Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. We travel a fair amount both to the airport and on road trips. So our new vehicle needed to get all of us and luggage wherever we’re going. So far this is doing it.

I was looking for a specific Ford Truck, a F350 Diesel. I found one on Cars.com that was at Interstate Ford. I live about 2 hours away from the dealership. I contacted Ryan Huber, one of the AMAZING sales reps there, by email. Ryan emailed me within minutes of my inquiry about the truck I saw and made an appointment with my that day to see the truck. Ryan was great! very low key, no nonsense, and helpful. not only did he show me the truck, he helped me through the purchase, financing, and final delivery, coming in on his day off so i could complete the purchase and pick up my NEW TRUCK! We love the car that we purchased. Our salesperson was easy to work with. We were cash buyers and the finance department handled that well. The only issue is that the car had received a minor repair in the rear fender and during the repair, the dealership failed to reconnect the tail light.

We bought our expedition in 2022 used with 23k miles. Got the cam phasers replaced right away under warranty. Other than that the only thing needing work was the front axle seal. Replaced under warranty as well. Overall an excellent vehicle. We occasionally get a weird or harsh shift but that happens maybe once a month and doesn’t cause any drivability issues. Lastly, I had to unplug the hands free power liftgate sensor as it had a tendency to close on you while you were loading groceries. Not a big deal to do without imo. The versatility of the interior is top notch if you have multiple kids in car seats. The cargo area is huge on the max. The base stereo could be better but it’s not bad. Comfy on long roadtrips. We have the max tow package and tow our 6500lb boat all summer and it handles it with ease. We average about 16 mpg but we don’t drive it gently. We checked out the suburban before we bought this and I wasn’t a fan of the seat versatility or lack there-of and the very high rear cargo floor.

The Expedition exceed my expectations on a full size SUV. My family really enjoy the space. They can't wait to go on a road trip.

I never tried the thrid row seat. it is broken .instead of ford using metal.scews they have plastic ones and they are not covered by warranty 800. dollar repair
