They had the Dodge Challenger I was looking for - right color, right extras, and right price. After only 3 1/5 hours of friendly negotiations I was able to buy the car for LESS than my offered price. The only negative was that it was represented to me that the $795 alarm system was mandatory. In fact, it was an option.

Very happy with the preformance and all the features that the Escape has. plenty of power with the 2.0 ecoboost engine also love the heated seats and heated steering wheel.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I was not ready to buy a new car; I bought a ford Fiesta from Cal Worthington of Long Beach 3 years ago and I really loved that car. A few weeks ago someone TBoned us and my poor Fiesta paid the price.
I needed a new car.
I went to Worthington of LB because they gave me a chance at a car when no one else wanted to. I was right to go there. I was treated with respect, Armando was great not pushy, and direct with questions and answers. I told him which car I was looking at and he got it ready for the test drive; by the time we were back I knew I wanted this car. The paperwork was fast and off I went to meet Joe. Folks ask for Joe M. He was working that papaer work and got me a nice discount. He did not try and sell me anything I did not want. After the car accident I learned that GAP is good to have.
I had my sister drive me and Joe said send her home you are driving home. Armando C and Joe M make A great time. I have the Focus now and I'm actually really enjoying the slightly bigger car.
No I was not ready to buy a new car but l needed to. I'm glad I went and met these two guys; they made the process easy and pleasant. Thanks gents!

I previously owned an Equinox. When I test drove the Escape I was completely blown away. It was a great ride and I loved the various features. My only complaint is the head rests, they seem to be in the way of sitting comfortably, I'm always hunched forward to avoid them. I have adjusted them, yet it's still annoying. Otherwise the car would get all 5 stars from me.
I purchased a pre-owned car from Wondries Ford last year, and have been using their maintenance services on a regular basis. Admittedly, I had reservations getting my car serviced at the dealer due to prior experience with a different make and dealer. I've had a great experience with Wondries Ford service department! They are reasonably priced, know their vehicles, provide awesome customer service, and send email reminders. This makes keeping my car maintained stress free! I have a bit of a commute to work, and it is critical my car is taken care of!

This is my second Escape and it's great. I loved my 2010 and shopped across several brands to replace it last year. It came down to a Hyundai Tuscon or the new Escape. The Escape is just a little nicer and the price was the tipping point. I have an SE with the Sport Package and Sync3. It's an improvement over the older Escape because of improved view out and level of technology. The new Ford Pass app is a huge plus, that includes Remote Start for free!
Did my car quickly while I waited and I was in and out in no time .

Vehicle has many standard options and good power and torque. Good Options on the SE model. Only thing that could be better is the layout and lighting for video screen, the icons need to be bigger and shift lever panel isn’t lighted. Everything else in the interior is great.
I was really nervous about the whole car buying experience but the staff at Galpin made the experience quick and painless. I received the best deal and a car that was better then I dreamed. I would recommend Galpin to my grandma. I???m so pleased!!!!

Nice design for a practical, reliable, affordable vehicle.
Find average Ford product can last with minimal maintenance to 6 years.
Would recommend the Escape for those who like a mid-size SUV.
I have got my last two cars at Sunrise Ford. They were not pleasent when I went back for my third lease so I went to Galpin Ford. Don Rhodes was great he and Bohdan made my leasing my new Ford Escape Titanium easy and painless. I would honestly recommend Don to all my friends and family and am loving my ride. I love the way this car rides. It drives so smooth. I especially like the bluetooth capabilities and the sync features. I am very happy with my purchase. I haven't had an American car in years. I look forward to keeping this one for a long time. :)
