2025 Ford Escape review
Overall the car is great. I bought the trailer towing model and the towing features work seamlessly with my light trailer. It has the power to easily pull the 2000 pound trailer I use. There are a couple fit and finish issues where the hood doesn't quite line up with the fender, but I am fussy about these things and other people might not even notice. I have the larger infotainment screen which has some positives. But almost all the controls go through the screen and my eyesight isn't the best so it is difficult to make selections while the vehicle is in motion. Also, the learning curve is rather steep and the paper owners manual is not much help. The A/C controls are all on the screen and hard to change while in motion.

Ford of HomewoodReviews
Ford of Homewood review
I recently purchased my Chevrolet Blazer EV RS from Ford of Homewood and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. After visiting several dealerships and looking at multiple vehicles that same day, Ford of Homewood stood out by far because of their outstanding customer service and positive energy. The team worked hard to make sure I received the best deal possible while also making sure I felt comfortable, informed, and truly taken care of. I never felt pressured, and they made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I truly appreciate the care and attention they gave me during such an important decision. I would absolutely recommend Ford of Homewood to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thank you again for such a great experience! Thanks, Tanika Lee

I have been shopping for months. I've looked at many lots a shopped for a variety of cars and trucks. Nick was a great salesman . He respectfully made me comfortable and was not pushy. There were a few small concerns about the vehicle and we worked together to make a deal on the purchase. It was a great car buying experience. Being a smaller lot with a great inventory made my two and a half hour drive worth the time. Great job to the whole staff!!

Ron Tirapelli Ford review
Amazing experience, i recommend them as I’ve been shopping around for a while and they were by far the best!
2023 Ford Escape review
In December 2023 I bought a new-used 2023 Ford escape with only 1100 miles on it. So it was basically a brand new car, and I got it at a discount because it was used so it was very well worth the money. It’s been an awesome car but I have one complaint: there is way too much reliability on the electronic display. All of the cars systems run through that including the air conditioner!! The problem is, like any computer, it doesn’t always immediately boot up upon starting the car, sometimes it takes a few minutes to get going, and in the meantime you are absolutely burning up! There is no way to turn the air conditioner on via the dashboard!! I simply do not understand why they couldn’t just put simple dials on the dashboard to turn the air conditioner on, As cars have had for many many decades now. It’s really ridiculous. I live in Georgia and it’s 98° and 80% humidity, I need the air conditioner to start blasting as soon as I get in the car! But that’s really my only complaint , it is an awesome car otherwise.

Rod Baker Ford review
Anthony, Kaitlyn, and Brian were great to work with. This was the easiest dealership I have worked with. I was in and out in under 1.5 hours. Anothny and Katilyn were efficient but also made sure that everything was covered at the best price in town. I recommended anyone to go see Kaitlyn.

It's a pleasure to drive this car. I can feel the sportiness of the car. I love that the car saves so much gas. All seating in car, front and back is comfortable.

Everyone in Phillips Chevy service department in Lansing, Illinois did an excellent job helping me get my car repaired. From the receptionists, to the service advisors, and the technicians as well as the courtesy drivers, all were kind, courteous, and professional. And the cost was fair. I will continue to go to them and will recommend them to others. Sincerely, Rodney D Jordan

Westfield Ford review
Westfield?s service department is awesome. My entire family love using their pickup and drop off service for service on all our vehicles. It?s simple so easy and convenient!
2024 Ford Escape review
I’ve had extreme trouble getting into and out of the vehicle because the floor is so deep to the door. I now have a permanently injured knee. The doors don’t open wide enough for my knee that doesn’t bend completely. That causes me discomfort. Senior people can’t always bend their joints enough to get into and out of this vehicle. But I do love how it handles and also the great features.

Hawk CDJRReviews
Hawk CDJR review
If you’re looking for a Jeep, don’t hesitate to reach out to Jason at Hawk Jeep! This was my fourth lease with Stellantis, and this experience was by far the best one yet. Since I was driving from about an hour away, Jason worked with me to finalize the deal seamlessly via email. He got me into the exact car I inquired about at a payment I was genuinely happy with. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, everything was ready to go—I was literally in the showroom for minutes, not the typical hours! The car was detailed beautifully, the showroom was new and clean, and the rest of the staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming. Jason was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Thanks, Jason!

We bought a used Hyundai couple of weeks ago. I think we got a good deal. The dealership was a good experience, specially compared to the other places we had been to. The sales person Christian Gonzales was extremely friendly, helpful and cooperative. His manager Renato Garcia was also a nice person to work with.
2023 Ford Escape review
For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.

Castle Hyundai Oak lawnReviews
Castle Hyundai Oak lawn review
I just purchased a car from Castle Hyundai of Oak Lawn, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. From start to finish, the team showed true professionalism, care, and integrity—qualities that can be hard to come by in the car-buying world. Now I truly understand what they mean when they say “Drive Happy!” Jim (Sales Manager), Nick (Sales Consultant), Brennan (Internet Representative), and John (Finance Manager) were an absolute pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt informed, respected, and supported throughout the process. They were transparent, never pushy, and always willing to answer my (many!) questions with patience and honesty. It was clear that they genuinely cared—about the car, the deal, and most importantly, about me as a customer. They didn’t just meet expectations - they exceeded them. The entire process was smooth, respectful, and even enjoyable. These are good people who take pride in doing right by others. Thank you to everyone at Castle Hyundai of Oak Lawn—you didn’t just help me get a great car, you made the whole experience one to remember. You went the extra mile (pun absolutely intended) and because of you, I now Drive Happy!
