Took my mom in to trade in her lease and get another one.......Aaron and John worked with us for 2 days to find the best car at the best price that was affordable and safe for her. Meeghan Ford, 2551 Memorial Blvd, Connellsville, PA is totally AWESOME, EXCELLENT and OUTSTANDING in their service department. While traveling from Virginia to Michigan I experience a problem with my F150.
When I arrived and went into the service area Dee Knox met me and asked how She could help. I explained I was traveling and the problem. She advised me that a Tech would be back from lunch in about 10 minutes and She would have him look at it right away. 10 minutes on the nose and the tech Stacy Selby commenced diagnostics. In about 30 minutes he had the problem isolated what I needed.
Derek White the other service advisor came and explained what part and the cost of what I required. I told him ok let's get it and he set to work to get the part right away.
While I waited Gail Closkey the Receptionist/Cashier showed me to the waiting area provided drinks and a snack.
I really appreciated the small-town atmosphere and caring they provided to someone who did not know the area and the understanding of getting my vehicle fixed and me back on the road. Traveling as much as I do I have to say it was a wonderful feeling to know there are still folks who believe that their customers come first and their satisfaction is the most important part of their business.

I searched the Ron Lewis Automotive website and after contacting Gayle the sales woman it was a great process from there on. I wanted to go up to see Gayle and even though she was scheduled off she met me there . She is the best by far. I also met scott the general manager which was extremely nice to make everything work out . Betty in finance was so awesome to deal with to finalize it all . I am very glad I drove 90 minutes to deal with them because we are so happy with them and how nice they treated us . Thanks For Everything Folks . The Cross’S
Women sometimes are looked upon as not knowing much about cars. But at Kenny Ross Ford, I was respected, treated like royalty and felt as if i knew what i was talking about. Jim is an absolute Jem of a salesman, and took his time ; as with a woman i tend to talk more then men. I was at ease and never pressured. Everyone there was kind, knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain whatever i asked of them. I am grateful and am looking forward of having an on going relationship with this dealership. i am very happy and excited about my brand new vehicle that i just drove home with a heated stearing wheel, as women get cold hands, but have a warm heart to compensate. I saw a minivan they had on cars.com and emailed them to get information about it. They replied about a day later and gave me the information I needed.
I did find a similar minivan at lower price and decided on the other one.
I did not purchase from them or even got a chance to go and see their store, but the email reply was within an acceptable time frame and did give me the info I needed.
I emailed them about the truck they had that i was interested in. They answered very quickly, within 30 minutes, and gave me all the info i needed to know. I wasnt aware it was salvaged and they include many pictures to show off the product. As well as details on repairs and everything else. Great customer service and help.
They were great, very little wait time, they advised me of specials and even picked me up.
