Purchased a new explorer a year ago, so easy, fair price and excellent service. Just came back for my 10,000 mile service and couldn?t be happier. Made my appointment and planned to wait rather than drop off. Took my vehicle in on time, finished in reasonable short time and they also did an update on my Sync system. Then, icing on the cake, it was all done for no charge. Very happy customer.

We purchased a 2022 Explorer Platinum one month ago and so far we've had a great experience. We needed the large volume of cargo space that's available with the third row down, above-average towing capability, and most importantly comfortable seating for long trips. This SUV has given us all of that and much more. Now that we're past the break-in period, it is such a pleasure to drive. It has a phenomenal engine, helpful tech that we haven't had any trouble using (with one exception -- see below), and a fantastic selection of drive modes. The one fly in the ointment isn't Ford's fault. We tried to activate the three-month free trial of the wifi hotspot with AT&T, but three weeks after opening an incident with them (with Ford Customer Support's help), they haven't been able to resolve the issue. I hope Ford partners with a different provider soon, so no one else has to deal with this. But that's a minor issue in the grand scheme of things. After a major purchase like this I often second-guess myself and wonder if I shouldn't have gone with one of the runners up. But not in this case. I'm confident we found the best SUV for our needs. Kudos to Ford!

Friendly, fast, and expensive. The repair was sudden and unexpected but I was able to get same day service. Turned out I just needed a new battery but it cost me over 500 dollars.

I was looking for new truck for work. I have 2006 f250 4x4 and was looking to trade up to newer 2019. I have brought my 2006 to wareham ford for service and maintenance for years and was very satisfied with their work. We pretty much waked in off the street and Peter took good care of us. Listened to what we were looking for and presented numerous options. He stayed late, past closing, to make sure we found what we were looking for. Although we haven’t taken delivery yet of the vehicle (due to our own personal timing and availability), everything so far has been smooth and pleasant.

Had a good experience with review off options from both a car perspective and options, and for financing and trade in. only feedback would be relative to trade in value for current car but a bit rushed given my work demands so the pressure should have been offset by asking to pull back.
