Stopped on the way home because the heater fan was making strange noises and vibrated. The mechanic immediately checked it out, diagnosed the problem and, even though it was close to closing time, offered to fix it right away. He expertly took apart the dash, showed me the reason for the noise (a rodent built a nest in the fan compartment) and quickly, fixed and disinfected it. This was already past closing hours. The dealership also cleaned and vacuumed my vehicle. Impressive expertise and customer service that blew me away, saving me a lot of time and hassle. I am a tough customer demanding the best and this dealership exceeded on all counts. Highly recommend them.

For my own personal experience with Lucchetti's... I've had my car regularly maitanced and repaired in their shop. The guys are really nice, helpful, honest and very good at what they do. Their prices are reasonable and the best I've seen around. Inside is very comfortable and clean. The team they have are great! I personally met with Chris and David, they really do make you feel like you're family and not just a "customer". Not only did they always take the time to listen and take good care of me and my car but they also found me my dream car that I've been searching for, under my budget price and over my expectations. I contacted the dealership about a truck they had advertised, asking if it was still available. Adam a sales manager told me that it was and asked if I had a trade. I provided the VIN for my trade and he gave me an awesome trade in value. My wife and I then drove over an hour to the dealership. Once there we were met in the lot by Ed a salesman. Ed had the truck I called about parked out front. After a brief conversation my wife and I took the truck for a ride. When we got back and talked numbers we came to an agreement and we purchased the truck with no hassles. This made our purchase a pleasant one. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Ed and Adam are great people. Both are kind and friendly and very knowledgeable.

2025 Ford Bronco review
With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.
