Used 2023 Ford Explorer for sale near Richmond, IL

We were looking for a very specific Navigator, and could not locate one locally. We found exactly what we wanted at Wickstrom, 80+ miles from our home. We connected with Tristan Metzner and set an appointment to see and drive the car. The only day we were available was her day off, but she agreed to meet with us anyway. She was very personable and definitely well-versed on Lincolns. We decided to buy the car, and I was very pleasantly surprised at how smoothly the process went. None of the back and forth that plagues the process at other dealers. I told her what I wanted on my trade and they met it. They also increased their discount on the Navigator over what we had discussed earlier. Tristan was fantastic through it all, including getting us set up with the Lincoln app and the driver settings in the car. I highly recommend Wickstrom Auto group and specifically Tristan Metzner!! They are awesome!

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

The vehicle was well represented, no surprises just an honest deal, we drove 2 hours and would definitely make the drive again for our next vehicle!

If Maurice were a super hero, his super power would be making great deals happen. He was friendly, helpful, informed (and don't even get me started on his accent)! Our salesperson, Robert was the best. We never felt more taken care of; Robert has great customer skills. As a former customer service worker I look for this. We found the car online, Called LL and Robert showed us the vehicle that afternoon. We loved it! The process was smooth and easy. We had to find a PNC bank in the area and he helped us find one. We went to a Honda dealership to get a key made as the car we bought was not a Lincoln. The customer service there was atrocious and I never ever want to go there again. I knew I had to write a review for Robert at LL as I want great customer service rewarded. Thanks again for a good experience.

Salesstaff were friendly and professional. All who I talked to were very polite. I have no doubt that this will be the same when I go in to pick it up.

I brought my car in for an oil change and multi point inspection. the inspection dealed that I a front brake issue. Mike, the employee I dealt with describe the issue and what it would take to repair it and how long I would have to wait he offered free transportation home if I wanted. because of the distance that I would have to travel there and back to home, I opted to delight the two hours in the lounge. I had coffee and water and I was fine. Mike came in several times to talk about the repair. He also said he had a rebate coupon I could use and he pointed out. I had points in my Buick awards account that I could convert to dollars to pay for the repair. That was very good service save me money and the car is running fine
