I bought a car from Buckeye Toyota 1.5 years ago, and I have to say that I have never had such a stress-free buying experience! They were honest and straightforward; they gave me a great deal on my old trade in and gave me a good deal on my new car. I was so confident in my purchase, that my husband did not even participate in the buying process. Today, when I go in to get my car serviced, I know I am being taken care of. In fact, every time I am there, the gentleman who sold me the car somehow finds me, and asks me how things are going. I have lived in different states, and have had experience with many different dealerships, and I have to say that Buckeye Toyota is special. I am a fan!

I bought my 2018 escape se with 41,000 miles. It’s was a gold certified pre owned vehicle with a 60,000 mile warranty. It’s currently sitting at 86,000 miles and has spent no time in the shop other than basic maintenance and brakes. It runs, drives, and handles beautifully and that 1.5 ecoboost has plenty of power. Highly recommend this vehicle. We absolutely love our Escape!

I’m really enjoying my 2022 Ford Escape SE more than I expected. This SUV is new to me having purchased “used” at 4500 miles just 3 weeks ago. It’s mainly used for my work commute. We just finished a trip we take several times per year and what comfort and performance! The several drive modes - normal, eco, sport and slippery roads - really make a difference in response, feel and performance. I used eco mode for the 350 mile trip home and confirm an incredible range of well over 500 miles on a 16 gallon tank. This is not a hybrid! This shreds the performance of our well-liked 2015 escape that gets about 350-400 mile range on the same size tank. The turning radius of my 2022 is noticeably improved over our 2015 model. The headlights with auto high beam is a real treat too. The heated seats are excellent & improved over our 2015 for fast heating & comfort that goes beyond the seat to the seat back as well. I’m looking forward to owning this SUV for many years.

In search of a used car because I was trading in my old one. Catrice Hill was my salesperson and she was AMAZING!! So nice, professional, down-to-earth and most of all worked with me to get the payment I could afford and had a minimal down payment. The first car we test drove was a 2012 Ford Edge and it was really nice, liked it alot but payment wasn't quite what I could work with. Catrice told me she'd call me/text me the next day if she found anything for me. She did just that! She texted AND called and when I went back to the dealership to test drive the next car. It was just what we wanted! We ended up getting a newer car, 2016 Kia Sorento, with less mileage than the Edge with a payment I could afford. It was just overall a terrific experience. Nate, the finance Manager, was so warm and welcoming, we laughed and had a good time filling out the paperwork. Everyone there is super nice and helpful. Thank you Catrice and Nate for doing a fab job getting me and my family the care we needed and taking such great care of us!!!! :-)

It appears that too many negative/unhappy individuals have posted reviews on this car. My experience after a month has been great! Yes there is a problem with squeaking brakes at low speeds and the brake dust is excessive, ehh h speaks to cheap ones being used but just use brake cleaner and it hasn’t been an issue since for me. When it comes to the comfort, I am very satisfied! Front seat adjustment is great and I get almost zero back fatigue. The heated seats and steering wheel are fantastic and heat up very quickly. I also love the sliding rear seat and I already fit a 29 inch mountain bike inside and only had to fold down the 60 split to do it. The engine is kind of odd sounding because it’s a 3 cylinder. It’s not suede refined, but when you really get in the has it’ll break the front tires loose and does sound kind of good because it’s half a v6. The looks are conservative, but I painted my wheels black with plastidip and it transformed the car and now it looks like a baby Porsche Cayenne. Kind of sad Ford already redesigned the front but I get it that they had to make it look more SUV and less lifted Focus, which is mostly what it is because Americans hate cars I guess. But I love the benefits of an SUV, but driving dynamics (to a degree) of a car. It’s very planted and at times fun to drive. Sync 3 infotainment is a breeze to use and I LOVE using the remote start through the FordPass app for free. My car is always the right temperature when I get in. I know this generation has some problems when it came out, but so far I am loving mine and look forward to many reliable miles (hopefully) with proper upkeep and maintenance.

have had this 2020 ford escape since buying new. i love this car and i now have 36000 miles on it.it is a hybird and the best car i have ever owned.the car gets 48 miles per gal has great safety equipment has a great ride and over three years with no down time for repairs. drive every day and would buy the same car again, ive had a lot of cars but this by far the best i have had. 2020 ford escape hybird sport.

Staff were courteous and helpful. Car was exactly what I was looking for and price was right. One star taken away because only one key was supplied. Did not find out about this until I had given the dealer my cashier's check. Cost me $150 to get a second key made, effectively raising the price of the car. I will definitely ask about that before buying any used car in future.

I was pleasantly surprised when i picked up the car today. This is a Ford Escape SEL 2018. It was immaculately cleaned. Lots of trunk space, I really enjoy the leather seats. Jere law at Varsity Lincoln Ford in Novi is an incredible salesman. He made sure that everything was taken car of for me. He really took the time to make sure i was happy. This is my first time owning a SUV. I am very happy with the service and dedication.

Purchased this used 2016 Ford Escape SE Ecoboost 4WD (108k miles) from our local Lithia Ford dealer, and I commute 64 miles a day from home to work, and so far I am very impressed. the little 1.6 liter engine has a big heart, and a fun amount of power. The seats are high quality, and the best my wife & I have encountered so far (we rent a lot of cars from Enterprise). Handles great, and feels like a bigger car. The only cons so far : High beam switch takes getting used too. From steering wheel to display touch screen, the wiper control arm is always in the way, turning on wipers. Can't wait for winter to try out 4wd :)

Pulled in Quick Lane @0720 on Friday, Oct 2, and was told it would take a couple hours. It was crowded, but drove away completed @0920 so consider it a good visit.

This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

I was so impressed with their process. Amazing list price, no issues with the car, really nice and friendly people to deal with. The deal I got was more than fair and they went out of their way to make the process feel like I wasnt buying a car. If you want to go someplace where you can genuinely find a great deal and leave with a great car check out their inventory. I have about 7000 miles so far with no problem yet. I will take a long ride to Raleigh northcarolina in June so I am praying I have any problems. My first long trip. My back brakes squeak sometimes.

We just bought a 2020 Ford Escape it has 22,000 miles. It has been a great car so far. It has allot of leg room and head room, I am 6 ft tall, so I like that about it. It has plenty of zip on the highway and good gas mileage, no regrets on our purchase so far.

I bought my escape October 2021. I have put about 30k miles on it and now sits at 110k. I’m 6’3” and I have plenty of head room. Auto parallel parking comes in handy way more than expected. 2.0 engine has a smooth ride and good on gas

Bought the vehicle in December of 2020. First new car I've bought in over 20 years. Absolutely love this vehicle. Great gas mileage. 3 cylinder, turbo that has some is powerful. Great back up camera and love the big screen display for the radio. Easy to reach controls. Easy to reach cup holders. Plenty of room inside, don't feel cramped. Rides smooth for such an economical car.

Bought my car about three years ago from Vince at Easton. We had such a positive experience that my husband bought his truck last year. I bought my 2018 Titanium Escape about 2 years ago with about 32000 miles. Now two years later I have just hit 46000 miles. At first I had some warranty work that had to be taken care of. Display on the HVAC had numbers out, the sync 3 was completely crazy and it had a bubble in the paint on the lower inside drivers door. All work was completed. The dealer service was outstanding. No hassles . Like any new car to you, the Escape took time to learn where and what all the features were. The Titanium has A LOT of bells and whistles. It took many reads of the owners manual to figure out what they were. Now that I've learned I am very pleased. Things like Lane corection, adaptive Cruise control, blind spot monitoring and a dozen more features are very useful. It has auto park and to be honest I don't use it , but it has it so I had to try it out, and it works like a charm. Many people I know have that feature on their cars, but have never tried it. The interior is nice, except I don't like the seat back configuration with a bulging pillow top along the seat back. It's all for show but a pain in the back for many people. Ford, get wise and build for comfort , not show. The extra large windshield is great. Best forward viability I have seen in modern vehicles. Heater controls are hard to identify . They are mounted low and in a dark area that requires the driver to take his eyes off the road. So that's the negative. And I'm being picky. This SUV is fun to drive, sure footed and comfortable. 2.0 turbo has guts and the fuel mileage is acceptable for this amount of power. Quality of interior parts is above average, as is the quality of the leather seats. All windows are express which is handy. Puddle lights on the front doors are helpful when coming up to the car at night. The keypad entry is nice when you're outside and don't have your keys but want to get in the car. The hands free rear tailgate is great! I use it nearly every day. The sun visors that slide to give you protection from the sun when it's shinning in the side window is a winning feature. The Sync 3 system is great! Ford got it right. It's fast, accurate and voice commands work very well. When I bought this Escape I liked it. Now two years later I love it. I'm not a Techie guy, just a 75 year old retiree who is willing to adapt to modern Ideas

Shawn McMahan is an awesome person. I came into the dealership twice looking for a car. My first visit was unsuccessful because I did not have the down payment. Shawn was incredibly understanding with my situation and tried very hard to get the lowest down payment possible.
