Found a truck there online that I was very interested in . Wrote dealership and got a reply in less than 1/2 hr , on a Sunday evening !! They informed me the truck I inquired about sold Saturday , but they just took a nice truck in on trade that may interest me . Drove down to Lone Tree on Monday and bought it ! Very easy transaction , great to deal with and will defiantly be back !! Can't be happier !!
Saw a car online. Drove to Lone Tree early afternoon. Test drove the car. Loved it, and drove my new car home later that afternoon. All I had to do was to contact my insurance guy and sign on dotted line. Krueger's filled out the paperwork for financing, warranty, tax, registration, and title transfer. They made sure all the i's were dotted and the t's were crossed. The car is low mileage and like new condition. The price was amazingly affordable. If you want a good quality used vehicle with a great buying experience, go to Kruegers in Lone Tree. You will not be sorry.
Same experience here, just could not imagine buying a car going any easier. The people are extremely competent, as well as helpful, and do not try to push you into anything you don't want to do. I believe the price they are giving you is just what they need to run a business, and honestly i believe that gets them more business in the end, because people that have this kind of experience don't want to go anywhere else to buy a car. I know i don't, and i would absolutely recommend this place to everyone i know.

I was shopping for a truck and had sent several offers out, most dealerships didn't even bother responding. While the truck they had was a little more than I wanted to spend, they responded cordially to my offer and were willing to work with me. I bought a truck elsewhere and J.D. actually took the time to ask me about it after the fact. I can't believe all the bad reviews. If the other dealership hadn't snapped up my offer, I would have worked with these guys on a new RAM with rebates in a heart beat, despite the distance. These guys took the time when few others could be troubled. I was impressed.
Got prompt reply. Total price on line included brand loyalty discount which was in fine print at bottom of ad. That should have been more prominent in the ad. Did not have current brand of vehicle and therefore did not purchase this vehicle. Advertising needs to be easier for average buyer to understand.
Jeff single handedly restored my faith in car dealers. After a miserable experience trying to buy a BMW X5M in Dallas, I found that Jeff had one listed. He had it fully serviced, checked the brakes and tires and gave me the measurements. He had BMW take care of some recall work before I arrived to pick it up and had it clean / full of fuel / and ready to go!! Nothing was misrepresented and I found the vehicle in better condition than described. He picked me up from my hotel and checked on my travels as it took two days to drive it home. Bottom line, customer service is lacking these days, but not here. I couldn’t be any happier!!! Thank you sir!!
I approached Tre Kinney using Cars.com and he answered my questions promptly and provided the documents that I requested. He was pretty knowledgeable about the vehicle that I tested and anything that he did not know he refused to give us an answer on so as to avoid putting his foot in his mouth or just giving us what we wanted to hear, I respect this approach and it made me trust him more. We arrived in the evening (an hour before close) and when it came time to negotiate (dealership closing time) he sat with us and was patient in the approach. We counter offered three times and ultimately struck a deal. Tre and Carousel were willing to negotiate on the spot and were receptive to the reasoning behind my offer. Ultimately I got the deal I wanted and I am sure they got the deal they wanted. Win-win. Also a shout out to Chad in financing for sitting down and answering our questions. Highly recommend Tre and hope he does well at Carousel.
Only one of many dealings I've had over the years with this dealership - they are at the top in my estimation. Great people, good workers that know what they are all about and Management that is appreciative of my business. They have saved me money and did a great job with repairs when needed even though it's seldom. Their customer relations are second to none and best of all they are people you can count on to get the job done right the first time.
I was on a 2100 mile trip in a F150 and developed a loud brake noise, stopped in without an appointment and they put the truck on the lift and found the problem and had me back on the road in a very short time. The technician and service manager were great and they even helped us hook the trailer back up. It was a pleasure to find genuine nice caring people.
I test drove a 2010 Ford F-150 and really liked it but wanted to look at some other dealerships. They didn't try to pressure me into making a purchase at all but kept in touch to see if I had found another truck. I hadn't found one I liked as much as the one I looked at here. I had a mechanic look at it and found a broken spring on the front drivers side. The dealership fixed it right away with no hesitation. I was very impressed with he entire process and ended up buying the truck. This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had.
Great customer service. Friendly greeting from sales staff. Would recommend to anyone that area that wants to make the car buying process nice and easy.
