We are a tall family and tried every single vehicle on the market before finding the roomy max and falling in love. Plenty of legroom in all 3 rows for over 6-footers like us, plus plenty of room to haul our Costco loads. Have only owned for less than a week, so can't speak to long- term, but we drove 1400 miles on Route 66 and were all very comfortable. Plenty of cupholders for everyone and phone chargers as well.

Michael was absolutely fantastic to deal with. The dealership was approximately a 4 hour drive so Michael and his team did everything to make sure I was comfortable purchasing the vehicle without actually seeing it in person. When I arrived everything was ready and as discussed over the phone. I would highly recommend!

We bought our expedition in 2022 used with 23k miles. Got the cam phasers replaced right away under warranty. Other than that the only thing needing work was the front axle seal. Replaced under warranty as well. Overall an excellent vehicle. We occasionally get a weird or harsh shift but that happens maybe once a month and doesn’t cause any drivability issues. Lastly, I had to unplug the hands free power liftgate sensor as it had a tendency to close on you while you were loading groceries. Not a big deal to do without imo. The versatility of the interior is top notch if you have multiple kids in car seats. The cargo area is huge on the max. The base stereo could be better but it’s not bad. Comfy on long roadtrips. We have the max tow package and tow our 6500lb boat all summer and it handles it with ease. We average about 16 mpg but we don’t drive it gently. We checked out the suburban before we bought this and I wasn’t a fan of the seat versatility or lack there-of and the very high rear cargo floor.

Traded an F-350 Tremor. While the truck could not be beat we needed a softer ride as our needs changed. The ride is outstanding and the handling is superb. The interior space is such a welcome asset. Thanks to Ford for a great product.

Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. We travel a fair amount both to the airport and on road trips. So our new vehicle needed to get all of us and luggage wherever we’re going. So far this is doing it.

I had a stripped lug. I purchased the lug nut and stud, they replaced it no charge. Much appreciated.

I came in for a tire rotation and was in a hurry, the service manager drove my truck in himself and saw that it got completed quickly and finished it with a wash, thanks a lot Doug!

I've gotta say, my car buying experience at Serra Ford for the Ford Ranger was freakin' amazing! The whole team there was top-notch, especially Rachel Kupke, my salesperson. She was on the ball, super attentive, and knew everything about the Ranger and Ford's other offerings. Rachel made sure I got exactly what I wanted and answered all my questions like a pro. Candy Serra, the sales manager, was also awesome. She personally made sure I was happy and really helped with the financing process. Candy really cared about making my experience top-notch. The rest of the Serra Ford crew was fantastic too. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process a breeze. I walked in and felt right at home. And let me tell ya, the Ford Ranger itself is one badass truck. The Serra Ford team knew their stuff and helped me find just the right one. They explained all the different options, safety features, and cool tech stuff. All in all, I can't recommend Serra Ford enough. I was totally amazed with my experience still in shock how Tim Shea got me in the SUV I needed because the one I wanted had less mile 18k but the banks wanted a larger down payment, but the SUV I got still was the same model and had under 50k miles on it, and less money also I love the color of the interior and key point is it's more space for my children. I want to thank all who helped make my day.

Love the room in the car. Even with 3rd row seats there is plenty of room for luggage if traveling or the normal trip to the grocery store
