Oil change & tires rotated took about 1.5 hours like they said. Nice waiting room internet connection, coffee, Service has always been very good, bringing our CRV there for 6 years. Prices are reasonable. Military vets get a discount on service.

They worked really hard and bailed me out of a bad situation and deal on my old car and worked magic to get me into my brand new Focus RS. I came into Bob Rohrman with low expectations. I was paying 20% interest through a lender called Santander and was a little underwater on my current car... And I only had a few grand to put down. Chris was straight with me from the beginning. And he never tried to push me into a car I didn't want because it had a high rebate to offset my negative equity. He did everything he could to get me into the car I actually wanted unlike every other dealer I went to. Then John worked some magic and got me a fantastic deal that was win win for everyone. They really helped me out of a bad situation. I would recommend the two of them to everybody.

I visited Napleton's Schaumburg Mazda based on a very appealing cars.com post of a Honda CRV. We were unsure of having to drive a hour to get there but the price and the way they followed up instantly after requesting more information made us feel more comfortable taking the drive there. Upon arrival we were instantly greeted by Jarek Muszkatel, who I want to point out is an excellent salesman and Jonathan Proano, the sales manager who also went above and beyond to make everything as smooth as possible. We inquired about the vehicle, and after inspecting it, it was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. We took it out for a test drive with Jarek and as soon as we got in the car he have us tips on what to look for and what to listen for when drive testing a car, it was basically the same thing we were already looking at but coming from the salesman was more reassuring he even offered a longer test drive if we wanted more time to listen to the vehicle. We were already happy with how the car looked and how it drove and after visiting dealer after dealer we knew weren’t going to find better.
The paperwork process was a breeze, there was a couple things we had to figure out but Jarek and Jonathan were very understanding and worked with us all the way through. I could not be happier with our purchase and highly recommend Napleton's Schaumburg Mazda.
