The Expedition has the best technology a suv can have, I am very surprised of all the new things that it has. I couldnt find it in any other suv.
Was looking for a used 2018 Escape, found one with 7,500 Mike's. Great price, fair trade in price. Friendly staff. Clean showroom, no pressure to buy.

A great family sized SUV, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I have gotten several compliments in the last week. The power running boards are an added bonus. Overall this is a sweet alternative to the Yukon’s & Tahoe’s out there.
We found the vehicle on the internet we went to the dealership to look. The sales associate I spoke with on the phone was busy so they assigned Matt to show us our vehicle. He had two vehicles brought around for a test drive. We liked one of the two started negotiations and purchased the vehicle. From beginning to end the process was quite enjoyable no pressure just presented our options. Matt was detailed when going over cars accessories. It was certainly worth the trip. Just had this vehicle a week but have been a lifelong Ford owner. It was purchased as a replacement vehicle with an eye for towing a camper in the future. I was impressed with the towing rating but also with the interior as well. Heated/vented leather seats, navigation, USB & AC voltage ports, Sirius XM & climate zones. Everything works & works well. Braking is great & the 3.5 liter twin turbo seems to have more power than I thought it would.
Bought a 2016 Ford Edge from Keith Lichucki. He was very straight-forward and accommodating. I took a fair bit of time looking at the vehicle and test-driving it and he didn't make me feel pressured at all. Didn't say anything that sounded like a lie which is something I've experienced with lots of car salesman. The sales process with Keith exceeded my expectations.
The finance guy, Ryan I think, was snarky after I declined the extra warranty service: "I didn't peg you for a betting man" and "I think you're way off base on that". After driving 45 minutes to this dealership, waiting several hours at the dealership for the process to complete, and dropping a lot of money, I could have done without the commentary. From his pushiness, I assume he must get a kick-back or something from selling those warranties.

Could not be happier with my recent purchase of this vehicle. It’s like having a full size bed pickup truck with a cap on it.
My wife and I just purchased a 2017 Mustang GT and found the entire Mike Burkhart buying experience pleasurable. Our salesman, Matt Horstman, was great to work with. The 5-hour round trip (Chicago suburb) was worth it.

Best car ive owned has a ton of features. It can tow , travel do anything you need it too. Go offroad. The car of a lifetime.
Excellent sales team, as I purchased my second Ford Certified pre-owned vehicle from Mike Burkart Ford. All went smoothly. And, I received a re-imboursement in the mail,for an inadvertent charge that we all missed in filling out the paperwork. Good honest folks to work with.

I have only had this expedition for 3 years but has not let me down. I now have 305,000kms on it and still strong. We took it to New Orleans on a last minute holiday and it was a dream. I’ll be honest I was a bit worried with the mileage and the distance we had to drive but it was the best holiday we have ever been on. I want to upgrade it but I know it’s not worth much and everything still works awesome! So I’m going to drive it till it costs me for a major repair and then it’s time.
I worked with Igor in the Service Department. I was so happy with previous work that I brought my Jaguar in for some work after her long winter's nap. I always feel like Igor and the staff have MY best interests in mind. I don't hope to "need" vehicle repairs, but if I do, I will visit Igor and the staff at Maritime Ford in Manitowoc!

We love our 2017 Expedition. This is our third Expedition, having had a 2000 and a 2006. This is the most comfortable one yet. It drives very smoothly and it has plenty of room for our whole family.
Keeps getting better! Hands down the best buying experience I've had. If you're looking to buy a vehicle I highly suggest you give these guys a chance to help. They'll be my first stop next time I'm looking.
