Wonderful experience with this dealership, Tyler and Jake helped put together a deal that was much better than the offers we received in Pittsburgh. While we had to drive 1.5 hours to Morgantown from Pittsburgh, it was well worth the service and price. Tyler helped organize the deal how we needed it, put together documentation, and answered our questions all before we ever went in person. We spent a lot of time on the phone and texting to get everything sorted out and they even found the exact Crosstrek, trim, option package, and color we wanted and brought it to the lot just for us. Subaru offered a great financing deal on a new vehicle which helped us move from a used car to new car, but zero pressure from the dealer to do this. We never felt pressure and never pushed to take their existing inventory, compromise, or up-sold. Distinctly different environment than other dealerships that I've visited, the Subaru team here are truly working to get people the best vehicle for them at the best price possible and they seem like a big family. I recently purchased a used vehicle from Adam’s Auto Group in Little Ferry, New Jersey. I especially want to recognize my salesperson, Cheyenne. He stayed in contact with me during the process and facilitated the transfer of necessary paper work. Although the car I originally wanted was sold (a misunderstanding of certain terminology – “Deposit” vs. “Down Payment”), Cheyenne worked (even on his day off) to make sure that my second choice proceeded without a hitch. The staff at Adam’s is helpful and knowledgeable, and their vehicles are top-notch. I would, however, suggest that better communication between the two locations (they also have a store in Paterson N.J.) would make the buying experience less fragmented and feel more “of-a-piece”.

As stated in the May 2, 2019 review, Jorge was amazing to work with. I was not actually in the market to buy a new car, but accidentally ran across one they had, contacted the dealership to inquire and ended up being glad I did. Jorge and sales manager, Rick did everything to make a trade easy and convenient and I received a fair deal. Working in the industry I do, taking lengthy phone calls during the day are not the easiest. We negotiated the deal mostly, not all, but mostly, electronically through text and email which I greatly appreciated. I was able to get to their dealership on a Saturday morning, sign all documents, and get back on the road quickly. (We live 4 1/2 hours away.). Again, they did all they could to make the transaction easy and convenient. Would definitely do business with them again.

I went to 4m autoplex 2 years ago to find a used vehicle my first ever vehicle purchase. To my dismay the first time I wasn't able to make a deal with them due to financial constraints/credit on my end. Terry Carter was kind enough to explain the reasons why and why I couldn't get one. Thank you sir. The second time I went to them that me and my fiance tried to make out a deal and it didn't work out however 5 minutes after walking out the door before making it to the car, They told me they just had a new used vehicle roll in and they could see what they can do with me. They were a great help and got me financed through someone else other than themselves. In my opinion this is bending over backwards to help their customers. And I got my first car!!! Imagine getting your first car? It's been 3 months now and I'm not disappointed. I like the carefree Platinum package they gave me even though it's going to cost me more in the long run I would rather have coverage for something that breaks down within 2 years than not. I needed a vehicle for work and they provided that. Truly honest. Up front. Yes there are fees to elaborate taxes titles and an optional service coverage agreement if something breaks like powertrain etc. but where are there not fees when you go buy a car?? 😂 They even filled the car to full with gas with no extra charge. Although it's my first car buying experience I am rest assured that the car that I got 3 months later is still acting like I just drove it off a lot. Thank you to Terry Carter and associates at 4MAutoPlex. When I'm done paying for this car I will definitely be back for a trade in. Oh also my credit score jumped because I've actually made payments on time, Terry Carter made it very clear: make sure that the car is paid for in a timely fashion that's all that could be asked. As far as the car goes I know it's a used car from 2016... It's not the fastest but it still gets up and goes. And I'm not worried because if something breaks down on the powertrain it's covered under warranty with a deductible at least I'm not paying full price for repairs because I have an affordable deductible and a warranty! Lol. Who doesn't want that yes you're going to have to pay for repairs but I would rather pay $125 then $6,000 to replace the suspension. I will definitely be back after this car is ready to be retired. Thank you 4M autoplex you have just secured a customer for life. For those wanting to know what car I got: 2016 Dodge Journey.

Best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Smooth ride and eco boost engine makes it easy to get on highways and around slower traffic. Feels like 60 when you’re going 80. Comfortable and stylish.

2018 Ford Edge review
I have the Sport Edge model with 2.7 twin turbo. I love it! Do your research. With any turbo you must use premium gas, full synthetic oil and let your car cool down after short rides for at least a minute or 3 - 5 minutes if you drive more that 3 hours. The turbo engine runs hot and cooling down lets the oil drain for the turbo. If you don't the engine could overheat. Look it up for yourself.

2018 Ford Edge review
Best used vehicle I have ever purchased!! The V-6 on my SEL makes it fun to drive, although it is a bit of a gas guzzler. I don't care because I put more priority on get up and go then MPG!
