We purchased a used Truck from Michael Molina (Jude). We were very happy working with Jude and this experience was a great one. Would recommend that you contact Jude if you are interested in buying from Napleton Autowerks Loves Park.
2023 Ford Escape review
In December 2023 I bought a new-used 2023 Ford escape with only 1100 miles on it. So it was basically a brand new car, and I got it at a discount because it was used so it was very well worth the money. It’s been an awesome car but I have one complaint: there is way too much reliability on the electronic display. All of the cars systems run through that including the air conditioner!! The problem is, like any computer, it doesn’t always immediately boot up upon starting the car, sometimes it takes a few minutes to get going, and in the meantime you are absolutely burning up! There is no way to turn the air conditioner on via the dashboard!! I simply do not understand why they couldn’t just put simple dials on the dashboard to turn the air conditioner on, As cars have had for many many decades now. It’s really ridiculous. I live in Georgia and it’s 98° and 80% humidity, I need the air conditioner to start blasting as soon as I get in the car! But that’s really my only complaint , it is an awesome car otherwise.

Great people to help in getting the car I wanted. The service to make things happen that insured trust and honesty was greatly appreciated. Thank You.
2024 Ford Escape review
I’ve had extreme trouble getting into and out of the vehicle because the floor is so deep to the door. I now have a permanently injured knee. The doors don’t open wide enough for my knee that doesn’t bend completely. That causes me discomfort. Senior people can’t always bend their joints enough to get into and out of this vehicle. But I do love how it handles and also the great features.

Lamia was Amazing!! She was so friendly, personable and I walked out with the car I wanted!!!
2025 Ford Escape review
Overall the car is great. I bought the trailer towing model and the towing features work seamlessly with my light trailer. It has the power to easily pull the 2000 pound trailer I use. There are a couple fit and finish issues where the hood doesn't quite line up with the fender, but I am fussy about these things and other people might not even notice. I have the larger infotainment screen which has some positives. But almost all the controls go through the screen and my eyesight isn't the best so it is difficult to make selections while the vehicle is in motion. Also, the learning curve is rather steep and the paper owners manual is not much help. The A/C controls are all on the screen and hard to change while in motion.

I felt I was having trouble with my car. It seemed to shudder when I started to accelerate from stop lights . The service department took my car that day. They kept it for two days and put it through every test available but were unable to find the problem . The problem has not occurred since I picked my car up. The service department was always courteous and concerned about my safety in a car that might stall on me when I was out driving . Kudos to them.

My 15 year old car finally met its demise and put me in a position where I needed a dependable vehicle fast. Enter Alisa at Rock River Kia. She was so friendly and very helpful in helping me stick within my budget and found exactly what I was looking for. I purchased a 2017 Kia Forte on May 22, 2017 and I absolutely love it. The car buying process was so much easier and less stressful this time. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to check out the selection and quality of products and service at Rock River Kia.

I almost bought a Corvette from this dealership and Adrienne from sales and the owner went out of their way to help me. Very courteous and not pushy, they were very fair with the negotiations, never played games, qualified me for great financing and the only reason I did not purchase was the distance (24H drive) but even that, they were willing to help me with this. Thank you again Adrienne for all your help!

Friendly service. Heather is very knowledgeable. The online scheduler didn't work the day I tried. I had to talk to a human to get an appointment.

Alphorn FordReviews
Alphorn Ford review
We had an outstanding experience at Alphorn Ford in Monroe, WI. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was excellent — friendly, professional, and completely no-pressure. The team really listened to our concerns and what we were looking for, instead of trying to steer us into something that didn’t fit our needs. The entire process was smooth and efficient — we were in and out and purchased our vehicle within just a few hours. They offered the absolute best price we found on a brand new Expedition, and we did our homework before buying. What really set this dealership apart was the product knowledge and transparency. Oliver, our sales representative, was exceptional. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and clearly understood the features inside and out. We had visited another Ford dealership in Janesville beforehand, and the salesperson there provided incorrect and incomplete information. Oliver, on the other hand, was able to clearly explain and demonstrate features they couldn’t — which gave us a lot of confidence in our purchase decision. Between the vehicle, the price, and the top-notch service, we couldn’t be more pleased. If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle, you truly can’t go wrong with Alphorn Ford.

2023 Ford Escape review
For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.

Hawk Ford of St. Charles review
I recently purchased my third vehicle from Jeff at Hawk Ford in St charles. He was a pleasure to work with, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend visiting him. He helped transfer a vehicle from one dealership to another, he explained all the purchasing options, and made the whole buying process very simple and straightforward.
