This was my third vehicle bought from Sheboygan Chevrolet. Just under a week after we purchased the vehicle we had an issue with the throttle body. I called Steve and he got right back to me. He even came out to my house to pick the vehicle up and the car was fixed the next day, at no charge to me. I will surely be buying vehicles here in the future!
I had an accident with my 2008 Lincoln Navigator. Wanted to replace so I used internet. Found two in Wisconsin, four and a half hour drive. Picked Brantmeier to be my first stop. Met Keith and was very comfortable with him and loved the car. Everything worked great and I owned new car that day. Very pleased with car, salesman, and finance process. GREAT BUSINESS!!!
Bought a 2016 Ford Edge from Keith Lichucki. He was very straight-forward and accommodating. I took a fair bit of time looking at the vehicle and test-driving it and he didn't make me feel pressured at all. Didn't say anything that sounded like a lie which is something I've experienced with lots of car salesman. The sales process with Keith exceeded my expectations.
The finance guy, Ryan I think, was snarky after I declined the extra warranty service: "I didn't peg you for a betting man" and "I think you're way off base on that". After driving 45 minutes to this dealership, waiting several hours at the dealership for the process to complete, and dropping a lot of money, I could have done without the commentary. From his pushiness, I assume he must get a kick-back or something from selling those warranties.
Everyone I worked with was friendly and helpful! They made the car buying process fast and enjoyable! Would highly recommend them to all friends and family! Brad, Randy, and Zack all did a phenomenal job!!
Did a lot of online research and it brought me to Van Horn in Sheboygan. They had the lowest prices on the vehicles I was looking for. Went to test drive and came home with one. Trevor was great and not pushy at all.
The entire process was so easy with EvS. I was looking to lease a Ford Edge, and Alex was upfront about the deal terms and patiently walked me through all of my questions. Multiple people on the team stayed late to help us get through the paperwork and get us out the door, and they were able to support getting the process started via email. I usually feel like I'm getting screwed somehow in a lease, but did not feel that way with this team.
Very professional and friendly staff, you won???t go wrong buying from them as they do an excellent job. Alex was great to work with and I would recommend him and the dealship to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

My wife and I were "looking" for a different vehicle for her. A co-worker suggested Eric Von Shledorn. We had been to all the lots in Plymouth and thought the 15 mile drive would be our next plan. How pleased we were! We ended up getting more than we were looking for, but completely satisfied with the what we did buy. The entire experience was very painless.
I had not planned on closing the deal when I came in, although i knew exactly what i wanted. Steve Larkin offered his sales service with absolutely no pressure. It???s a pleasure to work with a dealer that looks to build a long term relationship with a customer, and not just a one time sale. I had been in the dealer months earlier and test drove a truck that would not meet my needs and i left that day with a hand shake, no high pressure tactics. When i decided on what i needed, i came back and we made a fair deal, quickly. I will be a return customer.
We just leased a new Buck Envision. Each department was very attentive , knowledgeable, and thorough as we moved though the process of leasing our car. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend Eric Von Schledorn as the place to purchase a new car.
Having been to a few other Chevy Dealers it seemed to me the Chevy Volt was not that popular of a car and the salesmen did not know a lot about them. So I decided to try the Costco route. Costco sent me to Eric Von Schledorn in Saukville, 77 miles away for me. There I meet Randy Mickelson who seemed quite knowledgeable about the Chevy Volt. He answered all my questions and made the whole buying experience a good one.

Everyone at the dealership, especially Kenny went far beyond expectations. In our situation, we had a horrible purchase from the previous dealer we had purchased from, and were left high and dry (spent an entire year paying for repairs and trying to get the car to pass emissions-nothing short of a nightmare). I came into the place exasperated and in tears. Between all of this the dealer listened to our needs-provided a amazing solution. I will never forget how they were able to actually sell a car through an empathetic situation that met our specific needs. We love our 2019 Nissan. Thank you.
