Hayes Auto SalesReviews
Hayes Auto Sales review
Fantastic experience! Great customer service. No issues kicking tires, popping the hood, or checking out the interior. Didn't feel pressured at all, were provided space. Easy to test drive. Felt like we were dealing with friends, or strangers who genuinely cared about our experience. Pricing was appropriate for what we were looking at and purchased. Everyone we dealt with was great. 10/10 would recommend you check out their inventory and give them a visit if you're in the market for a used car.
2020 Hyundai SANTA FE review
We are in our 70's and wanted a car that had blind spot protection with great window visability, a good sized GPS map, keyless entry, and good fuel economy. Also, it has good space in trunk with fold down rear seats. At 51,000 miles we have had no issues.

Folsom Lake NissanReviews
Folsom Lake Nissan review
On Sunday, August 2, 2026 my granddaughter and I had an amazing experience at Folsom Lake Nissan. I purchased a 2026 Nissan Sentra SR for my granddaughter who will soon be leaving to attend college at a university in the state of Louisiana. Go Jags! A brief note on how the purchase became a deal. My granddaughter made a phone call to Folsom Lake Nissan in order to verify if a specific vehicle was in stock, Sebastian Galaviz answered the call and informed her that it was in stock and if she liked to come by for a test drive he would have it waiting for her to see and drive. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Sebastian with a big beautiful smile and firm handshake and a direct walk to the vehicle as promised. Sebastian is an outstanding salesperson—professional, he is kind, and very friendly. He worked as a team player with two other outstanding gentlemen Mike and Nathan. They all carefully listened to our desires and truly worked hard to remain focused on helping us get the deal we wanted with absolutely no pressure. The three gentlemen friendliness, professionalism, and honesty created a family-oriented atmosphere, and with that experience, it made the whole buying process smooth and enjoyable. If someone were to ask me for a recommendation to purchase a vehicle hassle-free, I would highly recommend Folsom Lake Nissan and the three gentlemen that assisted in my purchasing experience.

2024 Honda Accord Hybrid review
Very nice car. My previous was a 2020 Accord. This hybrid Accord Sport L is way better. Do not get me wrong. The 2020 is a very good car. Someone is quite happy with it, no doubts. I recommend buying a spare. I chose Modern Spare. Spendy. Great quality. Hope I never use it. The spare fits underneath the trunk where the inflator is. Just remove the foam. Comes with everything you need plus a threaded plate to secure it. All fits in and around the spare. Plus, I got jumper cables in there. We think the car is quiet. I notice others think not. Plenty of power. Mileage I have gotten is much better than what it is rated at. Love the paddles. Fake down shifters. Much less use of brakes for lights and stop signs. Planning to keep this car for quite awhile.

The equinox is very nice for the price. My biggest complaint is has a horrible suspension. I even lowered air pressure in the tires below the recommended pressure and the ride was no better. You feel every little bump in the pavement.

2026 Nissan Altima review
Very nice ride, quiet interior, big and easy display on dash, seats are comfortable, decent size trunk, awd will be a plus in winter. I have SR trim with the premium package so it is loaded with all the goodies. Only downside wish it had a little more zip like 30 more hp. But gas mileage is good around 33 hwy, 26 city on regular gas.

I want to give a huge thank you to Nik and Legend Auto team for finding me the exact car I was looking for and for being patient with me during the buying process. Better yet, the car was in my driveway right when I got home from the airport with all paperwork inside waiting to be signed. Excellent service! For anyone looking to buy a car, Legend Auto of Sacramento is hands down the best place to go! Unbelievable inventory!

2025 Nissan Rogue review
This my 4th Nissan Rogue, and it's the only car I'll buy. I have NEVER had any problems with it, or any that I have owned. I have taken trips across country with it, with great gas mileage and comfortable to drive. It handles well, has plenty of get up and go, easy on the wallet, and very reliable.

CarMax Sacramento SouthReviews
CarMax Sacramento South review
The Car Max rep showed me two used vehicles, one of which I liked very much but was outside my family's budget. I tried to negotiate and was told that the prices stated are firm -- there would be no negotiation. The rep was friendly and informative, and there.was no hard sell or pressure to buy that day. Once I left the dealership, I tried following up by phone. The status was.the same, so I considered that particular vehicle to be out of reach. A month later that vehicle is still on their lit with one minor price drop since.

West Coast Auto Sales CenterReviews
West Coast Auto Sales Center review
My overall experience at this dealership has been phenomenal. I have been in the market for a used vehicle when my current vehicle began to show its age. Now I am very peculiar about the vehicles I purchase, so my intentions when I first looked around the lot were to not buy a car; just look. I met a gentleman named Raad, whom greeted me in the lot. He asked me about my personal tastes in cars and had a couple side conversations. He was very personable and I really enjoyed our conversation. Not once did he push a certain vehicle or sale. I thanked him for his time and left. Raad calls me a couple of weeks later to tell me that he found a proper vehicle for me. It was a white G37 sedan, fully loaded, gorgeous car. Definitely within my preferences for a vehicle but it just didnt give me the tingles so I thanked him for his patience and time, and left. I get a call about a week later to check out a BMW 3 series. Without much conversation, he handed me the keys and told me to take it out for a drive. Oh man did it put a grin on my face. This was the one. I had to have this BMW. I took a couple days after the test drive before I moved forward with any paperwork. What amazes me is how relaxed and casual the interaction was. He never pushed the car onto me. He waited until I realized I wanted the car before moving forward with the sale. How could I not want it? It was fully inspected, and detailed. It looked pristine; the car basically sold itself. The price was right and the paperwork was quick and painless. This is the first car I have purchased from a dealer, and I am certain that next time I need a vehicle, I'll just call Raad! Thanks buddy!!

Hertz Car Sales Stockton review
Drove 400 miles to work with people with integrity. All the associates at Hertz Car Sales Stockton are great people, truly care about the customer experience not just making the most profitable deal. George Mihai has very friendly and kind from the start. Worked late night to help get photos to me and answered all my questions the entire way. Managers Miguel and Guillermo helped get me the most out of my finance goals. The finance manager Adriana I didn’t not expect to see until the very end. I spoke to at the beginning and she gave me the complete OTD price breakdown at the beginning which was the same when I arrived which was the same at the end. No hidden or surprise add ons or mark ups. They are all stand up individuals. Worked with 10-20 people in past few weeks at other deals, had bad experience with most of them. I’d choose Hertz again because of the good, honest and hard working people at Hertz Stockton Sales

I have good experience with this dealership. Pro and cons: Pro: excellent customer service. Thank you Valerie Naval. She helped me and explained everything I asked her. Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. Most of all if you don't like your car for any reason return policy excellent with out any hidden fees, check with your salesperson for details. I would recommend Carmax to my friends .

Hertz Car Sales Sacramento review
I had picked out a vehicle online at Hertz's website (2014 Kia Forte EX) and went in to look it over and potentially purchase it. We called ahead and talked to Joseph Cardella who welcomed us right away when we got onto the lot. It was clear that he was knowledgeable about this specific vehicle and went above and beyond to take care of us and the car we were going to purchase. He and his manager, Fernando Rodriguez, did a wonderful job accommodating our budget needs in a way that reflected the quality customer service I've known Hertz to have for years. I highly recommend considering purchasing your car from these gentlemen.

Staff were very friendly but took several hours to complete paperwork even though financing was not needed; would be better for them to enhance their efficiency in this regard.

Mercedes-Benz of Stockton review
I cannot recommend Jonathan at Mercedes-Benz of Stockton highly enough! From the moment I walked into the dealership, until the moment I left in my new car, Jonathan made the entire experience exceptional! What impressed me the most was his professionalism and outstanding customer service! Jonathan went above and beyond to make everything as smooth as possible! I'm in love with my new Mercedes-Benz and I couldn't be happier with my decision. If you're looking for someone who is trustworthy, knowledgeable & professional, someone who will go the extra mile to make your car buying experience unforgettable, ask for Jonathan! Thank you, Jonathan, for making this such an easy, smooth process! Also, would like to thank Tuyet, in finance, who was so sweet and also explained all docs in great detail!

I bought the car sight unseen (never done this before) Had the car delivered to my house. Johnny & Heather were great! Only negative was I had to follow up with calls because I guess they were busy, but otherwise so far so good!

Hertz Car Sales StocktonReviews
Hertz Car Sales Stockton review
Great buying experience...I purchased a used car from the Stockton CA location, they had a good inventory of cars to choose from and the Sales person Nick Sotelo was well informed and made the buying experience go very smooth, the whole process took about a hour and a half unlike the bigger car dealerships where it can take hours. Hertz certifies their cars and they offer the programs as other larger dealerships, I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know looking to purchase a car and will return myself the next time I am in the market for a new car.
2026 Volkswagen Golf GTI review
The car is an absolute joy to drive. It handles amazingly. I wanted reliable, good fuel mileage, and sporty. The car checks all 3 boxes. I’ve put almost 1500 miles on the car in 15 days. It goes from miles per gallon to smiles per gallon with a simple press of the gas pedal. I did a lot of research on the car before the test drive and the purchase. The reviews could not have prepared me for the actual test drive and how well the car performs. The car will break the tires loose at 20 mph. I have zero negative things to say about the car. I can’t even attempt to say anything negative. I drive almost 80 miles per day for work. I look forward to the commute thanks to the car.

Carizona review
I’m not one to praise car dealerships but my experience with Carizona has earned it. Sales guy AJ was great. No xx, no pressure, all good vibes. Same with the manager and the finance team.
2015 Lexus RC 350 review
Outstanding quality and extremely comfortable and quite Grand Touring car. So far no reliability issues, and just normal scheduled maintenance, fluid changes at the recommended intervals, and brake pads and tires so far at 62k mlles.
