superior than my 2020 Chevy Bolt EV in performance as well as the looks. I recommend every red blooded American to give this car a test drive and you will be blasted by it's performance. I love the regenerative braking feature that I barely use my brake and saving the brake pads as well as the environment. Especially in this high price gasoline world today.

Just had the car for a month. It's much like its predecessor, the bz4x but gets better range, at 90% from 230 to 275. It rides smoothly and a bit less noisy than the 4x. I'm very happy with it.

2024 Kia EV9 review
Ok, good car. Lots of great reviews online. We have a GT and let me say the biggest issue is technology. Tesla has set a high bar with customers. I expect EVs to fully integrate with mobile and to require less to do more. Kia is truly bombing here. Smart Key? About as difficult to setup as can be. Second Driver? It’s like Kia didn’t know the concept existed. Interconnected Experience? Kia Connect Reps don’t have my name or address, yet the app does? Online Experience, different architect, limited features, slow. It took two hours to get me and my wife setup. I gave up on the keys.

2023 Audi Q4 e-tron review
I recently leased a 2024 Quattro premium plus 55. I have not had the severe issues others mention in reviews, but agree that the electronics and software are sometimes frustrating. It drives nicely for an SUV (I prefer driving small cars). I don’t like the behavior of the brakes. You have to really step on them for the final 5 mph to complete stop — they are not linear. I know VW knows how to do brakes in an EV, because the e-Golf is fantastic. Also annoying are the steering wheel buttons — again, big downgrade from the e-Golf. Overall, happy with the great lease deal I got.

Just bought a Chevrolet SSR retro pick up in the used truck dept. Couldn't be more pleased with this dealership from the sales rep to the manager. After looking for the SSR for at least 2 years, this one definitely was best overall condition and the deal was the best. BTW: they don't jack up the Internet pricing, and do follow up phone calls My rating for them is A
2024 Toyota bZ4X review
I found a 2017 Ram 1500 here. I was looking for exactly that trim for a long time. Fixed up the interior a bit, but mechanically it’s perfect. Serious truck, in the city it feels like a tank.

2026 Toyota bZ review
Toyota decided to get serious with their electric compact suv over their earlier version. Lowered the price making it competitive with all others in this class. Also making it now competitive is the increase in driving range, the XLE AWD model gets a significant boost with a 288 mile range. In addition the horsepower on the XLE AWD increased to 338 providing 0-60 in the middle 4 second range… that’s head snapping power. Also, major improvements were addressed to the charging system… now able to charge significantly faster and it comes using the NACS (North American Charging Standard) outlet connection for faster charging ( (originally called the Tesla charging connection). I personally enjoy driving the bZ around town but also on major roads. It runs quietly as an electric should but also isolates road noise. The instrument panel is different but coming from driving my plug in hybrid Prius Prime I’m used to different. I trust Toyota overall quality over all other manufacturers whether the vehicle is a traditional combustible gas engine or now electric.

2027 Chevrolet Bolt review
Great car for the money, it is my 3rd bolt and this one is the best I’ve had, although I didn’t have any problems with the other ones this one drives and rides better. It could use more sound deadening because there is a lot of road noise, other than that it’s a great car. I have the RS and I love it, I can’t understand why GM is going to quit making it!

Since I didn’t have a trade in, I was able to put a sizable down payment and financed the balance. The truck was freshly washed, and had a full tank of gas. I appreciated doing business with them, and would do it again in the future.
