Ryan did a great job helping me by making sure I understood everything that needed work, assisting me through the warranty process, and keeping me well updated during repairs.

2024 Ford Escape review
Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.

It's a pleasure to drive this car. I can feel the sportiness of the car. I love that the car saves so much gas. All seating in car, front and back is comfortable.

At this point all I do is call, give them my phone number(when they start with that), schedule what I need done and it is taken care of. The Valet service is nice, (make sure to schedule a few days in advance and have a Lees Summit address for them to pick up from). Super pleased.
2024 Ford Escape review
I’ve had extreme trouble getting into and out of the vehicle because the floor is so deep to the door. I now have a permanently injured knee. The doors don’t open wide enough for my knee that doesn’t bend completely. That causes me discomfort. Senior people can’t always bend their joints enough to get into and out of this vehicle. But I do love how it handles and also the great features.

I have had great service there for years. However, they tried to push expensive services on me that are not required in my Ford manual thousands of miles before necessary. Big turnover of staff I noticed. Not sure what is going on at the management level. Service manager is pushing BG products and not Ford Motorcraft. Maybe will buy a Toyota next time.

Pretty good except it has a clicking noise. Pretty sure im gonna have to take it to the shop after only 3 weeks. Have to see if there is an issue as recalls on the transmission keep Popping up in my Facebook feed.

Van Chevrolet Cadillac review
I have just purchased a new 2027 Chevrolet Equinox from the good folks at Van Chevrolet. Thanks again to Dominic Torres and the whole Van Team !! From Dominic, the Business Office and even the "Head Janitor" it was a truly great experience. And seeing Kim, who has taken care of me for years, was and added bonus. There was no pressure, no upselling..simply finding out what I wanted and expected and making it happen. Definately a class operation all around!!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than the one I had with Mike Craig at Smithville Ford. He was top notch! To be honest, I normally dread the car buying process, but Mike made it a smooth breeze. There was never any pressure from him and he really listened to what I wanted / was looking for while keeping my budget in mind. In fact, my Dad purchased a car the same day as I did and we are both very happy with our purchases! I will most definitely be back to see Mike for any future purchases!

The folks at Metro Ford were able to locate my AWD 2026 Maverick XLT pretty much exactly as I had specified - down to the Orange Fury metallic paint job. Michael helped me with the purchase process before the sale and answered my operating questions after the sale! It was another smooth purchase experience - part of my 30 years buying Ford cars from Metro Ford.

Experience was pretty seamless but was extraordinarily long for the closing of the purchase. We did enjoy the camaraderie of the staff there. Internet experience with Shiann Knowles was wonderful. She was very prompt and friendly in answering my questions prior to our viewing of the vehicle. Jakob was helpfull when my son inspected the car.
