I had never purchased from Jim O'Neil before. A few of my favorite people in the auto dealer industry moved there. Jim O'Neil gained a few of the best and I would put this dealership at the top in the area for it. When we purchased the vehicle it was obvious they went through and did an inspection, and fixed anything that needed fixing. Used cars come in all shapes, sizes, and conditions. And to see everything on the service record that they fixed, was a sign of attention to detail that many other dealerships lack. That was refreshing to see, and moved my confidence level up in this dealership. The sales people in there are great. Financing team is awesome. Over all it was a great experience. Ive dealt with Neil and Jay in there for years. And have bought quite a few vehicles from them. I can not elaborate enough on how easy the car buying experience is with them. Its smooth and painless, as it should be. They answer any questions you have with honesty and integrity. Neil himself is very knowledgeable with cars. So I trust the answers he gives me. And Jay is one of the best finance guys around, and is extremely knowledgeable as well. If you're looking for a good place to pick up a new whip I suggest checking out Jim O'Neil. I know we glad we did, they gained a repeat customer!

I had a 90 minute drive to reach All State Ford, so I was very appreciative of the phone, email, and text support in learning about the truck I ended up buying. When I drove up to inspect and assess the truck, Howard Ensor (salesman) was very courteous and helpful, without being pushy. We discussed points of the truck and where he lacked the knowledge he reached out to others for it. I never felt anything of the pressure to purchase as I so often did at other dealerships. It has been 10+ years since I last shopped for a vehicle, so there was a bit of sticker shock. However, as I did my research, I believe I got a good price for a good truck. My wife and I both like the comfort features and I especially like the mechanical performance. Looking forward to years for trailer trailer towing and enjoying nature with this truck. I do recommend them as a dealership if you are after a truck.

2023 Ford Edge review
I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.

Then read on this were l got confused reading everything and finding out it may have been wrecked and all of the hotspots were they fixed or not especially the comments about the car . I absolutely don’t know who to believe business is business l was evolved in a that continually was bottom line whatever it took lie, scam sell reversed for new well to be honest they went out of business and you know 30 years later they haven’t learned anything. But lm still a believer some people are still honest yes and lm still hoping you can find a white Acura tlx excellent condition inside and out inline 4 272 hp and guarantee me everything is fixed and runs great no electrical hiccups to equipment on dash low mileage 20t or less good tires AS breaks great condition as if your buying for your son either aspec technical and maybe check utube Acura tlx l appreciate your valuable help and advice and interest thanks!
