I did not finance but the paperwork took awhile longer than expected seeing the have electronic signing. Their ac was not working so it was pretty uncomfortable. My only complaint is they did not give me rear floor mats which I haven’t addressed because I just discovered it. Otherwise pretty painless. I would buy there again

2024 Ford Escape review
I’ve had extreme trouble getting into and out of the vehicle because the floor is so deep to the door. I now have a permanently injured knee. The doors don’t open wide enough for my knee that doesn’t bend completely. That causes me discomfort. Senior people can’t always bend their joints enough to get into and out of this vehicle. But I do love how it handles and also the great features.
