I liked Unique and cute design and I bought it.
It has as good a driving performance as that stylish design.
It is a little unstable in the low speed range, but it does not matter if you get used to it.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

I bought my 2016 Fiat 500x easy a little over a month ago used with 47,000 miles already on it, in the short time that I’ve owned it I’ve already put about 3,000 miles on it just from everyday driving and a long road trip to Canada. I love this car!! It’s my first car as I’m only 18 and I pay for it all by myself which is another thing I love: it’s cheap. All in all per month it costs me about $380 with insurance and gas. Which is super reasonable for a teenager or someone who needs a nice car but can’t spend a lot of money. Mine has AWD which I also love even though I haven’t driven it in the snow yet, I know it’s going to be perfectly fine. My only drawbacks which don’t really matter to me but would probably annoy some people who are more into cars, is that the transmission is SLOW. Also not a lot of torque so it takes some effort to get it up to speed. It’s totally fine once it’s up there it just takes some effort and can be kind of loud and off putting when accelerating. But I love it and it’s the perfect car for me!
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.

Never thought of a fiat, but my hubby is Italian and told me to give it a try...it’s small and fun...the dashboard has the exterior metal (same color) giving it a sports car kinda feel...love the feel of the steering wheel, small and very responsive again giving it a sporty feel..the driver seat could be a little more comfortable, but it’s not uncomfortable...roomy hatch compartment considering that the car is small..love the double glove compartments...decent sound system...fun to drive...
The dealership it???s self and the staff working here are the best! Amazing help from all staff, even taking me to the bank to get the check.

I love this car so much! It’s such a unique look and the inside is so cool. The dash always matched the color of your car which I think is awesome! If you like unique cars this is definitely a great option! It drives really smooth and I drive about an hour to work and back. The gas is great to! One thing I will complain about is I got a 2016 used Fiat 500X Pop and the radio was so outdated. It didn’t come with Bluetooth or back up camera. I’m not about having all the extra amenities but I think Bluetooth is important so you can answer phone calls without holding the phone to your ear, which is now illegal. But other then that, it’s amazing.
We had a great time. Sevice was great by all the staff. Stop by just to see the lot. And we ended up with a great car at a good price. Thank you very much.

I thoroughly like this SUV for its distinctive styling and several features that you'd not expect to see on a vehicle in this class. It handles well and provides a good, solid ride. The 4 cylinder engine is smaller than what I have previously been used to and is a bit slow to respond by comparison, but capable and even peppy although it does have a tendency to be a bit sluggish sometimes at low speeds.
Overall, I am very satisfied with his vehicle and am looking forward to enjoying it for years to come. The one thing that most attracted me to the car in the first place was what I see as a great value. Bought this one used, got a great deal and have been pleasantly surprised at performance and overall quality.
I was in the market for a new hybrid electric vehicle and had great dealings with 2 sales associates with Renn Kirby Mitsubishi who did a great job. They weren’t pushy and explained the details of the car well and had what I wanted in stock. We were able to nail down a price and complete the deal to my family’s satisfaction. I would highly recommend this dealership for Mitsubishi purchases.

I needed an economical everyday car. This was perfect for me. I am a single mom so my budget is tight. The features are great. Front seats are comfortable, rear is a little cramped. Cargo space is just enough. It's size makes it really easy to get around and doesn't take up the whole garage. So far, I am very pleased with this vehicle. Only cons would be not very fast and small rear seats.
Great experience and will definitely come back for service work. I had an appointment and opted to wait in the customer lounge. My vehicle was repaired and returned to me in less than an hour and a half. Great service.
competentIt was a smooth and professional process. No Sales Manager worming his/her into the sale,no Jedi mind tricks. Just me and a very competent salesman. No “gotchas”, with any last minute surprises. Everyone I met there was first class. Go check them out.
A few years ago we purchased a new vehicle from Cowles Parkway; but the vehicle (although not considered a 'lemon') experienced rain leakage (which they repaired) and eventually a cylinder malfunction that required installation of a refurbished engine.
What gives? Brand new vehicles shouldn't have problems.
Although each of these defects took a long time to repair, thankfully Cowles repaired everything. However, during each lengthy repair, we rarely heard from the Service Team so were not kept up to date.
We thought it's their responsibility (their responsibility!) to contact the Customer to let them know what's going on, not vice versa. We had to call a lot and felt very lucky if we were able to talk to someone and find out details.
Cowles Service and maintenance is great, but overall Customer Service and making contact with the Customer is lacking. We realize they're balancing many customers, but a simple phone call letting the Customer know how things are would be very helpful. Why do we need to call them to find out details?
