After a blowout on my left front tire on I95 in Jacksonville, FL we drove to the nearest Ford dealer for service. We arrived at the Autonation Ford dealer about 2:30 in the afternoon.
They explained that they could not match the tread pattern of the remaining 3 Hancook tires. I then considered the mileage of the remaining tires and took the option to replace all 4 tires. They had 4 premium Michelin tires in stock and made the commitment to complete the job that afternoon. We were safely back on the road within 3 hours!
Outstanding, considering that I was never a customer of theirs!

called ahead and came all the way from palm coast to check out the new mustang. needless to say after the test drive i was super excited. so my salesman Mike Murdock did a great job, before anything we made sure the price of my trade in and the price of the car were where they need to be and in writing before we talk anything else. i love that, because all the other dealerships i went to before tried to run a credit check before we even opened the door to the car i was looking for. i even showed up late and stayed way passed closing time but it made no difference to these great people. i will always be grateful for them working with me, and putting in their time to make sure i was happy with my purchase. 1,000% recommend this dealership if looking for a ford, (went to Gary yeoman's ford, palm coast ford and both of them wouldn't work with me.) P.S. the other dealers had the audacity to admit to me that they did BURNOUTS in their new 2016 mustangs they had in the when business was slow. i guess they thought since i was young i would find that "cool and appealing." so i checked the odometers on their cars and "brand new" mustang GT's had 150+ miles on them already ! i bought mine here at Duval Ford with only 40 miles After my test drive! so happy i took the drive over there. and every time i drove over they filled my tank ! i can go on and on, but i think you get the point.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. I'm a car guy and it's important how the vehicle looks......and I really like this vehicle. It'll take me awhile to get used to all the new electronics. Once I learn everything, I think this will be my favorite vehicle I've ever owned.
I'd been in the "gently used" truck market for about 6 months. I had a less than desirable experience (several years ago (15+ years) when the dealership was Mike Davidson). Anyhow, on a whim, I wanted to give Coggin Ford a shot as I had purchased TWO Hondas from Coggin Honda down the road in the past 5 years - so I was confident that even if I didn't buy something from the Ford dealership, I would at least have an awesome experience. I was not let down!! I was greeted by one of the most honest, polite, and down-to-earth "good ol' boys" I've ever met... especially in the car business! Jeff Parton was nothing but professional and friendly. He didn't waste my time - he asked a few basic questions as to what I wanted, what was in and out of scope, and whether or not I was going to trade something in. We got right down to business. The experience from lot arrival to driving away with my new [to me] F150 SuperCrew Lariat FX4 only took like 4 hours, if that! And that INCLUDED me going to my house several miles away to get my trade-in vehicle and going through the on-premises finance process. Jeff made sure that my wife and I were comfortable, attended to, and happy the WHOLE time we were in the pipeline because as most of society knows, buying such a big ticket item is NORMALLY stressful. The test drive and explanation of all of the truck's amenities was STELLAR! I was upgrading from a modestly loaded economy sedan to the "Rolls Royce" of trucks [in my opinion]. Jeff Parton had expert level knowledge of every feature, widget, and detail. It has never been so easy to buy a vehicle. But, it was the following handful of days after the sale that impressed me and prompted me to write this review. Jeff called/texted a few times to make sure that I was good to go. We set up an appointment to go over things that weren't abundantly clear in the manual or that I couldn't figure out on my own. That appointment was on Wednesday (1/13/16 -- 4 days after purchase). We ran through various features, and again, Jeff demonstrated his expertise. I left the dealership happier and more educated than I had been when I got there. I have a follow-up appointment on 1/14/16 to get the door code reset and Jeff has already been in touch in efforts to streamline the process. Bottom line... if you need a vehicle, used or new, give Coggin Ford a shot... give Jeff a shot - ask for him by name.

Have had it a couple of months and on the highway at 75mph with strong wind the windshield molding flew off !! This made me look online at the part and it shows more than 34 complaints of this happening.why in the world has this not been fixed! My car sounds like a window is down on the highway and rattling the dash ! Super sad about this . 40,000 miles on it .
Having had a 2010 Ford F-350 6.4 L diesel as a 5th wheel tow vehicle since new, I began researching a replacement during the winter/spring 2017. By the time I had finished my research and decided on the GMC Sierra 3500HD, Crew Cab, Long Bed, DRW, it was late June 2017. I knew that production of the new 2018 models would begin soon, so I began contacting GMC Dealers in my area ??? Southeast Georgia ??? Northeast Florida. Roughly the first of July, I used the GMC ???Build & Price??? website to spec a 2018 Sierra 3500. I sent email and called every GMC dealer within roughly 50 miles. I could not find any dealer that would email a quote or work on ordering a 2018 vehicle. The reply was always the same amateur sales rhetoric ??? ???You need to come in to the dealership to do that.??? The ???real??? translation of that dilettante sales pitch is; ???We need you to come in so we can try to sell you a 2017 that we have in our inventory.??? Among the last calls I made was to Nimnicht Buick GMC, which is located in Jacksonville, Florida, and the furthest GMC dealer from my home. I contacted Nimnicht Buick GMC because I had exhausted all the dealerships that were close to home, but also because it has so many on-line ratings, and the average rating is excellent. I spoke with James Jones of Nimnicht, who was more than happy to help me with working up a quote for a 2018 GMC Sierra 3500, via email with a few telephone calls. There was never even a mention that I should visit their dealership. James Jones is not a high-pressure sales person looking for a quick sale ??? he is a customer relations professional, prepared to help anyone for the asking regardless of any immediate or future personal benefit to himself. James Jones is clearly focused on building a relationship with people, each of whom may or may not become an immediate customer. James took the time to enter all of my specifications into the dealer???s system to generate a quote, which he provided to me via email. Within a couple of days, Mr. Jones let me know that Nimnicht Buick GMC was able to actually place the order for my specific GMC Sierra 3500, with an estimated 10 ??? 12 week delivery. Keep in mind that production of the 2018 models had only just begun, hence the delivery window. The order was placed and Mr. Jones??? delivery estimate was pretty accurate. James also handled my trade-in, which took a good amount of his time and effort. During the 12 weeks that I was waiting on the build and delivery of the Sierra, I probably called, emailed and sent text messages to James fifty times. There was not one instance that James did not take my call, or if he was unavailable, calls, emails and text messages were returned within minutes. James consistently followed up during the build and the delivery process, providing updated information. Nimnicht Buick GMC has a staff of professionals who are specific to every need a customer might have. I needed a fairly untraditional add-on, and Mr. Jones had ???DJ,??? from Nimnicht???s accessories department contact me. DJ found exactly what I needed, and Nimnicht Buick GMC ordered the additional equipment. The truck arrived and all dealer prep was completed within a couple of days. At this juncture, with only 200 miles on the vehicle, I am not ready to rate the 2018 GMC Sierra 3500. However, it is exactly what I ordered, and it clearly is a masterpiece of design and comfort. This review is primarily about James Jones of Nimnicht Buick GMC, who I have found to be a real professional and always a gentleman. Wonderful car to drive. My wife had a computer failure which did not let her drive the car. Failure was "Auto Park Assist Failure" disabled power steering. We had to have it towed to the dealer. Car has only 200 miles on it. WEIRD!!

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

This car does everything we need it to do and the AP for remote starting and vehicle health report is incredible.. the only fault we found in this entire car is the built in garage door opener needs major improvement we had to have it replaced the first week we owned the car and even after replacement it still is very intermittent and you must literally be in the drive way if it works at all. But outside of the garage door opener this car is incredible.
I brought my 2012 Fusion in for service on Saturday, 04/22/2017. I had the great pleasure of being helped by Bianca McHenry. I am a stickler for excellent customerservice, moreover, customer service is not a department it's everyone's job. Although, she's not assigned to the service department, she pitched-in to get the completion and delivery of getting my vehicle. She carries an outstanding swagger in customer relations. We had just gotten back into town and due to some bad traffic didn't get to the dealership till like 6:30 or so and Chris stayed well after his normal time and closing to make sure we were well taken care of. Has everything you could ever want in a car. We have a 2016 Ford Explorer limited. Seems to have every option ever invented ! Even has massaging seats.
Amazing place to buy a car, I had an excellent experience with great customer service. I feel that I payed Avery reasonable price for my car and was not cheated that way. All the people were very friendly and happy to help but at the same time not pushy about buying one that day. Only complaint would be after I bought the car the detailing that they did washing cleaning the car ext... was not good and I had to go home and do it myself, but that's a very small complaint overall 5/5 stars very satisfied if I ever need another car I would definitely shop there again.

Great vehicle, very comfortable to ride in, great visibility, makes driving a pleasure again. Safety features are great without the clutter and distractions on other new vehicles. Features are very intuitive to use. One feature that it came with is the front camera, I didn't think it was necessary, but after trying it out, it really is handy to see what you can't see over the hood of the vehicle.

At October 2017, I purchased my 1st Jaguar. I had reservation only because what others had said and the reviews I had read. More things not positive from other owners. But I've watched the line-up for the jaguar XE & XF and I was very impressed. Once I saw the new design of 2017, I was really sold because I wanted to get off the ground from our big SUV Toyota Sequoia.
Well it would have to happen to me. The first couple day I take my car home the Navigation is not functioning correctly. I took the XE to Jaguar dealer, they give me the loaner car to drive and said all should be fixed by couple day. I was still ok because. They provide to me the new loaner car to drive. I spoke with the sales Manager Chris Cutting and he said "Kia, this is not supposed to happen and I give you my word. Give us a couple more days and Jaguar and this Dealership (Jacksonville FL Jaguar dealer) will make it right." By next day afternoon my XE was ready and not only that Jaguar Service Manager Mr. Robert and Mrs. Cindy have been in contact with me about the vehicle, Chris Cutting and dealer managements had provided us with loaner new jaguar car and inconvenience full tank gas gift for my time spent. Which they didn't have to do that. I just wanted to be able to say thanks to them and show off my New XE Jaguar to everyone.
So, in that time my XE was at shop for getting navigation fix, the jaguar dealer gives us the loaner car, I had brand new jaguar XF for couple day to drive, my wife and I were sold out with that new XF.
We end up to call Chris Cutting my sale person and spoke with him and dealer manager Mr. Mike to upgrade my brand new 2017 XE 2.5 after less than three weeks to brand new 2017 XF 2.0d. and they give us unbelievable deal on that. We love our new jaguar 2017 XF 2.0d.
This is so crazy, it never happened to me and my wife too upgrade new car after three weeks to same brand and same type car, Just bigger one. This will can tell everyone how the sale person (Chris Cutting & Jag dealer managements & service) are good to people.
So, what am I saying, some things are really unforeseen, had we known it would have happened to us we would have gone in a different direction. This vehicle offers so much more than what I received with Toyota & other cars we ever had, As far as 5years service plan, stolen vehicle protection for free and InControl APP for anywhere of world to do start engine and control heat and cold and see journeys of the car & …anything in car End, No one can try to sale us any other car products once I purchased the Jaguar.
Go to Jacksonville FL Jaguar dealer see Chris Cutting and management Mr. Mike and if you need service see Mr. Robert & Mrs. Cindy.

This car met all our requirements and we are very happy with our purchase. We are return customers and feel very comfortable working with Doug Lawrence and David Bruton. They made shopping easy and no stress.
If I had not selected Dylan Rukab as a salesperson the outcome would likely have been much different: I would have walked to visit two other Toyota dealers in Jacksonville in search of the same truck Dylan put me in, a 2017 Tacoma Sport 4x4 with 34k miles in near excellent condition. Dylan was expert in description and calmly familiár with what was available for inventory. There was no up sell, no feeling of being jerked around to view lesser equipment and best of all, no beating around the bush on the cost. I came away admiring his style and demeanor, we established a rapport rare in the touchy used car sales world. This I know from having two used car sales guys on my wife???s side of the family I wouldn???t buy a hotdog from, let alone a real nice truck like the one Dylan sold me. I got a fair deal, no complaints and frankly, if you the reader just want to have a positive experience buying your next whatever Dylan guy to ask for.

Although I rate John Rohde at the top of the rating list, I cannot say the same about the individual who did the actual maintenance work on my vehicle. This comment is NOT directed at John Rohde in any way, as he is an exceptional Service Representative and I would much like to work with him in future. HOWEVER, with that said, I must express my dissatisfaction with the mechanic that serviced my Expedition. After having my vehicle serviced for an oil change and wheel alignment, the vehicle was brought to the front, at which time, it was relayed to me that the battery would need to be replaced in future as there was discharge on the positive connector. As I am a business owner and work very long hours, it makes it difficult for me to come in and I decided to have the battery changed at that time, so it was again returned to the shop. Once the vehicle was completed, I was on my way. Unfortunately, traveling at 75 mph down I-10, with a semi in my rear view, I suddenly noticed the oil cap was on the vent just behind the hood and it had been caught by the wind. Instinctively, I pressed my brake, and that caused the semi truck behind me to hit his brakes, which caused him to start to slide. I steered off the interstate onto the side of the interstate and fishtailed in the wet grass, at which time the oil cap flew off the hood and into a ditch full of water. Fortunately, I was able to keep control of the vehicle, and avoided being hit by the semi. I ended up having to wade through a ditch full of water to get the oil cap!!!! Needless to say, Bryan (service manager) received the FULL brunt of my anger when I called in. This was completely avoidable had the mechanic been more conscientious in his work. The vehicle had been back to the shop TWICE, and it strikes me that the oil cap was never noticed to be missing. My fear is that if the mechanics of your service department are that careless with an oil cap, what else are they being careless about? AGAIN, this has no reflection on John, as he was very professional. Bryan was also very understanding of my "temper tantrum" and was quick to assist and assure once he could get a word in edgewise. I RECOMMEND THAT YOU NOT ONLY HAVE YOUR SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES RATED, BUT THAT YOU ESTABLISH A RATING SURVEY FOR THE ACTUAL MECHANIC THAT WORKS ON THE VEHICLE. IT IS VERY DISTURBING TO KNOW THAT HAD I GAVE A LESS THAN PERFECT RATING ON THIS SURVEY, IT WOULD HAVE REFLECTED ON JOHN AND THE MECHANIC WOULD NOT HAVE HAD ANY REPERCUSSION.

This exployer is the nicest one that I have had by far. Very nice driving vehicle. Love the cooling and heated seats. Love heated steering wheel.
Just a Navy Vet with alot of bad luck lately. Due to my recent car accident i am being forced to look for a vehicle....i absolutely love the black 2013 chevy camaro i wanted to take it home so bad.....but i was told no due to my situation. Wish things could have worked out!

This vehicle has everything we wanted. There is plenty of storage room and holds 7 people comfortably. There are usb plugs in front and back. Great ride, quite and smooth.
