Making it Right

As soon as he learned of the type of Explorer I was interested in, Cesar spent a great deal of time with me scouring the lot to find exactly what I was looking for. Cesar then to my surprise, deftly extricated my vehicle, when it was clear it was blocked behind another vehicle which was deemed immovable. I didn't see how it was possible, but Cesar made it happen, in the process averting what just had been an imminent impediment to everyone???s goal of shepherding a potential deal to the next stage. Next, what could have been a major disappointment and deal-breaker in my finding several scratches on the hood of the vehicle (nobody's fault as things happen during transport/storage), was turned into a positive when Cesar said he would take care of it. After the sale, I then returned with the vehicle at my convenience (consistent with Cesar???s instructions and more evidence of his high level of customer service) where he wasted no time whisking me to the detailing area, where his man conducted a deep buff procedure to effectively remove the once very visible scratches to the naked eye. I???m virtually assured these will remain invisible, but if not, Cesar reassured me that whatever needed to be done, be it subsequent buffing, or a new hood installation, my long term happiness and a repeat businesses relationship was the main objective. This did make me very happy, as well as a very strong repeat buyer candidate 36 months from now. All in all, it was an excellent experience dealing with the exuberant personalities at Elder Ford! It's been well over a week with my new vehicle and so far, so good! Thanks Cesar!
