I have a 2025 lyriq for 6 months and have fallen in love with this car. Trouble free, comfortable, powerful acceration in a beautiful body. A few minor things, like having a bar graph and miles remaining instead of a number percentage for the state charge and could use slightly tighter steering adjustment. Otherwise it's the best driving vehicle, ICE or EV that I have owned. Do not hesitate.

The salesmen that helped me was really nice and had good customer service experience. I was not interested though in the car.

I will be really critical of "Youtube reviewers", which often focus on what a car feels within a a day, week, or month and don't project their analysis beyond that. For instance recommending a Hyundai with several critical ongoing recalls over a Toyota with a clean slate. $5k difference means nothing if the vehicle is not working and the manufacturer is shady about it. Nissan is guilty of CVTs and now Turbo issues, but the Leaf is none of that, and not the Ariya. Time has proven that the Ariya is a more reliable vehicle than the Ioniq 5 (search for ICCU) and ID.4( choose your poison). Do not get me started on Teslas, which somehow get a free pass on reliability. The car was too expensive new, yet why would anyone buy a new EV? You lease it. In the US, leasing was the only way to obtain government subsidies anyway for Japanese made cars. Now as a used EV, is quite affordable, the charging is on par with most new Japanese EVs (Soltera, CH-R, BZ) as 20%-80% in "nearly 30mins" does not look bad anymore if it comes from Toyota. I bought a 2023 Engage+ E-4orce on April 2025 and have no complaints. I bought it for $21K with under 5k miles, instead of a used Corolla. Try the Ariya before you shop for a new ICE compact sedan, and definitively before buying any used or new EVs.

I bought this and have no complaints. It is a solid ride, super fast and fun to drive. It is very futuristic and I think it will hold its value mostly because there will be few sold due to tariffs and trumps anti EV stance. If VW could sell the cargo version in the US, there would be a million on our roads within a couple of years. I love my ID Buzz and am excited to drive spending less than $1.00 to go 30 miles.

I have owned it for 3 months now and gone 10,000 miles. I have driven it in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio and Ontario. I have easily found charging stations and just line it up with lunch or dinner. Car has a few quirks but it is to be expected for the first EV model. Car rides beautifully and Blue Cruise is awesome (had a few times where it would make me keep the hands on the wheel when I didn't think it should). I haven't had range anxiety because most Targets, Meijers and Walmarts have fast charging. Almost all dealerships do as well. Ford is also sending a free Tesla converter which will just add to the availability of charging stations. My only drawbacks on the car so far is the back windshield is hard to keep clean and the windshield wiper is too small. I also wish the car recorded with all the cameras it has on it like the Teslas. Lastly, the plastic on the B Pillars look crazy with the oils from people's hands. Really hard to clean.

I just purchased a new Subaru Forester Hybrid from Subaru Lakeland and was very pleased and impressed with this dealership. I had a specific trim and color that I wanted, and saw “my car” listed as “in transit” on their website. I contacted them via text, they quoted me a fair price, gave them a deposit to hold the car, and then was patient enough to wait for it to arrive. They also offered me a fair price for my trade. Ron, Jared and Barney were all terrific: they were knowledgeable, no pressure, and transaction went off without any surprises. Their follow up has been very good, too.

First EV. LOTS to learn. Lots and lots of settings & configuration stuff. Most defaults OK. Not sure if bought a car that has a Tablet or a very expensive Tablet that has wheels. Couple of things that stuck out: NO Glove Box. (bad) / No Spare Tire (bad). / No Jack + No Lug Wrench (really Bad) for OFF Road AWD capable? That's irresponsible ! And when buying a separate Solterra 'Jack Kit' from dealer, the Lug Wrench won't fit the Lug nuts. Need 21mm wrench. Kit came for 19mm wheel nuts. That's totally irresponsible !! Plus there are special almost hidden lift points under each side designated as lift points. Any other spots will Damage something! Road service? Where? in Boonies with GPS coordinates? (not gonna happen!) And even though has NACS Tesla type charger nozzle, absolutely can NOT charge at Tesla fast chargers. (Tesla charger cables too short + Subaru software won't connect.) So have to use charger that came with Solterra and endure Level 1 charge times, or install Level 2 charger at home, or go to Level 2 or DC chargers in your area. Actually, there's several in our area so not so bad, BUT about a road trip; that's something else. (it's a challenge). Remember: NO TESLA chargers! period! Range at 90% charge made under 200 miles round trip. Normal charge is 80% max. So will have to try that next time. Still significant uncertainty. For 2026, this is supposed to be an improvement from prior years. Now about the vehicle itself; pretty good. In fact: it's made by Toyota as a joint venture in Japan. So confidence level is pretty good that as far as an EV is concerned, they know what they're doing. Very quiet and pretty smooth ride. Has 3 power options and all three this thing can Launch and go fast. And since it's AWD, amazing traction on dirt and gravel. 30 degree up hill on gravel, stop, and go = no wheel spin. Same when descending and no spin when backing up. Most excellent! I find the telescoping steering wheel short. Needs additional pull out capability. Tilt OK. Driving with Boots is a problem. Driver leg room between pedal and brake too close and offset to the right, Makes driver foot positions cramped and a bit awkward. Pretty tight for 240 pound, 5'-10" man. Plenty of head room as this Premier model doesn't have Sun roof. (NOT good in Arizona). Climate control works good for both driver and passenger. This came with power driver's seat and manual passenger. (OK for us) Yet even with power driver's seat, have a bit difficulty getting in and out as have to duck head considerably and once in vehicle, seems to sit pretty low. This model does NOT remember driver 1 & driver 2 positions. Also, does not have tilting rear view mirror. (Again bad - bad - bad) . Have to grab whole mirror and push up or down to accommodate the driver. Glad the vehicle was furnished with Owners Manual. There's 3. Lots & Lots to read. Dealer was nice, polite and tries to help, but sales folks don't know as they don't own one. Your 80% on your own to learn and figure stuff and buttons and symbols on EV screen on your own. Would I buy again ? Not sure. Not bummed with purchase, just still very unsure about things even after 1 month ownership. Just feel uncertain driving with all that goes on and displays. Some helpful / some distracting. In fact most of the time have screen display turned OFF so can pay attention to road and vehicle responses. Ask me again a year from now.

purchased used with 2,200 miles. At first, I hated it, I've never had an all-electric car and the batter was dead. Luckily they sent someone to jump it. I was still thinking it was a mistake, until I actually drove it and got to know it and learn it. Drives totally different than my corvette. Now I like the Tesla better than my 650hp corvette. It hugs the road like nothing, takes off like a bat out of xxxx. I felt safe and comfortable hitting the pedal to the floor and feeling the rush of this thing taking off and just hanging on to that jet style steering wheel.

It’s really a pretty great car. For the price, the car is quite luxurious and well-made. I had a glitch or two when I first got it, but they were quickly resolved and have had no further problems over my first year of ownership. The car is smooth, quiet, very powerful and quick. I’ve been getting close to 3 miles per kilowatt hour over the long haul using the regenerative braking system. There is a little adjustment to drive an EV over a gas engine car, but the advantages are easily stated such as the smooth power and low maintenance required. The lower range is an issue for long trips, but if you’re not in a real hurry, the stops to charge can be quite pleasant. That said, my wife and I usually use her hybrid Lexus when we go road tripping as it is just more comfortable as it is what we are used to. Kudos to Cadillac for a job well done.

I saw a vehicle on Carfax that I was interested in and made an appointment to check it out. Kent did a great job of showing me the vehicle and worked with me to a deal that fit my budget. I returned several days later to pick up the vehicle and Kent wasn't in, but Jose stepped up to help complete the deal and made sure I got the truck and went over all the details of the truck's operation. I sat and watched all the YouTube Videos I could find on the Lyriq. I decided on the 2024 Lyriq Luxury 2 because of the select features that It came with or I could add to the vehicle. With a personal check to place an order, I went to my favorite Dealership " Plaza Cadilac in Leesburg, FL. When I arrived to place my order I could see several Lyriq's lined up. The one main Item that I wanted was the 19.2 on-board charging system rather than the 11.5 system. My salesman scoured their inventory and found one with the equipment I wanted but not the color. He found a 2024 Lyriq Luxury 3 with a 19.2 charging system and a whole lot more. One of the main items this time around was the all-glass roof with the power shade. They brought up an all-white vehicle with a beautiful real leather interior and all the bells & whistles that Cadillac is known for. The car is a stunning showpiece in gleaming white paint and just enough chrome to make it stand out without being gaudy. A Vehicle that folks stop and look at in the Church parking lot, The Post Office, or the Grocery Store. At night the vehicle lights up the way around it as it glides along. When you see it, you know it's a Cadillac lyric.
