I made an appointment for service (oil change & tire rotation) for 11:30 a.m. on a Tuesday, and because I cannot be away from my business for very long, I also arranged a shuttle to take me back to my office.
When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by both a service associate who verified my appointment and checked in my vehicle, and then escorted to my service adviser, Jeff.
As Jeff was preparing my service order, I mentioned that I had arranged for the shuttle. He indicated that the shuttle was just loading and getting ready to leave, however, there was no car ahead of my Mustang and the service should take no more than 45 minutes. I chose to stay and wait, as it would have taken much longer to go and come back with the shuttle.
I made myself comfortable in the waiting area, which was not very crowded, was clean and even had coffee and snacks available.
I wasn't expecting my car to be ready so soon! 35 minutes after I sat down, checked my email and made a couple of phone calls, Jeff came back to tell me that my car was ready.
As I was checking-out, I asked Jeff if they offered a car wash or detailing service. He mentioned the price of the detailing, but also stated that they give a free car wash with the oil change (OK, "The Works" package, which I received), however I should allow another 45 minutes. I'll do it next time.
Short of not having to leave my office to have my car serviced, I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Ferman Ford's service, based upon this experience.
I bought my 2015 Mazda CX-5 from here. Now the sales guy (I can't even remember his name) I had was worthless, but that didn't matter because I has a broker that found my car, handled all the bull that comes with the car buying experience. Once I got past that, I got a great buy! I bought the car with some body damage the dealership said they would fix. Once I got to the "behind the scenes" crew I was handled like royalty!! From the body shop to the service department and even the car rental. Special thanks to David and Kristina. I've had the car for a year now. Before my Mazda, I would never take my car to the dealer for anything. These guy changed my outlook on Dealers. They are now the only ones that ever touch my car and they handle it with great care, as well as means my family. I'm just blown away by this team!!
I had 2 parts in my car that were recalled - they took care of it along with a $36 or $38 dollar oil change when most places I've been to have charged me $60-$74 dollars. The recalled parts were free and they set me up in a rental car free of charge for 2 days. They also gave me an estimate on other preventative maintenance needed for a long lasting vehicle, the quote was far less expensive than I imagined. I will go back to them again for all of my vehicle needs.
I purchased my 2014 Ford Fusion from this dealership and I received a fantastic, honest and transparent deal. Since then, I go to Ferman Ford for any of my major service needs (of which there have been few). This time I took it in to change my brake pads, something that was brought to my attention when I was having an oil change at a tire place (a mistake I will never make again). Ferman charged me $205 dollars less than this discount place. I waited for my service to be completed, which is was in record time, comfortably from the wait room equipped with free beverages. Cameron, my repair associate was amazing and I have had zero issues. I want to thank Ferman for their amazing service and sales people.
I"m happy with service, but unhappy with rebate system. In 2017, I submitted a $30.00 rebate for battery and air filter purchase. Never received rebate. I was told by the attendant at Ford in New Ulm that someone had cashed it in.
Hope I receive my $130.00 rebate this time...…………………………..Thank You!
Steve Rodger's -> It's no wonder this guy has the same name as Captain America, he is the best. We went to Galpin not knowing exactly what we wanted to purchase, but knew we needed a new vehicle... he showed us the awesome Lincoln's, Mazda's and then took us over to Ford... He spent a long time walking us through every question we had and took us around showing us the vehicles we were interested in. After such great customer service we walked away with our dream Truck! F150 STX 4x4 white Truck and it was all due to the awesome experience and attention Mr. Captain America aka Steve Rodgers gave us. He is the man. Would recommend seeing him any day. I went to Galpin Ford and Don Rohde. This will be the 7th vehicle I bought through him since 1989 (five sedans and two trucks). Back in September, I had first ordered a Fusion but it never materialized. But I really wanted a Taurus. I'm retired now and I really wanted a top-of-the-line car. Even though I go back and forth to L.A. several times a month (around 200 miles each way), I didn't really care about the MPG; I just wanted a higher-end car. When it was apparent that the factory was not going to get a Fusion to me (I am replacing a 2005 Five Hundred with 235,000 miles, also sold to me by Don), Don went looking for the Taurus I wanted (white exterior with tan leather interior). He was able to find one and I drove it off Galpin's lot on Nov. 25.
I went to Inskeep with the intent on just trying out a vehicle and ended up buying the 2016 Edge Titanium. I researched their inventory on-line and had an idea of what I wanted. After looking around in the parking lot (I appreciated having the opportunity to look around before being hounded by a salesman!), I went inside and was quickly met by Tom. I told him what I was interested in and he got the keys and brought it up to the overhang so I could look at it without getting wet in the drizzle. He was very professional and informative, answering the questions I had and pointing out additional features, then went with me take it for a drive. When I told him I wanted to discuss it with my husband, he didn't hesitate to offer to let me drive it home so my husband and I could look it over and drive it more. I loved the comfort of the seats the minute I sat in them, and all of the features met or exceeded my needs. During the finalization of the sale, Tom got me a bag to put my belongings in from my trade-in, programmed our cell phones into the vehicle, and e-mailed me later to let me know I had left my sunglasses in my old car so I could get them back. Mark was very professional and friendly in completion of the paperwork and Patrick introduced himself to let us know that if we ever needed anything and Tom was not around, he would be happy to help us. All in all it was a very positive experience.
We purchased a used Mercedes sight unseen through Internet Sales Manager Nathan Makela. Nathan did a great job explaining the car and had very nice, detailed pictures available. We drove 175 miles to pick it up and couldn't be happier with our purchase!
I have purchased various vehicles from Ted Russell. I like to work with Douglas Peak. Douglas is the very definition of professionalism.
This purchase had its challenges ( not at all a reflection of this facility ). With Douglas as my salesman I really wasn't too worried. With his help and the help of the sales managers Mark and Dag, this experience was as great as all of the previous experiences. I left happy , in my new vehicle.
I will continue to purchase my vehicles from this dealership and I recommend anyone else to give them the opportunity.

My wife Lynn and I had an exceptional experience with the recent purchase of our Ford Escape. We were not in the market to replace her 2007 with only 70,000 miles as it has been an exceptional vehicle. However, we needed to gift this car to my son and daughter in law due to circumstances with their vehicle situation. Lynn started her search at the Toyota dealership, as we also own a Sienna Van, which we love. The Rav was a contender, but she also loved her Escape, so she headed to Echelon Ford, where we have purchased 3 vehicles in the past. From her first step in, she was fortunately greeted by Julie Thompson, who from the first moment worked with Lynn and listened to her thoughts, needs and seemed to immediately know what she was looking for. Her constant comment of "we will work with you to get you what you want and need" was an understatement. She worked effortlessly over the week, with late night visit from one or both of us, driving the Fusion and Escape with various features and colors and never once over the 4 days did we ever feel we were annoying Julie. She was always gracious and welcoming. She worked her fingers off, running to get cars, park cars, then the Escape, and back again. She continued to work with us and our budget and "must haves" in each car, demonstrating lease options, purchase options and financing available. On Saturday, Lynn decided on the Gray Escape with exactly what she wanted with extras, not needed, but nice and at the price she felt comfortable with. Julie Thompson has not only become our salesperson but a friend. She knew the business, worked hard to get us what we wanted and never once talked down our other vehicle we were comparing, which was the Rav Toyota. She was always the professional with us and in her explanations. She is to be commended and while she admitted she was new to Ford, she will be highly recommended by Lynn and I to all our family and friends in the future.
This was my second time coming to a vehicle from Galpin having come back because I was very satisfied with my first purchase experience? I was actually looking for a used vehicle to replace a car that had been totaled and hoping to get a good deal with low monthly payments on one of the used cars in the lot. With a little bit of research Don found a 2017 Ford Fusion just coming out of the service department rental fleet, for which they were able to offer a good three year lease program that included a $3,500 rebate and a college student discount! I walked away with more than I could've asked for and that put a big smile on my face!
These guys were great! I was originally only coming in for an appraisal and to browse stock, but I ended up buying a car that very same day! My old car died literally right outside the dealership, and I contacted Laz Accosta to let him know I wouldn't be able to make it, but he offered to get me out of the street, check out the car a little, and maybe even make a trade in offer for a car. They got me safely out of the road, shared some of the pizza they were all having and gave me time to de-stress before going over details. That's where Teddy O'Meir came in. He was great, no pressure, understood my budget, and swooped in to grab a car someone else was eyeing that ended up being perfect for me, 2013 Kia Optima. He took me on the test drive, answered all my questions, and got me a lower loan rate and got my monthly payment exactly where I needed it. Financial department was great too, they kept to my budget and didn't push any extra deals when I said I can't do anything higher than what I said. And then I was done, keys in hand ready to go! They took care of my old car (even got rid of papers I wanted to shred I had rolling around in the trunk by taking them to their shredder pick up!!!), stuck to my budget, and were fantastic.
