I purchased a used truck from AN-Timonium. When buying a used vehicle, it should be understood by the buyer that it's a used vehicle and the dealership cannot predict failures if they we're not disclosed. In my case, there was an intermittent electrical issue. AutoNation immediately took the vehicle and tried to repair it themselves while putting me into a very nice loaner. I picked the vehicle up and a few days later, the problem re-occurred. AN didn't hesitate to take the vehicle back and put me into another loaner; equally as nice as the first. They then had a RAM dealership try to fix the issue at their cost. I am extremely happy with the service and the communication from the key people at AN. In particularly, Ron, the Sales Manager. He was fantastic in customer service!

Only one thing.spare tire please.. really ain't a bad ride. So far no complaints. Really rides well to be so small.and I do get around 32 mpg I have the 1.0

2022 Ford EcoSport review
New 2 weeks ago today. This car is not intended for family vacation. I use it as a daily driver a 100 miles round trip. I got the mid-grade trim package heated seats moon roof. it has a small gas tank 13.9 gallon. I question the MPGs as advertised but its ok at 27 mpg all highway. It will fit 4 people but i believe Ford didnt intend for it to be a vacation car but a general purpose of getting back and forth to work car.So far so good only time will tell.

2018 Ford EcoSport review
We have owned our ecosport se for over 2 years. No problems. Average over 32 over 37,000 miles tracked on fuelie! Only oil changes and tires rotations so far. Comfortable on trips. Love standard features on se trim. Proximity key. Heated seats. Satellite radio. 2 USB ports in dash. 2 power points. It could have a little more cargo room and power but we are satisfied with the car overall!

I was interested in a Nissan NV 2500. Viewing several of these vehicles on cars.com and other sites. I decided to make the trip to Trust Auto in Maryland from West Virginia. About a 4 1/2 hour trip. I had talked to David on the phone to make sure the Nissan was still available and explained when I could be there to look over the vehicle. We made the trip in good time only running into one delay. Upon meeting David he brought the vehicle up to the front of the dealership and told us to inspect it, which is what we did. I had two top mechanic with me. While we knew the vehicle had been in an accident, the repair work was very well done on found a few bolts missing. One in the valance and the other from the inner fender. This could have been from the accident or just from being a service vehicle. A little over 94,000 miles on it. The detail shop did a great job on their work. Very chean for sure. After running the computer test, we took the Nissan NV for a test drive. It did not disappoint. Extremely happy with everything we saw and felt during the test drive. Steering was solid and tracked well. No pull to either side while driving. Throttle response was perfect as well as the braking system. The comfort of the Nissan NV was Avery pleasant surprise. The ride was almost as good as my Lincoln MKZ, almost.😎 Much like a 2006 GMC dually I had in 2007. Very nice. When returning to the dealership myself and the two mechanics talked things over and decided to go to the next step. After a little negotiation we settled on a fair price and made the purchase. David was very kind to us and I feel like we got a great deal. We finished the paperwork and was ready to leave but we were blocked in by another vehicle. I backed back into the parking spot when one of the ladies that worked there said she would move the vehicle so we could be on our way. She came back within a few minutes moved the vehicle and with a big beautiful smile waved goodbye to us as we left. That truly made my day😇. Trust Auto in my opinion is a great dealership and when I need another vehicle, they will be the first ones I will go to. 2021 Ford EcoSport review
My mom had a kid pull out in front of her Taurus and they totaled it, so She asked me to find a car. Found the Ecosport as a used car at a good price. Dealer installed Factory style leather seat covers in place of the cloth. Ma got to drive it twice and it was passed to me. I'm glad I picked it. Tests show 0-60 in 10-11 seconds with the little 3 cylinder. I made it in 12 but going a little up hill. It has enough pep for running around but gets fantastic mileage. I teased my wife when I fill up for $23 and get 300+ miles and she fills her jeep for $60 and shows 285 miles. I traded from a lifted 2 door jeep to the Ecosport and I am happy driving it. I upgraded the radio from the 4" to the 8" with nav. Great choice...A great little fun driver. I got in the back seat to see if the reviews were right and I had plenty of leg room for a small car. I'm 5'11" and 200# but everything fits well. I like the fact that I don't have to crawl in like my sons Subaawoo. I get in and out with ease due to the tall stance. I'm planning to put on All Terrain tires when the time comes.

bought a 2019 ford ecosport used with 48k miles on it. has broken down on me three times, not reliable at all, still under warrenty thank god so the fact that i need a whole new engine isn’t as bad of news since i don’t have to pay for it. only 50k miles on it and i need a whole new engine already. do your research before purchasing!!

28C - 32 MPG. Excellent maneuverability, easy to maintain, lots of room for cargo if needed. Seats 4 very comfortably, 5 comfortably. Heated seats, steering wheel, good heater and air conditioning. Comfortable drive, very good visual for driving.

2019 Ford EcoSport review
We got a slightly used Ecosport 2.0 liter for driving around town. With the exception of a fluky failure of a CV axle at 24,000 miles it has been fine. That was fixed under warranty. Due to unforeseen circumstances this became our primary vehicle and we drove thousands of miles across the country, Gas mileage isn't good but it goes great in the snow due to the 4WD. We're satisfied and it has been a good value for the money.

2020 Ford EcoSport review
Leased this car for transportation to start new school semester on the Friday before COVID started. Just finished the lease and decided to pay off the balance. Has excellent power and everything is easy to operate. Only 1 small issue and its the limited space for passengers in the back seat. Other than that my local dealer does my service and it runs like a champ.

Great little commuter. 5000 miles so far no problems. Just a cute little car and especially great for around town. Gas mileage on highway is about 35mpg for me with cruise control. I really like the little car.

2020 Ford EcoSport review
I would just like the first start with I worked for Ford so I will say if you have the 1.0 eco-boost engine there are a lot of issues…. But with that said, I have the 2.0 four-wheel-drive, and it is absolutely an amazing vehicle. Super loaded. I have heated seats sunroof, heated, steering wheel, navigation , lane, keep and more I love the way the trunk opens sideways instead of up! It is very peppy and again as long as you have the 2.0 and not the 1.0 very reliable.

No issues for three years and 56000 miles. Per fuely average 31mpg! 50000 miles on original tires! Love smart key and heated seats. Se 1.0 model!

2021 Ford EcoSport review
I was in a wreck today man hit me as I almost sat still hit me going utleast 30 into passenger side the car was amazing to hold the power of impack of the other car I was only hurt by air bags and seatbelt the airbags open all around me I felt relieved to see that and once outside the impact could had been way worse. It was a large 4 door charger so it stands up very well in being safe in wrecks but if totaled my car out

Our 2019 Ford Edge had developed serious engine problems with only 42,000 miles on it! Ford corporate customer service was terrible!! After not being helped at a local Ford dealer, we had our car towed to Fred Beans Ford in Mechanicsburg Pa. Antonio Dixon in service, was professional and extremely helpful! He reassured us that the repairs would be covered under warranty and secured us a rental car, free of charge! Car was repaired as promised with no charge to us! We are terribly disappointed in Ford lack of customer service, but if we do decide on Ford again it will because of Antonio and agreed Beans Ford.
2021 Ford EcoSport review
My favourite car ever. Great inside and out. The rear wiper is perfect as are the front wipers, although it's easy to accidentally activate them. You'll need to adjust your seat for a perfect fit, bit once you find it, it's great. The bank seat could use more legroom, but otherwise it's great.

Salesman Harrison was top notch! He stated That he is relatively new to the business, however is off to a great start and has a promising future! This dealer also communicates with each other and out of the 3 people i spoke to, they all knew what was going on with my deal. I also spoke to salesman Chip who was also great and very helpful. Eric the finance manager was not like any other finance manager I’ve dealt with they are typically pushy and arrogant. This was not the case with Eric. He was informative and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed and assisted however he could. Upper Marlboro have me a great deal on the truck I purchased and also great value on my trade. This is not common during current times with any of the other Ford dealers. Harrison even drove the truck 3 hours to me and picked up my trade in. This was an effortless vehicle purchase and I feel upper Marlboro did whatever they could to make the deal happen. I highly recommend them and would encourage any one to deal with them and reach out to Harrison to get your next vehicle.
2020 Ford EcoSport review
It says online the 2020 has recalls but if u want the truth type in your vin number and see if yours does even have any recalls or anything cuz my does not and Its a 2020 3 cylinder turbo inline engine and Its a tank def not a evoboom or anything even close to that it's been great and continues to be a great buy at 8 grand I got the best deal in guna find for this gem in a dark gray and nice interior design
