First time buying a car online. The most awesome experience ever. Salesman, Adrian was very responsive to texts and phone calls. He went out of his way to make sure I had no worries. He even dealt with a couple of "psycho moments"....lol Great personality for sure! Even responded to text on his days off! (Sorry Adrian) The car is beautiful and looks brand new!

I love this car, it has all the bells and whistles of a luxury car and a 300 mile range, full electric. I had the level 2 charger hooked up at my house and haven't been to the gas station since! This car does things I didn't even know it does--it can parallel park itself, pull out of a parking position by itself by using your phone (if you are parked too close to other vehicles to open door or if the car is in a muddy spot). After driving up to my gate callbox a few times (the clicker doesn't work so I have to enter the code) the car noticed I rolled the window down at that location, and asked if I'd like to have it automatically lower when we approach (which I do)! I love being able to put my foot under the hatchback if my hands are full and the trunk opening automatically. I was worried about running out of a charge, and granted, I haven't gone on any long trips yet, but charging overnight at home works perfectly fine for day to day usage. It is an expensive car, but I got a great deal leasing it and I think it's worth it. Slightly less trunk space than the x5 which I had before this, but as my kids have grown and moved out, I don't really need it as much. Surprising amount of torque--my husband was impressed.

Wendy did not ask me to write a review but I do want to mention her because she helped us out in a relaxed, motherly manner. I feel she did more than necessary which was sweet. The steps and processes of our 2 trade-ins for a pre-owned vehicle also happened pretty quickly and without issues on their end. Great company. Would return.

Charging has turned out to be easier than expected, but haven't taken for long trip yet. Great acceleration and got over 440 miles on first 100% charge when delivered. Did get RST version so list price was higher than what is listed here.

It is obvious that the pre-eminent concern of this dealership is to place the customer's satisfaction as first priority. Exceptional service. Recently, I purchased 2 vehicles from ECarOne in Plano TX.  My experience with ECarOn from my Sale advisor Dau Nguyen to Ash Osman in Finance was smooth and painless.   I communicated with Dau a few times regarding the Price of these cars and Trade in values, approx a week before we drove from Houston area to Plano.   Dau was very courteous, professional, straightforward and gave me a fair deal on the trade in.  I felt comfortable enough to drive 3.5 hrs to see him.  Once we arrived at the dealer, cars were in front ready for us to test drive.  With Dau's help, we were in and out with the new cars in a very short time.   We got two beautiful and in almost brand new condition cars, a 2021 Maserati GranLusso Levante for myself and a 2024 BMW X1 for my daughter.  Ash was easy to deal with, he did not hassle me into something I dont want and gave me a good deal on the extended warranty which I asked for.   I found my car dealer in TX now, and I will be back in the future.  I strongly recommend Dau Nguyen and ECarOne if you are looking for used luxury cars in great condition at good prices.

I have owned it for 3 months now and gone 10,000 miles. I have driven it in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio and Ontario. I have easily found charging stations and just line it up with lunch or dinner. Car has a few quirks but it is to be expected for the first EV model. Car rides beautifully and Blue Cruise is awesome (had a few times where it would make me keep the hands on the wheel when I didn't think it should). I haven't had range anxiety because most Targets, Meijers and Walmarts have fast charging. Almost all dealerships do as well. Ford is also sending a free Tesla converter which will just add to the availability of charging stations. My only drawbacks on the car so far is the back windshield is hard to keep clean and the windshield wiper is too small. I also wish the car recorded with all the cameras it has on it like the Teslas. Lastly, the plastic on the B Pillars look crazy with the oils from people's hands. Really hard to clean.

Audi stayed true to its design and esthetics when it come to an electric vehicle. The car is very comfortable and totally feels like an Audi when driving. I especially like the interior and how unlike other ev there is not a giant tablet in the center of the car. I purchased the vehicle with all available options and have not regretted. The cabin is very quiet and isolates the road noise. The BO audio system is crystal clear. I typically drive locally so the range is sufficient for my weekly commute. Charging with level 2 at home is very easy and utilizing a fast charger out and about is typically 20mins. The car has plenty of power when you need it and all the smart functions such as lane assist and collision detection are very helpful. I would recommend the etron to anyone looking for an ev with luxury comfort and performance.

Hunter was incredibly helpful during the checking in process and went out of his way to help explain other services car may have needed. His Personable and honest character made the car service experience a better one.

Jarrett Abel has been my Service Adviser for several years. He always takes care of scheduling my appointments and getting my Chevy P/U serviced. The service department does a terrific job of getting vehicles serviced quickly.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. When completed they washed my car and let me know it was done. Service was friendly and professional.

I would HIGHLY recommend Five Star Ford in NRH and Jim Rich their Internet Sales Manager. I have been in the market for a new truck for a few months now. I have had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. I have been to many dealerships much closer to my home that treated me very poorly to say the least. From the first time I spoke to Jim on the phone till the second we drove off the lot, he was welcoming, nice and most importantly what he said was not changing like every other dealership I have been too. You can tell Jim is a true professional and cares about you and what he does. He wasn't trying to pressure you into things you didn't want, I can defiantly see why he has so many repeat customers. I love my new Hummer, I have had it 2 weeks now and it’s an Amazing vehicle. Looks great and is a lot of fun to drive. I love that I can take the 4 tops off and it’s a convertible suv. So far so good with no problems. It charges overnight and is ready to go. I would highly recommend.

I purchased my 2024 Audi Q8 E tron about 6 months ago. I wanted to get into an electric car and with the new Q8 update the time was right. When I purchased the car the demand for EV’s was still very high. Audi has some more incentives now that consumers can take advantage of. The SUV is a beautiful luxury vehicle that I highly recommend. I purchased the Prestige package which has everything including massaging seats, color changing interior LED lighting and some other lighting on the exterior. These SUV’s are not cheap but I did not want to regret Geary options so I chose the Prestige trim. The ride, attention to detail and style of this suv is amazing. I get compliments all the time. This is my first EV so I had to learn that you typically should keep the car charged between 20-80%. Keep this in mind when shopping for your EV. The EPA range listed for the Q8 Etron is around 290 miles on a full charge. My driving is a mix of city and highway and there is no way I could ever get anywhere close to that. On a full charge my range is about 240 miles. Now I will say if you drive exclusively in the city you will get better mileage as the car regenerates power with frequent braking. If you drive on highway above 70 mph you will see your mileage drop. So in conclusion I love this suv and it is beautifully put together but I would not recommend if you have to make long trips. We have a ICE car so we can use that for long trips.

They fixed a couple little dents for free, Toronto was very good to deal with, I would recommend going through these guys if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

I'm truly amazed at my experience there. After being denied and feeling defeated I gave it once last try. Quincy was amazing. Went in on Saturday and drove off Monday in a brand new Ford. He was so nice and patient even when I wasn't. The process was pretty quick. I spent only a few hours on Saturday picking out a vehicle. Got all the paperwork to them Monday morning. Went back Monday afternoon to pick up my car. It was washed and ready to go. I was not really into Ford's but now I'm a customer for life and hopefully will be buying from Quincy for now on.
