Could not be happier with my recent purchase of this vehicle. It’s like having a full size bed pickup truck with a cap on it.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I have owned this Expedition for about 4 months, been on a couple 10 to 12 hour drives...extremely pleased with the comfort, performance and overall ride. Have owned lots of other SUVs/Trucks including newer 4Runners, F150, Sprot Trac and Trailblazer. The 2017 Expedition is my overall favorite over the last 30 plus years of military service, travelling from post to post...and all around the country.
Tom and Tommy are extremely knowledgeable about their inventory. They go the extra mile for you. They are really easy to deal with . Made the transaction stress free !!! Can???t go wrong with this dealership. Thank you guys it???s been a pleasure.

A great family sized SUV, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I have gotten several compliments in the last week. The power running boards are an added bonus. Overall this is a sweet alternative to the Yukon’s & Tahoe’s out there.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

If you want or need a large SUV that gets great gas mileage and carries lots of gear and people, this Ford will do the trick. The Limited model comes nicely equipped and will garner lots of compliments from your passengers for both room and comfort. Ford is getting closer to perfecting this model.
The most technologically advanced expedition, easily pairs with our cell phones to answer and make calls from your current contact lists, receives and reads text messages, etc.. great navigation, rear backup camera and heated seats are great on the cold winter days.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

It’s what made my wife happy, she loves the color, leather interior, power everything, audio system, navigation, it has it all, thanks Ford, once again.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.

I was set on a Yukon but this had all the features I was looking for plus more towing capacity. The ecoboost engine is quite powerful and gas mileage and acceleration are better than I expected.
I have only had this car for a month, but it is the most comfortable ride I have ever owned. We are a tall family and need plenty of leg room...and the Expedition has it. It is also very quiet and has such a smooth ride. Amazing car as far as quality and room. We just got back from vacation with 2 adults and 4 children on a 7 hour drive..adequate room for people and luggage!
My wife and I had a tremendous experience at Manchester City Nissan. The Finance Manager Ken was FANTASTIC and the salesman Chris was helpful and attentive.
The buying process was not the usual loooooong, drawn out affair. It was quick, efficient and actually nice!
We got a great car at a great price and the people were great as well.

We love our new vehicle. It has all the room we need. It’s a great ride!! The 3rd row has lots of room and is not cramped like other 3rd rows. Love our new ride!!! It’s my dream ride!
I just picked up my new car at CarMax of Hartford and, I have to say, this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I had found a Ford Explorer that I wanted to see on their lot. I put a hold on the vehicle on their website, very early in the morning. By 9am the same morning, I was contacted by Rocco Toce, the most awesome sales person around. I have bought many vehicles through the years and he is the top of the list! We went to look at the truck and he had it clean and ready for us to test drive. We loved the truck but it just didn’t have all the options that we were looking for. I found the exact Explorer we wanted in New York and Rocco jumped right in to help us transfer the vehicle to Hartford. I have to admit, it IS a leap of faith to pay the transfer fee upfront before even seeing the vehicle in person. Rocco jumped in and took over. He spoke to the other CarMax and had them check every part of the vehicle out. I felt very comfortable after he called and told me the truck sounds good. My Explorer made it to Hartford very quickly and Rocco immediately checked it out and let us know it was perfect! I went to see it yesterday. It was beautiful and in the best shape. Rocco took us through the entire car and never rushed us through anything. He sent our Explorer to detailing while my 2009 Silverado was appraised. I received a fair price for my trade and the deal was smooth and handled professionally by the staff. I’m pretty sure I have not had a better car buying experience. Rocco and the team at Hartford CarMax could not have done more to make our experience the best. I did a ton of research about CarMax like I’m sure everyone does. I drove over an hour to work with them and I am so glad I did. We walked out of there with a great, shiny Ford Explorer and the greatest car buying experience!

Good outside and inside. Engine is smooth and powerful. With 4X4 it is a go anywhere car. The light colored interior reduces heat build up and is very attractive.
Leased my car in NJ where I was living at that time. My services have been done at Hoffman with pick up and delivery of car. Very satisfied with service.

Just had this vehicle a week but have been a lifelong Ford owner. It was purchased as a replacement vehicle with an eye for towing a camper in the future. I was impressed with the towing rating but also with the interior as well. Heated/vented leather seats, navigation, USB & AC voltage ports, Sirius XM & climate zones. Everything works & works well. Braking is great & the 3.5 liter twin turbo seems to have more power than I thought it would.
Purchased a new explorer from best local dealership with best service center, best sales and service people. My husband and I both purchased new vehicles and service outstanding! They are quick and efficient in doing all needed work! Love new waiting area and friendliness of staff. Mark in sales great attention to detail and our needs. Thanks to Mr. Brozowski in service when I called like the Geico commercial " I have a FLAT tire" help!!! He told me what to do and I was on my way.

The Expedition has the best technology a suv can have, I am very surprised of all the new things that it has. I couldnt find it in any other suv.
