Test drove and as a new vehicle it drove nice but approx at around 500 miles the car became bouncy. i was reluctant to drive and was under the impression that something was wrong with the vehicle. After the multiple service appt;s nothing was wrong. The ecoboost engine sound as if it was going to die on idel and light throttle .....
We just bought our 2nd new Fusion Hybrid from Battlefield, and from Greg Wood. He’s amazing and makes buying a new car enjoyable. We’ve had all service done thru the dealer, and the service has been excellent every time.

An essential car for a family. I can't tell you how many times it has been packed to the gills. Can cart almost anything...furniture, lumber, kids, dogs, camping equipment. Additionally, you feel very safe in this car. You sit high and have a great view of the road and traffic. Superior leg room both front and back. Great for winter driving.
A few years ago we purchased a new vehicle from Cowles Parkway; but the vehicle (although not considered a 'lemon') experienced rain leakage (which they repaired) and eventually a cylinder malfunction that required installation of a refurbished engine.
What gives? Brand new vehicles shouldn't have problems.
Although each of these defects took a long time to repair, thankfully Cowles repaired everything. However, during each lengthy repair, we rarely heard from the Service Team so were not kept up to date.
We thought it's their responsibility (their responsibility!) to contact the Customer to let them know what's going on, not vice versa. We had to call a lot and felt very lucky if we were able to talk to someone and find out details.
Cowles Service and maintenance is great, but overall Customer Service and making contact with the Customer is lacking. We realize they're balancing many customers, but a simple phone call letting the Customer know how things are would be very helpful. Why do we need to call them to find out details?

The expedition XL is perfect for our family of 7 with one extra seat. The XL version gives us plenty of cargo room as well. Really comfortable and great visibility. We will definitely stick with the make and model for our next upgrade.

Haven't had this vehicle for that long so really can't attest to it's reliability or overall value, but so far so good. I am very impressed with it's power towing a 22' boat, fully loaded with gear & passengers, & AC blasting in 97* heat going uphill!! Lots of space & pretty comfortable. I'd always like more cup holders, outlets, & better gas mileage- but this Expedition EL hasn't left me with ANY regrets. Definitely recommend/deserves a serious look at.
Sheehy Ford is fortunate to have wonderful folks both in their Service department and the Body Shop. They went out of their way to not only keep me updated but worked with the relevant companies on my behalf. I am extremely grateful to Steve and his entire team in the Service department and Erica and her team in the Body Shop.

We test drive other vehicles in this category (suburban) and we're just not impressed. For the money you get a whole lot more from Ford and a much nicer ride. I'm a Chevy guy and this Ford is pretty awesome.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

It’s large and powerful. Holds a lot of cargo and people. I like the auto stepside and the sound system. It’s been a reliable car.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Love this car for the comfort and room it has. It is a joy to drive.
I feel safe when driving it. Love everything about it.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

I have a full size family so we need a full vehicle. I’ve always loved the look of an expedition. I’m so glad we bought it!!!!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. If you want sell your car with no hassle, go with Caravan. Thanks for the best service Tom.

This vehicle is everything I need and more. I transport twin sons and their Boy Scout companions to camps and other events and this has enough room to seat 7 full grown boys plus me and at least 4 fully packed backpacks without the need for any additional carrier. The push button ease of the 3rd row seats is wonderful - no more straining my back/neck pulling straps and hauling seats up and down. All of the power controls are very intuitive. I love the "infotainment" center with its large screen, easy controls, lots of usb ports and charging ports including a DC plug-in in the 2nd row! Rides like a dream, gets much better gas mileage than my 2007 Honda Odyssey minivan - LOTS better. Road noise is a non-issue, stereo sounds amazing, power moonroof is alot of fun. The venting back windows are such a great idea for air flow/climate management. The engine drives like a dream - even at 95mph. Smooth as silk. Responsive, luxurious, powerful and beautiful. I love my Expedition!
Great experience shopping for a Ford Explorer. Loved the end of year incentives. Sonny Bentacourt is an excellent salesman and the Sheehy team members. Everyone was very professional. This was my third Ford vehicle purchase.

I love driving this car. Love the EcoBoost! Far better than the V8 in earlier Expeditions. Interior is comfortable and I love all the options!
I checked with many other dealers advertising deals which were only the beginning of so many additional charges that they were just bait. Not real. At Sport they were 100% real. Nothing unexpected. They also were very attentive and made buying a new car quick, easy and the real joy that it should be.

This car meets all my needs. It is a comfortable ride and sits high off the ground. The speakers are amazing. Love my new car.
My truck was repaired on time as promised, and the work was done right. My service advisor Joshua was great. He let me know what the problem was, how much the recommended repairs would cost, and when it would be completed.
I went in looking for a car but it was sold. They do have a great selection but there wasn't anything I was looking for. I would recommend them as they have great inventory.

Great for long trips.lots of space if you fold down seats. Gas mileage not great but ok for large SUV. Good vehicle for large family. No major repairs with 198k on odometer
