2023 BMW iX review
Only 2000 miles of which 500 is highway. First positive impressions are: extraordinary quiet, impressive acceleration, above average ride and comfort. Great front and side vision. Very comfortable seats. Lots of interior room. Negatives are: incredibly complex systems to do simple things, exterior styling is an "acquired taste", rear vision is marginal. Odd door handles inside and outside. It is still too early to make a definitive assessment of this vehicle. Other than an intermittent annoying creak in the passenger window area that is hard to replicate at the dealership, the build quality seems very good. This is not a big Lexus or Mercedes sedan, but rather a very good SAV. Range is 300+ with the 21" wheels. Charging is easy and relatively fast with a good DC charger. True 11KwH on 48 amp home charger. Driver assistance package works well. Steering is a little light but no issues with the shape of the wheel. There will be some adjustment to this type of vehicle, but it has been easier than I anticipated. Registering it as an EV, leased out of state, was a frustrating experience and the extra fees for EV licensing are ridiculous.

Might be the best car I have ever owned. Don’t be deceived by the published range … the regenerative breaking as miles to your range. Unlike older EV’s there is not A decrease in the range when using heat or AC. Styling is excellent… power is incredible.

2023 BMW i4 Gran Coupe review
My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

2023 Audi Q4 e-tron review
I recently leased a 2024 Quattro premium plus 55. I have not had the severe issues others mention in reviews, but agree that the electronics and software are sometimes frustrating. It drives nicely for an SUV (I prefer driving small cars). I don’t like the behavior of the brakes. You have to really step on them for the final 5 mph to complete stop — they are not linear. I know VW knows how to do brakes in an EV, because the e-Golf is fantastic. Also annoying are the steering wheel buttons — again, big downgrade from the e-Golf. Overall, happy with the great lease deal I got.

2021 Tesla Model Y review
The moment I got the demo car onto the highway, I thought to myself, “I LOVE this car!” Which rarely happens. I test drove both the Model 3 and Model Y in snowy conditions, and had not a single bout of fear that I may lose control. A few weeks ago, when we were getting a winter blizzard, I was driving my Mother home from Boulder. It was snowing about 2” -3” per hour, people were spinning out all over the place. I found the car I wanted (2006 Cadillac DTS) online and emailed an appointment request to dealership. Within 24 hours I received an email response and a telephone call from the dealership, informing me that the car was available. I set an appointment with Tania and visited the dealership, where Tania met me and showed all of the appropriate paperwork on the 2006 Cadillac DTS. After a lengthy and very detailed conversation about the vehicle's history, I inspected the vehicle and took a test drive. Upon my return to facility, Tania ran the paperwork and the matching Carfax Report (which matched my Carfax Report), and we settled on the "as-is" wholesale price. Because I had a few questions regarding the vehicle history, the dealership also included a warranty at no additional cost. We signed the paperwork and I accepted delivery of the vehicle the following morning.
2025 Cadillac LYRIQ review
Great car and EV. Good range, easy charging, very comfortable ride. Good acceleration, magazines and FB talk about the acceleration of other EVs, meh. The Lyriq accelerates up to speed just fine. Cruise and driver panel works well.

Impex Auto Sales review
Good cars, excellent variety, friendly staff. Pricing is "transparent and competitive", but allows little in negotiating. Overall, a good experience. Warranty covers 5 days and 300 miles. Based on that, I did not do a PPI other than my own walk around. Clutch slave gave out at 170 miles and 3 days. I had it towed at my expense ($258). The Sales team has worked to resolve this and I appreciate it (although not offering to pay for the tow). The Service team tried to blame me as being rough on the car. . .really? Right out of the gate you want to blame the customer. How about replacing the clutch fluid since there was no indication it has ever been done? Water and corrosion were likely. Then the service rep tried to tell me it worked fine when they (service) did the pre-sale inspection. Also told me clutches and associated components were't covered. Appears service and sales are separate entities that may not work well together? Can't say, but that's what I was told and there seems to be a disconnect. Either way, I expect to have the car back soon. I will update this response as needed. As of today, Sales is driving the solution and has done the right thing. Pending the resolution, I would buy here again.
2023 Tesla Model 3 review
It is a fabulous car. Easy to drive, very comfortable etc! I would HIGHLY recommend! At least give a trial run and see what you think !
