Seamless buying experience. Generous trade in for my vehicle. As was the discount on the new Ranger. I as well as other family members have purchased vehicles form Franklin Ford in the past. Ron the salesman was the consummate professional. Felt very comfortable having him assist in the purchase. Will continue to return to the dealership going forward. Many thanks.

Warm friendly greeting upon arrival. Adam was the advisor my visit was for a Honda re-call rear sub frame. Enjoy having the tech send a video of the underneath of the vehicle & the recommended repairs. It’s too bad the vehicle history doesn’t follow should you change dealerships. That said I was happy with the visit & plan on returning to complete the recommended service
2023 Ford Bronco Sport review
I liked the look of the Bronco Sport from the first time I saw it, and I like the mix of fun and practicality. I chose the Badlands trim specifically for the more powerful 2.0 liter Ecoboost engine. My wife and I own a 2017 Ford Escape with the same engine and it is powerful and fun to drive. I traded a 2017 Subaru Forester XT with a turbocharged engine and I liked that car as well and looked at an Outback Wilderness XT which was a very nice and practical car, with a comparable turbocharged engine, but after test driving both vehicles, my wife and I both liked the Bronco Sport Badlands more.

Great response to all my questions about the certified pre-owned vehicle. I am very pleased with the purchase .
2023 Ford Bronco Sport review
Bronco Sport had a much more sporty feel then all the car-like SUVs I drove. I like the different drive modes, match between transmission and turbo engine, taughtness of steering, abundance of features/ease of use on Big Bend model, solid suspension. This vehicle will hold up much better than the other SUV’s I drove in tough driving conditions. I guess I’m open to Ford as a car manufacture going forward.

I contacted the dealership about a truck they had advertised, asking if it was still available. Adam a sales manager told me that it was and asked if I had a trade. I provided the VIN for my trade and he gave me an awesome trade in value. My wife and I then drove over an hour to the dealership. Once there we were met in the lot by Ed a salesman. Ed had the truck I called about parked out front. After a brief conversation my wife and I took the truck for a ride. When we got back and talked numbers we came to an agreement and we purchased the truck with no hassles. This made our purchase a pleasant one. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Ed and Adam are great people. Both are kind and friendly and very knowledgeable.

CarMax WestboroughReviews
CarMax Westborough review
I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.
2023 Ford Bronco Sport review
The interior scratches too easy and shows scratches on doors. Not very excited about that seatbelt scratches the middle console very easy not very happy about that and not wireless connecting to the car like I was told when I bought the car. I do not like how the rocks kick up on the hood from the road scratches the paint I don’t know why it grabs the hood. Not very happy about that. This is my second bronco that I’ve had to the things I do love it’s a bronco does have four doors, I love my color green love how the seats heat up. Just wish that you wouldn’t have to keep it on high to get it on the very backside and heat your butt really fast you like the seeds fall down for my sister’s dog I love the screen, but there is a glitch on when you hook up your phone does not always connect to the car so I’m not very happy about that. Was in my old car as well , don’t it has enough room and comfortable when you have long legs 💚💖

I bought a 2026 F-250 from DJ. He was the best. I went to 5 dealers. DJ was the only one that truly cared enough to get me the truck I wanted at the price I wanted. Thanks DJ!
2023 Ford Bronco Sport review
Bought new. 50k on the odometer. Nothing of any concern has happened and Ford has a generous 10k miles between maintenance intervals. Stock tires on the Badlands did not last anywhere near their projected life. With the new tires I’m getting around 28mpg now. The badlands GOAT modes have gotten me through a lot of OHV trails and forest roads. The suspension articulates well. Anything I’ve dared to ask it do it has done.

We worked with Lloyd at this location, and he was knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with us in choosing and later purchasing our vehicle. He explained all of the other services (leather upgrade, warranty, gap coverage, etc), and we are please with our purchase. The facilities were in great shape, and I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase their next car from this location!

MacMulkin Chevrolet Cadillac review
Purchased a build-to-order 2026 Corvette from MacMulkin and added in museum delivery. The entire process was smooth. I purchased from AZ and these guys have the system down! Clear instructions and guidance on how to get everything done remotely. I’m so impressed — this will not be my only purchase from this dealer. Everything was clear cut, no games, and they genuinely care about your experience. A breath of fresh air if you’re tired of the regular dealer experience. The MacMulkin team was awesome. Special thanks to Adrian and Jacob for answering my many questions.

The selection was very good. Autos I wanted to drive were washed and brought up front for easy review and test drive. Folks were nice and reasonably low pressure for an auto dealership. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car within 30 or 50 minute of their location.

Modern was very good to deal with. I traded in a car and they gave me more for it than they originally offered. I also got a good amount of money off the price of the car I purchased. I ended up buying and driving home with a newer car in the same day.
