I was in from out of state for work. Car breaks down. (Battery just wore down after 4 - 5 years.) I was stuck. Technology these days limits the "just drop in a new battery" mindset of days past - or I would have. It seems "extra", but if I could give the service team at Morries 6 or 7 stars, I wouldn't hesitate. Not only were they able to quickly get me on my way, but the "white glove" service that they provided throughout the process was unlike any that I have experienced from a service team at any dealership. From Eric, to Steve, to Zach - each one of the team members took time to listen to my questions, answer thoughtfully, and provide additional solutions and suggestions for down the road. Since I live a couple of states away, I did not buy my vehicle from Morries. But I can tell you this --- it I lived anywhere close to Minneapolis, I wouldn't hesitate for a moment. 2023 Ford Expedition Max review

I told her what I was looking for and we proceed to do a couple of test drives.There was no pressure on their part to purchase a vehicle. They were there to help you and answer any questions. I chose the vehicle I wanted, a blue 2022 Lincoln Corsair. Josie along with Rebbeca, the finance manager, worked together to complete the paperwork. This made the process go quicker. The dealership is beautiful. It has individual seating areas, plus refreshments while you are going through the buying process. It was comfortable, like you were in your living room. It’s not an open, typical car dealership. Both ladies along with the sales manager were very easy and friendly to work with. This is my second purchase of a Lincoln from this dealership. I have been to some Cadillac dealerships in the past where I felt I wasn’t the clientele they wanted. This Lincoln dealership was totally different. I felt I belong there, even if I was purchasing a used Lincoln. I highly recommend this dealership as well as my sales person, Josie!

2024 Ford Expedition Max review
Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. We travel a fair amount both to the airport and on road trips. So our new vehicle needed to get all of us and luggage wherever we’re going. So far this is doing it.

2019 Ford Expedition Max review
We bought our expedition in 2022 used with 23k miles. Got the cam phasers replaced right away under warranty. Other than that the only thing needing work was the front axle seal. Replaced under warranty as well. Overall an excellent vehicle. We occasionally get a weird or harsh shift but that happens maybe once a month and doesn’t cause any drivability issues. Lastly, I had to unplug the hands free power liftgate sensor as it had a tendency to close on you while you were loading groceries. Not a big deal to do without imo. The versatility of the interior is top notch if you have multiple kids in car seats. The cargo area is huge on the max. The base stereo could be better but it’s not bad. Comfy on long roadtrips. We have the max tow package and tow our 6500lb boat all summer and it handles it with ease. We average about 16 mpg but we don’t drive it gently. We checked out the suburban before we bought this and I wasn’t a fan of the seat versatility or lack there-of and the very high rear cargo floor.
