I took my car in because it was due for service and a few other issues. Sara immediately assigned me a loaner so I wouldn’t have to wait. I lost my '95 purple Corvette to hurricane Irma. After moving to Lee County I saw this beautiful '95 Candy Apple red '95 Corvette on their website with low mileage and Ray Matthews explained the history of this car and got me the Car-Fax on it. I made an offer and the manager countered with a great deal. Everyone there was so friendly and when I got home I got a call asking me how my experience there was. As a double Purple Heart veteran, I miss my purple Vette but I love this red Corvette. I hope to go back there one day and but one of those Buick SUV's. Ray also got me in and out and on my way pretty quickly. Larry also helped get me on my way
Our salesman was Wayne Clarke, and I have to say it was the best experience I have ever had. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He was never pushy and was very accommodating. Overall all lt was a great car buying experience.
I cannot put into words how amazing my experience with Coconut Point Honda was. After having a horrible experience with Honda of Fort Myers, I decided to give another location a try. I called in and asked to speak to a salesman. I was transferred to Jay. I was very specific in providing him details as to what car I wanted and what I could afford to pay. He was very calm and not pushy at all. Called me back within the hour with good news. After applying and being approved, he was able to have the car transferred to their location the same day! I arrived and the process was smooth. Even the atmosphere inside the dealership left me feeling calm and comfortable. The staff worked so well together and provided me with transcending customer service. An hour later, I drove away in my new car at the price I asked for with a smile on my face. This dealership has been under new management since January. Harley the manager is professional friendly no pressure and he sincerely wants all customers to be happy. I compared Accord, Civic and CRV with two other local dealers. Coconut gave me best price best deal on all 3 cars.
Gerard is an awesome sales rep. He's low keyed easy going, personable. He is knowledgeably about cars and is very patient. He listens, explains and gives 150% to his customers.

I have purchased many cars over the years and this was the best the best experience that I have had. My wife and I negotiated a purchase of a 2018 GLC 300 SUV this summer. We were pretty close on the deal but my wife and I at the last minute decided to hold off until the end of the year. The dealership was very understanding and did not try to pressure us. We came back and expressed an interest in the same deal just before thanksgiving. The sales person said he was having trouble finding a similar 2018 car but found a 2019 car with the same numbers . He made a proposal by email and I countered with a slightly better trade in number on my old car and we had e a deal without my even having to come into the dealership. My wife and I came to the dealership on Black Friday and we closed the deal including all paperwork in less than 3 hours. The closer was very organized and the extra options were clearly presented by him. The dealer Harry Sugerman was very profesiomal and patient with all my wife's questions about the operating features of the car. The building includIng the service area is immaculate and very well organized. We brought the car in to the dealership few days later to have the car paint coated and that went very smoothly. The best thing is that we love our car. I had bought an mercedes ML series SUV years ago and was not that happy with the car. This 2019 SUV is a major improvement. We have owned AUDI Q5s the last 8 years and this GLC is a big step up for us n safely, styling and handling. Looks to me like mercedes has made a clesr concerted effort to jump to the top of the heap in th luxury car market. Mercedes benz Bonita is a great new addition to the Naples car market. Looks like we have found a new home.
Growing up I always heard about how much of a headache going to car dealerships was and having to deal with the stereotypical greasy car salesman. I researched every crossover/SUV and shopped around for 2-3 weeks before I made my decision and Naples Mazda made my dreams a reality. I ended up having to work with 2 salesman due to scheduling but they both made sure I got the best deal on my 2018 Mazda Cx-5 Touring with the preferred package and walked out with a smile on my face. Overall experience was good. Brought vehicle in to be serviced and the job was completed; however, very, very expensive. A $45 part cost me $870 for total repair.
