Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

There are certain things that a dealership can do to leave a lasting impression on their customers. My wife and I had such an occurrence yesterday. A very positive occurrence. We intended to purchase a new Toyota Sienna. But the key for us was my wife's ability (she is wed to a wheelchair) to actually get into the front seat passenger side since she cannot drive. No such luck. Unlike our 2020 Honda Odyssey, which is easy for her, the Sienna was unfortunately about 5 inches too tall for her to reach the seat. What made the experience so memorable for us was the combination of Mike Lasiter (salesman) and Eddie Powell (sales mgr). They tried so many different approaches including seeing if they could find a replacement seat which would allow my wife easier access. It was amazing to see these two work so hard to help a customer. Sure they wanted to sell a car. But they went way beyond that to help us. In addition, I cannot imagine a customer finding a better facility to both purchase a car and to also have it serviced. The dealership's attention to detail on customer service was amazing. They had 72 service bays, a wonderful seating area for their customers, actual food customers could purchase instead of just a vending machine and to top it off, they offered a manicure service , free of charge, to any customer waiting for their car. Try matching that at most dealers. Each employee we spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful (Yvette Pete Acree, etc). So the upshot of the visit was Eddie Powell and Mike Lasiter ended up recommending we go to Kia Union County dealership up the road and take a look at their vehicles which might fit my wife's need. So we did and ended up purchasing a new Kia minivan. And all the while I wished we could have become a customer of Scott Clark's dealership. So if you happen to be in the market for a new or used vehicle, I could not imagine a better sales and service experience or perhaps better said, a tremendous customer experience than that at Scott Clark Toyota. And no I am not a paid employee or anything like that. I am a customer who knows great customer service when he sees and experiences it.

I cannot say enough about this dealership. I had an accident while home for the holidays, and needed the best vehicle possible to purchase once mine was totaled. My salesperson Jason, the used car manager Marlon and Julio in finance were absolutely amazing!!! They worked with me to get the best deal possible! Spent less than 2 hours at the dealership and that included picking a vehicle, test driving, negotiating the deal and in finance. They literally bent over backwards to be of great assistance to me. Great energy & Best experience to date in purchasing a vehicle!!! I highly suggest this dealership and my sales person, Jason for purchasing any vehicle u might be looking for. I purchased a pre-owned Ford F150 from Capital Ford of Charlotte NC in Dec 2024, Criag Smith was my salesperson, he was very cordial and professional. Purchasing an expensive vehicle online can be a frustrating experience, only seeing pictures of the vehicle but not actually being there means you really have to trust your salesperson. Craig sent all the pictures of the vehicle I asked for and he kept me updated on the purchasing process. We also had a live Skype video where he demonstrated all the features and verified that everything I was concerned about, worked perfectly. The vehicle was shipped to me in a completely enclosed box trailer, so it arrived clean and free from any damage. Everything Craig said about the vehicle was correct, he said it was a beautiful truck, and he was right. Although Craig did a great job in presenting the vehicle, I gave them 4 stars due to a financing misunderstanding.
