Just bought a 2001 ram 2500 from them gave me more than I expected on my trade and were very nice. Good price as well as helpful.

This SUV has been a great and reliable vehicle for my family. With periodic maintenance and on-point inspections, this vehicle has surpassed 250,000 miles with no issues. I plan to continue driving the SUV until it the wheels come off and it's time to purchase a new vehicle.

This car met all my needs. It has plenty of leg room. For a family of 5 it is spacious. Drives quiet. Solid car. Love it.

Reliability a four star.it has broken down once or twice.Had to rely on my ford freestyle 2007 which never let me down.But interior very nice and its comfortable.Exterior very nice design.Its powerful and heavy but when we bought it the engine was properly looked after and clean.love this car.

I walked in not wanting a large payment with not so good credit, I drove many cars over the course of about 3 hours, John was my salesman and was incredibly patient with my indecision. He pulled about a half a dozen of cars for me before I decided on the one I purchased. The finance Dept was incredibly helpful and I ended up with a much lower rate than I expected. They have a wide selection of vehicles as far as pricing, make and model, I could have left with a Ford Fiesta or a Bentley.. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Adam was quick to answer all my emails / texts, car was a good value. The car was a low mileage car that was very hard to find. The lot has very limited parking and is very busy.

I purchased a used 2013 GMC Terrain out of town knowing the heated seats did not work. From the first time I contacted DeMaagd GMC in Battle Creek they were very professional, told me what they were going to do to fix the problem then called me at home and advised it was going to be a little more involved and the price. The problem was solved the next day and they called me to come pick-up the vehicle, the heated seats now work perfect, they did a great job with excellent communication skills. On March 2, 2022 I stayed in Gaylord, Michigan Upon leaving my hotel the next morning to come home the Engine Light on my 2014 Ford F-150 came on. I stopped at the Bill Marsh dealership to have it checked out. The Service Personnel could not have been any nicer. They diagnosed the problem right away and made the repair. I was back on the road in a little over an hour. I was offered refreshments and while waiting one of the Salesman even came over and visited with me. Could not have asked for a better experience.

My over- all experience was Great I was shocked to find a nice car with extremely low miles and no dents no marks on the car also the staff was kind friendly but most of all my time there wasn't long ,the car wasn't wash well but they request for me to come back during that week and my daughters car was detail and waxed I highly recommend there services.
