We purchase a new vehicle at least every 3 years. . .so we have had quite a bit of experience with car salesmen. Carlos Lopez is by far our favorite. He listened to what we wanted; was attentive (even though he was very, very busy); and made our experience a great one. Dan handled our finances and he was a nice surprise. This is where you can sometimes feel pressured into purchasing a maintenance plans even when you had not intended to. He presented us with options but did not pressure us in any way. Refreshing. Great overall experience. You cannot go wrong with Bommarito Nissan West County. They have a nice selection of vehicles, nice facility, and as I already mentioned--first rate staff.

After doing extensive research on half ton trucks I decided on purchasing the 2024 Titan. Its the only truck without tons of engine and transmission recalls and has the same power and comfort as the big 3. Could not be happier with my decision as the ride and stability is awesome. I guess time will tell, but for now it feel like the best used half ton truck on the market.

I really liked my LTZ. I will admit that I had some issues, but I took care of it. The only mistake I made was not putting a Remanufactured engine in it after it had a head gasket repair. I drove it hard. Even with the issues I had. I would buy it again. I would get an Endurance Extended warranty. I had no issues with the transmission. I did have two window motors go out though. I had 188K miles on it. The reason I go rid of it was. I had an oil smell in it even after I had it repaired and the mechanic could not find it.

Purchased used in July 2025. Great gas mileage. Smooth, quiet ride. I enjoy many of the features of this loaded model. But there are a few things that are slightly annoying. As the car slows down, it sounds like an emergency vehicle. I found myself looking around for a squad or an ambulance until I realized it was the engine whining. Second, the radio cuts in and out. Never had this problem on other vehicles. I live in a metropolitan area and have strong station signals. So this has me baffled. Fortunately I can sync my phone playlist and enjoy my favorite tunes. The weather is always lagging and sometimes reads cloudy when it’s pouring down rain. Lastly, I have not figured out how to cancel a destination on the map navigator. It also cannot find my address and has me going to a completely different town if I need to get home from an unfamiliar area. Maybe it needs an upgrade but was hoping that was automatic and cloud based.

2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. Bought the 2021 EX-L model end of 2023 with 21,000 miles. I test drive the Sienna and was very disappointed in every aspect which led me to the Oddessy which I had not previously considered. One test drive and I was sold. The amount of space for my three kids to sit comfortably, the ample trunk space, the magic slide seats, automatic sliding doors & heated seats with a sunroof are among my favorite things about this minivan. It's fun to drive and has plenty of power with its 280hp. As long as you have proper snow tires in snowy conditions, this FWD minivan will do just fine. I had no issues in squalls and other winter conditions. I took my snow tires off prematurely and got caught in a winter storm and hit a guard rail and my whole family was safe and sound with no injuries. It has since been repaired back to its original condition. Keep your winter tires on til late Spring to be safe. I will absolutely drive this thing til the wheels fall off and then I'll buy another. Thank you Honda for keeping the Oddessy in your lineup! I hope it never goes away.

Great dependable car. comfortable driving, the 6 speed trans is awesome(same as in the wrx) so stop talking stupid. People who don't like this doesn't know how to drive a manual. handled great in snow, and remember you are controlling this car not the computer

MOST importantly it is a JEEP. If you want a luxury vehicle, buy one, if you want a full-size truck, buy one, if you want a sports car, buy one, the Jeep Gladiator is none of these. It is designed to be a mid-sized pick-up yet still be a Jeep, it does this PERFECTLY. I have owned 9 Jeeps over the years, as early as 1978 up through 2006; the Jeeps today are full of more amenities and comfort than they ever have been in history. I have 2 Gladiators; a '23 Mojave, and a '23 Diesel Overland, both of them are INCREDIBLE vehicles on and off road, and MORE than fit the bill for a light duty pick-up, superseding most others on the market, and I am even comparing to any of the 5 Tacoma's I have owned. If you are in the market for a light duty pick-up, you can't beat it; whether it is a loaded up graded model, or even the base model, it is still a truck with 4WD, straight axles, and still available with a manual transmission. VERY happy with both of mine!

Our 2022 Taos is almost 2 years old with about 21K mileage. Very satisfied with our car. For the price point (25K) it provides good handling, a comfortable ride and great interior space for a subcompact SUV. The gas mileage is amazing at over 40 MPG on the highway and about 30 MPG tooling around town. Couldn't be happier!

I love my Chevy Trax I bought it in 2023 its a 2024 it drives good get awesome gas mileage drove from Oregon to Oklahoma and back and one more time to Oklahoma no brake dows yes its lower to the crowd but for me its perfect to get in and out It has a lot of room in back seat and back of car for shopping It only hat one problem the Moniterscreen whent out but the Recall fixt it

I felt they were honest 1st of all. Can't say that about very many dealerships. They gave the best trade-in value on my 2015 Tahoe (by far). I searched Missouri and Illinois for about 8 weeks and Sapaugh was the best experience Hands-Down. My ONLY fault with my whole experience was getting my paper work finished. It was a cash deal with a trade-in. NO financing needed. But it was a holiday weekend (01/02/2026) only one guy doing the paperwork processing instead of two. NOT a giant deal.

i recently had a 2023 for explorer it was a good truck never a problem but not a comfortable as the jeep grand Cherokee l front seating is amazing no issues at all i did my research and made sure i bought one with the German transmission its a good idea to check that only thing i can say on the down side seam to be a little under powered but i can live with it decent milage 20 around town.

I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

I love the huge interior of this! I have enough room with the seats down for all 3 Great Danes! The mileage is great and driving is very comfy. I had a rav 4, and it was ok, but it was a bit bulky, this is smaller And easier to drive around!

This Service Department saved my sanity. I had an issue on a new Ford Focus that no other service department in area could even locate, tried 2 other service departments including original dealer car was purchased from. They found it and fixed it in 2 days.
