But the one thing that made all the difference, and the reason we continue to stay loyal to Cadillac of Beverly Hills, is the extraordinary customer service from Service Manager Daniel Lorenzana and Owner Dan Broderick. From our very first conversation with Dan, he took the time to listen. Not rush us, not brush us off, but truly listen to every concern — and then take ownership of making it right. What we appreciate most is that this dealership treats you the same whether you’re a celebrity, a CEO, or just everyday customers like us who financed their dream car. Cadillac of Beverly Hills is located in one of the most high-profile cities in the world, but they give you a small-town, “we know you by name” level of service that you rarely see anymore. At one point, we were genuinely frustrated with the vehicle itself — not the dealership — and despite everything, Dan and Daniel continued to go above and beyond to repair, reassure, and make things right. I’ve purchase several new Cadillac vehicles over last 20+ years. To be honest, It’s been several years since my last new Cadillac purchase. So, in 2020, I decided to trade in my 2017 GMC Yukon Denali and obtain the new 5th Generation Cadillac Escalade! In early November 2021, Cadillac.com initially referred me to Carter Stenburg, Internet Specialist at Cadillac of Beverly Hills (California). After receiving an introductory e-mail from Carter, I called Carter and discussed what Escalade trim I was interested in as well as other questions about optional features. Carter was very professional; polite and patient with me. Any questions he could not answer during our calls, He would immediacy get back to me with the answers. Carter suggested that I order a 2022 Escalade using the “build feature” on the Cadillac.com website. I built the 2022 Escalade Premium Luxury with the desired trim and options and generated a PDF file which I e-mailed to Carter. Thanks Carter!! Cater then introduce me to Brian Epps, Cadillac Sales Specialist at Cadillac of Beverly Hills!! OMG! I can not say enough praises for Brian! Brian is amazing! Like Carter, Brian was very professional; very knowledgeable; very patient with even more questions that I had; made very good suggestions about some upgrade options to my vehicle build; etc. He “really knew his stuff”!! Mid November 2021, We reviewed my updated 2022 Cadillac Escalade build one last time. I agreed to the final build. Brian had his colleagues place my 2022 Escalade Premium Luxury order (again, November 2021 “timeline”). Again, Thanks Brian!!!! Well, It seems that in December 2021, My 2022 Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury order was accepted / approved / built at the GM Factory in Arlington, Texas with only 2 minor constraints due to the worldwide chip shortage and limited auto parts shortage - Not Equipped with Steering Column Lock and Not Equipped with 4-Way Power Driver and Front Passenger Lumbar. Brian personally called me late January 2022 and informed me that my 2022 Escalade Premium Luxury (order) arrived at the dealership. I was very lucky during these challenging times in the automotive industry to received my 2022 Escalade within a few month of ordering the vehicle build. Cadillac of Beverly Hills is part of a larger company and I (could be wrong, but ...) think that perhaps the dealership's outstanding reputation and / or their sales volume had something to due with my quick build turnaround. Anyway, after Brian’s call over the weekend, I arrived at the dealership the next day – January 31st, 2022 and met with Brian. Traded in my 2017 GMC Yukon Denali (the dealership gave me a fair price for the trade in ...). While at the dealership, I was pleasantly greeted by Joseph Norkewicz, Manager (we meet prior – Great Guy!!). While going through the “paperwork process” the reception staff at the dealership was so nice to me and checked on me to see if there’s anything they can do for me (water; Starbucks's Coffee at the dealership; etc.) - Very Nice! Very Classy and Professional! However (next to Brian), me acquiring my 2022 Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury would not be possible without the help and assistance of Frank Rastegar in Finance!!! Thanks Frank!!!! Left that day with my 2022 Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury. I love the vehicle! I get complements everywhere I go (and of course, I tell everyone to call Brian Epps at Cadillac of Beverly Hills …). So, Bottom Line - I’m very happy with my 2022 Cadillac Escalade. Very Happy with the vehicle arriving at the dealership two months after placing the build order! I’m very humbled by how the Brian in Sales and Frank in Finance help me achieve my dream car!!! Finally, I'm looking forward to having my car serviced by Erik Curtis and the service staff at Cadillac of Beverly Hills! Much Thanks Cadillac of Beverly Hills!!!!

2022 GMC HUMMER EV review
Currently, the Hummer EV is a decent electric vehicle option. However, as newer electric vehicles, especially the Cybertruck, are released to the market with longer range and cutting-edge features at a lower price point, the Hummer EV will fall behind. The Cybertruck is anticipated to enter mass production later this year, while GMC's production is slow, putting them at risk of falling behind competitors who may enter the market with newer and better offerings by the time GMC's product is ready for a refresh. Although GMC initially released a good retrofit product, their production delays are gradually eroding the Hummer's competitive advantage.

2027 Chevrolet Bolt review
Great car for the money, it is my 3rd bolt and this one is the best I’ve had, although I didn’t have any problems with the other ones this one drives and rides better. It could use more sound deadening because there is a lot of road noise, other than that it’s a great car. I have the RS and I love it, I can’t understand why GM is going to quit making it!

2026 Dodge Charger review
Aesthetic with the performance of this vehicle. Remind me lot of the early models in the past. The in-line six engine with the R/T and scat pack make this vehicle very versatile. I particularly like the sound of the engines that start up and the standard tech is state of the art. My concern is what will happen in the future for updates or major changes in technology. I am pleased with it overall gas performance a recent trip from Delaware to New York showed on economy highway miles of 27.2. They found off the car is the fact that you can change the different mode to economy all the way up to drag racing. I recommend this vehicle wholeheartedly and hope my generation ( baby boomers) will give the nostalgic version I try. Happy driving.

This is easily the best car you can own. I decided to upgrade from a 2021 Tesla to my current Tesla Model 3 in November 2024, a few months after the model was refreshed. Both were amazing cars and blew me away. The 2024 model is extremely class-upgraded and refined over the original. It is easily the most luxurious and tech-forward car in its category. This car is ZIPPY, and it handles amazingly. The self-driving features are absolutely superb and get software updates frequently. This is the best car for road trips around town, honestly, anything you throw at it, it handles. It is so cheap to fill the range back up at home (I keep mine at 80% max unless road-tripping). The convenience alone of this car makes it worth it, but the material quality and luxury feel make it all the more worthwhile. Tesla's audio system is SO GOOD, it rivals the Harman and Bowers & Wilkins on other cars I've driven. The LED ambient lighting is so beautiful and adjustable. Cooled seats are a must on hot summer days, and you can even start them with one button on the app. So beautiful, fun to drive, and intuitive. Could not be happier with my purchase! You won't regret going with a Tesla!

2024 FIAT 500e review
Great for in-town driving. Only good for 150 mile without recharging. Given the price of gasoline, the fact that it's totally electric makes it a fantastic value and it's a delight to drive! If you're close to 6 ft tall, it would be a good idea to check for comfort--you may find it cramped. Not a whole lot of cargo space even with the seats down. Does not include a spare tire. Does not have a paper users' manual--pdf only. The computer system is cumbersome--too many features. These are the only negatives I can find. Even with the negatives, it's a 5-star vehicle.

2026 Dodge Charger review
The Charger is pretty comfortable with high grade materials and large passenger seating. The backseat can actually be used by adults which is impressive in a sports coupe. In my opinion this is not a sports car. Rather Gran Turismo (GT). It’s extremely quick and will get over posted speed limits in a few seconds. The Charger is full of high tech which we’ll see how they hold up with the years. But for now everything works as it should and very well. One big hiccup for me is the exhaust sound which is extremely raspy and tin canny. But this growing on me and don’t mind it as much. I couldn’t expect a V8 note out of a twin turbo straight six.

2026 Nissan Leaf review
This is my second Leaf EV, and was still driving my 2015 model when I purchased this one. The 2026 Leaf SV Plus has been great so far! The ride is smooth, the range has been consistently north of 300 miles on a charge. I appreciate the battery heater and the range added from it in the cold. I knew I wanted the SV+ model for that, and the snazzy tourquoise color alone. I don't car about the color for aesthetics, but it makes it incredibly easy to find in a parking lot! The driver control center is good, and I appreciate the Google integration and voice controls-but it also has CarPlay. My at home level 2 charger still works with this, but it is a little slower than the car is capable of being charged. It doesn't bother me as it charges at off-peak over night in a few hours. Why is anyone living near an urban area still buying a gas vehicle with fuel prices what they are is beyond me.

I was very happy because the first guy took all of 10 min programming my phone with little help w all the panels. Also Abdulla our salesperson was fantastic!
2022 Tesla Model 3 review
I own a 2017 Tesla Model S. It's literally the best car I've ever owned. I have driven it 157,000 miles and haven't done a thing to it except change tires. ZERO maintenance! No more oil changes, fluid flushes, belts, filters, nothing. I haven't even needed new brakes because the car slows it's self down so I rarely even touch the brakes. It cost me $400 to have my electrician put the proper outlet in my garage. I charge from home while I sleep. I am never inconvenienced by having to go to the gas station. No more pumping gas, getting gas on my hands, nothing, dripping down my car. I will NEVER own an ICE engine again. Couldn't be happier and will never go back. If you aren't sure, trust me, you will love every minute of driving this car and you will save money doing it.

2022 Tesla Model 3 review
I have come to the conclusion that most of the negative statements I keep hearing about Tesla's are politically based. especially the ones about the environment. I currently own a 2022 model 3 awd, and it is BY FAR the best car I have ever owned. It is now a little over a year later and my first year's maintenance to run my car... realistically, ZERO. Other than the car payment, I have not put a penny into my car. I have solar panels, so charging at home is FREE for me. I did however make a 1500-mile trip that cost me $140.21 at charging stations and 3 trips, roughly 350-miles, that cost me $14 each. The ONLY negative I have found so far is how quickly it will go through tires if you drive it the way I do, I constantly put my foot into it. I got 15,000 miles out of the brand-new set that came with the car, due to the cars weight and ability to beat any vehicle I came across out of the hole. drive it normal and you will not have this problem... So, lets recap, I spent $1,182.21 for a full year on what would equal 15,000 miles worth of GAS, and upkeep of any kind (anything not covered by the warranty, such as the possibility of, fluids, brakes, oil changes, tune ups, filters, belts... did I miss anything?) put on a gas vehicle and now have no wear on a new set of tires. Charging: I constantly come across people who think this is a problem. It takes me 10 to 15 minutes to charge at a supercharger, which are everywhere and cost a lot less than gas pumps do. but since I charge ONLY at home unless I go on a trip more than 150 miles, 180 during good weather conditions, away from my house. Extreme weather conditions: hot conditions seem to affect cost to operate less than cold, the opposite of a gas vehicle. The heating element evidently draws more current than the compressor in an EV. However, driving in snow and ice shocked me, my model 3 went places without getting stuck that I would not take my Jeep Wrangler because the Jeep would have... the bottom of a Tesla is like a sled, it is rather smooth and glides across snow... now keep in mind I have not seen past a foot of snow on the street with this car yet... so much heavier snowfall could be different. It also seems to perform better on ice than any other car I have driven, due probably to the computer control it possesses. Comfort: This is by far the most comfortable car I have ever been in. Has a great sound system and is basically its own environmental system. Any animal left alone in a Tesla is safer in my opinion than one left alone at home. Can the Tesla system fail? sure. Can your house catch fire or some other emergency happen? sure. Both are equally possible would be my guess, house fires probably even higher. Safety and security: Do other cars currently have similar systems to my model 3? lol not even close that I have seen. This is the main reason I love this car... Most of my jobs I have had, have been driving jobs. I have logged a lot more hours behind the wheel of a car than most people, and my biggest fear has always been some kid walking out from between two parked cars on a residential street and me hitting them. This car will avoid hitting that child better than any human can. It knows the child is there before you do through its advanced camera system and will react quicker than anyone can and brake before you can even react yourself... THIS ONE REASON MAKES TESLA THE BEST CAR I HAVE EVER OWNED. I don't care what anyone says, considering I have owned a taxicab company and driven so many different kinds of cars, I know cars, and this Telsa I currently own is by far the best car I have ever owned.

I’ve never owned an EV before, so I had a multitude of newbie questions as this is a big transition from Acura MDX. Ever Cars made this easier than expected. Jake, my rep, was really the workhorse though. Jake took notes of everything I said I wanted, but then took it several steps further and brought up features I didn’t even know I needed! I thought Tesla held the title for longest range, until he introduced me to Lucid, which I test drove the 2023 Lucid Air… incredible. I needed some “hand holding” to figure out what I wanted, but Jake did that for me and I’m grateful.

2026 Hyundai IONIQ 9 review
Very pleased with the car so far! Great interior space as we downsized (somewhat) from a suburban. Still gives us seating & hauling options and feels roomy inside. Drives smooth and has great features. (Limited trim level) We highly recommend the IONIQ 9!
