2014 Ford Edge review
One of the best cars I have owned. I have the 2014 Edge Sport model. I still have it. Traded in a Mercedes for it! It handles like a sports car with the 22 inch rims, is has great pickup and all the amenities I could want like the Mercedes. Also, no mechanical problems to date 2022! Highly recommend.

Now, management needs to figure out a better incentive system that does not hurt its employees when a less than exceptional rating of the dealership is given. The dealership should be open to hearing constructive criticism without it counting against the performance of the service advisor when it has nothing to do with him. I have shared this feedback before, but the dealership is too interested in patting itself on the back than pursuing real improvement. That's not how sound management or leadership works, friends.
