Form the very beginning with my initial inquiry that started with speaking with Kaylee, followed by Jonah in finance, the sales manager Tyree and then ultimately the representative who worked with me, Logan - this was nothing short of an easy and pleasurable experience. I never felt pushed, I was offered a test drive (which I took) and Logan was very personable and made me feel at ease during the test drive. After the drive Logan was extremely thorough in going through all of the features of the vehicle. He was open to any and all questions and concerns, and where he wasn't 100% sure of something, he was 100% sure he would find out and provide the answers needed. From start to finish this was an incredibly simple and extremely friendly process. I think they were as good as they could be within what they could control. We had to wait a some time for the title of the vehicle we were buying to arrive. In addition to that, we financed ourselves. We did get lectured for awhile about that, so beware. But they did let us buy the car. Unfortunately with the waiting of the title, my loan ended up being more than what I was purchasing the car for, and now we need to get the difference back. Other than that, it was okay.
