I had not been to this dealership for almost 2 years due to a bad experience...Justin my service advisor was outstanding and handled a recall service to perfection. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable...he also took time to LISTEN. Thanks Justin because of you wwe will now give Ford and this dealership another chance in the future. Everything was excellent but the total price to fix my car labor was 5 times the price of the parts. Grant it we had the money but just weeks before Christmas we spent almost 900 dollars there goes Christmas but thanks for fixing it in a timely manner.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. In the early stages of car shopping for a family-friendly SUV, we stopped by City Auto in Murfreesboro, TN while out there running errands. We were not there anticipating to purchase a vehicle that day. However, things changed.
Steven Ray, the salesman, was the first to greet us. He was not pushy, annoying, or anything like your stereotypical salesman would be in your head. He asked questions and let us talk more than he talked. He was very personable and made our experience outstanding. He provided a thorough answer to ever y question we had. If he didn't know, he made a quick phone call to get the answer we needed. He insisted a test drive in a few different models, just to get an idea of what we were looking for - even though we made it clear we weren't looking to purchase that day. (... I guess that's how they get you)
He walked us through what to expect in the buying process. Gave us little hints to get better pricing and APR.
After the sale, he called us numerous times to ensure that we were happy. A few days after the sale, a few weeks later, then a month or two down the road.

I'd been trying to find a particular F150 for a couple of months. It was simply not available locally and I was forced to look out of state. I had subsequently located a couple which sold before I could complete a deal and was getting frustrated. Then I came across a truck that matched my requirements listed on the Ford website, listed as "Dealer Ordered". I contacted Two Rivers and worked with Tom Philips to negotiate a deal with minimal hassle and locked in the purchase. The price received was very competitive with other dealers and the overall process was completed efficiently. I would definitely work with Tom and Two Rivers again.
It was Monday temp was in the teens and my heater went out .I called Columbia Ford and spoke to Bobby in service and he said bring it in. With no appointment they repaired my truck. The staff was friendly and very helpful and keeped me posted on the progress. I would like to thank everyone for their help and kindness.
We drive up and this young man came out and met us. John Wagner was a very personable man and we liked him from the beginning. We told him we would come back on Monday when we had more time to drive because we had several we wanted to drive. John was so patient with us and let us drive several vehicles so we could make up our mind. He also showed us several vehicles that we liked. The dealership was awesome. I loved the fish tank. Once inside we were treated as if we were the only ones there by all. They all went above and beyond to help us make our purchase. I will certainly recommend Rocky Williams dealership. They are a Christian orginazition and it shows. Thank you John Wagner and all that helped.
Dealership: my husband and I have been to several dealerships in the last few years. This was by far the best experience we have had. They don???t pressure you to buy anything and their inventory has just about anything and everything. Even better is that the price of their vehicles actually are in line with what jelly blue book values them meaning you aren???t being upcharged like most dealerships. Plus snacks and drinks were offered every time we came in. Our salesman was Justin and was hands down the best salesman we ever dealt with. There was never pressure on us to purchase and we could look at and drive anything we were interested in. Any information we needed was supplied and everything was just an overall please thank experience. So much so that we already know that if we are in the market for another car in the future we will reach out again to buy from Justin.
We could not have had a better experience working with Tyler Ryan at Universal Kia. From the initial call, to driving away in a new (used) car, it was as painless as it possibly could be. Tyler was friendly, patient, he listened, did what he said he would do, and was honest. He worked around our schedule and never pressured us with the ???car sales tactics??? most of us have become accustomed to when car shopping. I would have no problem recommending him to anyone I know.
Hallmark Hyundai made buying a new car from a dealership an enjoyable experience. Their salesmen were not pushy, or overbearing. They answered all of my questions honestly and made me feel comfortable while shopping for a new car. While waiting for my new car to be detailed I mentioned I was getting hungry, and the salesman brought me a BBQ sandwich from where they had lunch catered that Friday. Now that's customer service! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
