Best customer experience ever

I went to purchase a vehicle 2 years ago from West Herr , my experience was less than desirable. Having a few friends that work at the dealership, they told me I have to try them again. The time came when I was looking for a replacement F150, so I decided I would give them another shot. I walked into the dealership, and met the person who was going to help me have a great experience. I met Sabrina C. I myself am a District Sales manager, so I love to see how others in sales perform in their industry. The first thing that struck me was her ability to listen to what I wanted, and to literally filter through the thousands of vehicles and find the perfect fit for me. instead of walking tirelessly through the lots , looking at countless vehicles, Sabrina said I will be right back with your truck. She pulls up in a truck, exactly what I wanted, the right color, the right package, it was perfect. We test drove it and we came back to the dealer. Then came the part I just knew that would trip us up, the pricing.. Sabrina said I will be right back, let me get the price for your truck and she left me for a few minutes. Meanwhile, at least 3 people not involved with the sale, stopped in to check on me, to make sure I wasn't in need of a coffee, or a water, or to just say hi. Well Sabrina comes back, puts the deal in front of me, at which time there was no way I could say no. The truck was perfect, the price was spot on, and Sabrina spent the time to go over every aspect of the truck with me. It was now 730pm, and the detail department stayed to clean the truck and get it ready for me to drive home. I commend West Herr for the absolute knock it out of the park service provided. I highly recommend going in and asking for Sabrina, as I am confident you will experience the same outstanding service. Thank you West Herr for employing her, a definite asset to your company!
