Used Ford Expedition for sale near Golden Gate, FL

I inquired about a used car, no pictures had been uploaded at the time. Eric Eickelmann Was the sales consultant I chose from their online list. He responded quickly, located the vehicle, provided some pictures and answered my questions. They gave me an appraisal on my vehicle sight unseen, which was fair. We negotiated price and got financing approved before I even went to the dealer. I live on the East coast of Florida. On the selected day, I drove over to Naples (154 miles). The vehicle had been serviced and detailed. Looked like a new vehicle (2016 Mazda CX-5 Sport manual 6 speed). It was certified by the dealer. Eric was thorough and kept me informed every step of the process. A true professional. I have no complaints and know he would assist again if the need arises.

Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

This car checks all of the boxes for a full size SUV. Its towing capacity is tops for all SUV’s! It seats seven adults comfortably and fuel economy is the best for full size SUV’s. GREAT VEHICLE!

since 1970 I have dealt with Toyota. For many years salesmen has been Dale Fortner. He and Steve Meyer, sales manager, spent time this Thursday on buying back our 2015 Avalon with 19k mileage, as my wife stopped driving. These two men present an attitude of what can we do for you to have you know we treat you like more than a satisfied customer?I wondered how they could give me such a fair deal!!! It was2k more than Carmax, and I was pleased with their quote. They are the ONLY PLACE TO GO TO WITHIN 50 miles!!!

Overall I do love this SUV. great driving experience. Latest electronic features are a benefit. I did have to turn off the out of jane detection, too accurate. My one complaint is that the console has a fault, I call it a missing piece. I have lost two disability placard because I placed them on the flat part and both skided into nonoland. There needs to be a stop of some kind.

Technician was extremely professional and courteous. He was able to have my Navigation system working which they were unable to do after a 3hr wait during my previous visit. I loved receiving the video of the inspection because that made me more knowledgeable of the cars inner working. I would love to have the same customer service person again. Ann

Price on the car was market value, no haggling which is fine with me. They offered a very good amount on my trade-in vehicle which was nice. The salesmen Sebastian and Mike were both very nice and helpful. I wish they would have charged the car before selling it (bought an EV) since I didn’t have enough battery to get home, but public DC fast chargers are pretty good these days, so it wasn’t a huge deal.

Love the car but still has problems with the Collison message keeps coming on. Still trying to get the factory code to program some systems. Had it at 2 different dealers. The I bought it at does not return calls.

Frank and Ibrahim are the most fantastic individuals at Honda of Fort Myers, hands down!! I can't recommend them enough; they care about you, listen to you, and work hard to get you everything you need! They don't push anything on you; they get straight to the point and work their magic. I’m from out of town and had some minor damage to my car. It was enough that I would not be able to return home in a week. Galloway was the closest Ford dealer so I went there in spite of the 1 star reviews on this site. I couldn’t have been happier. Had no clue where to go as they have multiple buildings. Stopped in at the first one and met a woman at the desk who was friendly and guided me where to go. The next stop they all were most accommodating and in an effort to resolve my issue in the shortest amount of time since I had no reservation sent me to their quick lane building where Mauricio came to greet me. Basically took me under his wing as he looked things over, took me to his office and gave me a quote. I had to leave my vehicle while they ordered the parts and delivered the following day. Was given a ride in their free shuttle back to where I was staying in Cape Coral. Was called the next morning around 8:30 or so that it was complete and ready for pickup. They offered to come and get me but a friend gave me a ride over. Everything went so smoothly and my contact couldn’t have been better. Thanks to all that helped which could have gone much much worse.
